We had Absolute Flooring install tile in our two guest bathrooms as well as replace carpet on our stairs and upper level. They were professional, responsive and made it possible to still work at home while they were doing the projects! We are so thrilled with the results and it feels like we have a new home. Jennifer at absolute flooring helped us with all the flooring in our new home. From the first phone call to the final install, everything went flawlessly. She was extremely knowledgeable on what flooring she recommended for what we were looking for as far as look and durability. We spent 10 months building our new home so we were a bit anxious, to say the least, to be completed. Flooring was one of the last things and Jennifer made sure that we were scheduled and finished in more then a timely manner. They were even alittle ahead of schedule which we appreciated a great deal. Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

Not worth the frustration and price- I should have saved my money by ordering my own flooring and contractor. Initially Jennifer was very friendly but it was obvious she is just a salesperson who doesnt really know about the flooring products she sells. They dont have their own installer, they contracted a worker just like I should have. Jennifer told me she would be there to check in during the installation but never showed up. It took a week for her to find out if the floor tiles needed to be sealed. Im very disappointed with the floor and how Jennifer treats her customers when they have a question. She and the installer outright lied to me when I asked if a flawed tile could be switched out. I am still waiting- weeks later- to hear back from Jennifer and the owner regarding how to fix the tiles. I paid for a floor that could have been beautiful but I am so disappointed in how the floor looks and how Jennifer ignores her customers. I have much more flooring to be redone in our home and I will find a flooring company who cares about workmanship and their customers.

I highly recommend Absolute Flooring America. The measurement process for the quote was very thorough, we got to take home a few samples, and our installers were great, trustworhty guys who were perfectionists like we are. The installation took longer than expected, but we are very thankful that they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. We love our new floors!

From start to finish my experience with Absolute Flooring America was flawless. Jennifer was great and showed us the flooring options within our price range and also gave us great advice on the different types of carpet and pad for our home. Orlando and his son did an amazing job from the ripping out of the carpet, to the final clean up. Usually a carpet install shows seams until you vacuum a few times. But with Orlando, I couldn’t find any seams after they laid the carpet. Very professional and kind people! It was effortless on our end with the choosing of the materials with Jennifer, to moving contents, removing flooring, the installation, and accommodating our needs with Orlando. I would highly recommend this company and their installers!

I believe the lady that assisted my family and I with the whole new flooring process was named Jen. I highly suggest going to her for all your questions and needs !! This is my first time renovating a house and she took the time to walk me through the process, gave me a great deal and even followed up to make sure we were happy with our new flooring !!

We are so pleased with the Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) that Absolute Flooring America installed in our kitchen. Jennifer Self, the designer and sales representative, is so pleasant to work with and she made sure we got the flooring best suited to our needs. The Absolute Flooring store in Colorado Springs is exceptional in meeting the needs of clients. I cant express enough my gratitude to Rocco Novinskey, the Project Manager and Designer, for his help and support when we had an unfortunate event occur in our home Thanksgiving day. He went out of his way to make sure our home would be almost completely redone for Christmas (albeit, painting). He was also there to make sure the craftsmen to do the flooring and tiling were at our home and walked them through the job.This is exceptional customer service for a company.I highly recommend Absolute Flooring and remember you get what you pay for, quality!

Rocco Novinskey, their project manager and designer, was very detail oriented, checked in almost daily on the big hardwood installation project, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Joe the new owner, and Dan the manager are incredible. The former owner Todd (who was a flooring source that I referred my clients to regularly) left my husband and I high and dry when we experienced an issue with carpet that was installed in our home right before he sold the business. When we contacted Todd about the issue, he said he would look into it but never mentioned that he had already sold the business. After waiting several weeks for a response back, we visited the showroom to be told that Todd had sold the business months ago. We explained the situation and our frustration to Joe and Dan. Not only did they resolve the problem completely, they did it in a thorough and professional manner. We will absolutely use them again in our home and I will confidently refer them to my clients as well.

We had our carpet and tile floors replaced on the main floor of our home. We put carpet in our living room and love it. However, what makes our home shine are the Hickory floors in the entry, kitchen and dining room. They look so good, and everyone else agrees! Joe and his team were great to work with and very accommodating. Their prices beat Home Depots and God knows the service was way better! I highly recommend Absolute Flooring!

We love our new floors! We had a great experience working with Jennifer. She went above and beyond when it came to communication and working for us. We got the Downs H2O luxury vinyl floors in the majority of our basement with carpet in the bedroom. When we found out that the carpet was no longer being sold, Jennifer worked for us to get the carpet after all! The instal with super fast and great quality. Make sure you look twice when you see these vans driving around. Just had one nearly run an entire stop sign and nearly t-bone me If it werent for me going into emergency breaking and then when I stop to tell him how upset I am he acts like Im the one whos wrong. Watch out for these people.

Todd and his team did an excellent job at carpeting and flooring my rental property. They were on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

My family and I have purchased flooring from this company multiple times in the past and were always satisfied, however my last experience with this company was terrible! We ordered our flooring on 5/20/17 and were asked to make full payment before the install. As we had good experiences in the past, I didnt think anything of it and paid in full.On the installation day, 6/9/17, the installers were over two hours late without calling, and when they arrived they did not have enough flooring for the job. The installers claimed it was measured wrong and the company claimed it was cut wrong.I called the company three times, leaving messages each time, however was unable to talk with anyone. After a week, I went to the store. I was told the flooring was in the warehouse, however after more questioning was told that the flooring should have been in within a few days. Again, all was blamed on the installers and she claimed the phones had not been working. I asked to speak with the owner but was told he was not in the shop. I called the owner multiple times, leaving messages each time, however my calls were never returned. I called the shop several times as well with no success either. On a hunch, I blocked my number and called again, and what do you know... my call was immediately answered. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was too busy and would not be speaking with me.On the second install date, 6/22/17, the installer removed the old flooring and discussed plans for the installation the next day, including plans for a trap door to the crawl space.On the third install date, 6/23/17, the installers were scheduled to show up between 9:00 and 10:00. When they had still not showed at 1:00, we tried to call the shop, of course with no luck. I called from a friends phone at 2:00 and was able to get through immediately. I spoke with the manager who told me Not my sale, not my responsibility. She told me the flooring was not yet in the warehouse and that she could have it delivered and installed at 5:30 pm (on a Friday night!). When the installer finally showed up he did a poor job installing the floor. He cut wrong leaving a gap behind the refrigerator, installed the flooring over a large screw creating a bubble right in the middle of the floor, and glued the crawl space door shut! He claimed he didnt know there was a trap door to the crawl space, even though we had discussed it the day before. At one point he asked, This is an insurance claim right? and when we said no, he said he wished he would have known as he usually took private pay jobs more seriously. It was getting late, and the installer claimed he would need to come back another day to fix the crawl space and finish the trim.Although I called multiple times, I was not able to speak with the installer until 6/30/17.On the fourth instal date, 7/7/17, the installer came to fix the bubble and finish the trim. He had to go into the crawl space and cut out a square of the kitchen sub floor to get to the screw under the flooring, which left a stretch mark in the flooring where the bubble had settled. He told me to call back if the bubble didnt go back down.At some point during this ordeal, the company came under new ownership.I called and spoke to Dan on 7/8/17. I was told that my purchase fell under the old owners responsibility and that the new owner would not provide any compensation beyond the $100.00 promised by the store manager. He did, however, assure me a smokin deal on my next purchase. He claimed the store manager would call to arrange the $100.00 compensation... needless to say, I have not heard from anyone from this company since then! I will not ever work with this company again!Update: After posting my review, I was approached by Dan and offered $100 to remove my review. I declined and asked for reimbursement (the same I had asked for in July). I was offered partial reimbursement with the condition of removing my review before the weekend promotion. I declined. The matter remains unresolved.
