I had made a custome foam gaurd for my moss rock fire place. I have a 3 year old son and was worried about him smashing his head. The foam is great for protection, but man oh man, it was an eye sore. The upholstery was so reasonably priced, the staff was amazing, the guard dogs are great little helpers. Im so glad I went to a mom and pops store, rather than going to a corporate own store. They remembered my name AND my sons name. That is great customer service! Thank you so much for all yalls help! It turned out great! **fyi I upholstered the foam myself, so it is not as professional as if I had them do it, but it got the job done. I am a happy maam for sure. :)

Justin created a thick flannel-type pad for the dashboard of our RV. Our dog loves to lie up there to watch what is going on in the campground. It looks great and fits perfectly! And he was so accommodating. The RV was in for prolonged service after we bought the material, and when we were finally able to bring it to him, he did the measurements and had it ready the next morning. I needed new couch cushions as mine had no more support in them. I worked with Carol and she got me all taken care of. They called me when they were ready for me to drop off my cushions so I was only without them for a few days. I feel like I have a brand new couch! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have an antique vanity bench that I have taken to this fine establishment a couple times. The last time was a complete reupholstering since the old fabric ripped when the bench broke again. I had to wait awhile but it was well worth the wait. The fabric is elegant and I think they added some extra padding to make the bench soft. Ill definitely go back for any upholstery needs.

My son and I dropped off six dining room chair seats to be reupholstered. We provided them with the foam cushions and cover material we had selected from the same company (two separate buildings next door to each other). We were very impressed with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We took to stools to have them repaired. And they did an excellent job. When we have others projects we will be going back to them.

I had my RV front seats brought in for new foam. After 20 years they still looked new, but the padding was NOT! I had to use a gel pad and still managed only 3 hours before I had to take a break. After they finished, it’s like sitting on a cloud! Drove 4 hours with ZERO discomfort! A pittance to pay for great seats and literally saved thousands in new seat costs!

Went to get an estimate on a recliner chair/ottoman. The guy qouted me $600. I said never mind I could buy one for that. He said you get what you pay for in a very arrogant way. I went there a couple of years ago to see about getting a Harley Davidson motorcycle seat recovered. They qouted a price that was way more than a new seat from Harley would cost. Not sure how they stay in business.

Work was quality, the gentleman that I dropped the item off with was extremely rude and accused me of ripping the stitching out. Probably would have been 5 stars if he would have just kept his comments to himself. Like I said at the beginning work was quality.

I needed to have my seat re-foamed on my truck since it had worn out after 20 years. Bob gave me a fair and honest price and got the work done in an afternoon. I originally had an estimate from another local upholstery shop that literally wanted to charge me over 3 times the amount that Bob quoted me for! Glad I came here instead! Looking forward to doing business again.

Wow, My experience was spectacular. I had them upgrade the foam on my camping trailer dining cushions. The had them done in time they said they would. Excellent quality. They are really friendly and were excited to have my business.

Theyre the best! They kept me supplied with mask material throughout the pandemic. Well soon use them to reupholster my dining room chairs!

It was awful. They used a different fabric around the bottom of the chair without even calling to make sure I would like velvet (my material I turned in was an international Moroccan leather and cowhide). I paid the upholstery company 275 to reupholster one chair. After receiving the chair, I called to talk to them about using different fabric around the base of the chair (which again was velvet, completely different than my materials I provided) and the gentlemen on the phone was entirely rude and inappropriate. He hung up since I disagreed with their fabric choice and I called management back to discuss it. Unfortunately the management was entirely rude and again said that I signed off on my work order (I didn’t order any velvet at all and no call was made to me for their selection of this completely different fabric). I will never go back. It was entirely too expensive for not getting what I wanted (the velvet they picked out looks cheep and doesn’t match the fabric I gave them) and management/their business was not understanding at all, nor professional and did not give any remedies to the situation.Sadly I tried calling back to discuss the matter and resolve it (after seeing the post below) and the management never returned my phone call. I would think that the company would want to resolve this issue/concern. However, after a few days of not receiving a return call from the company, I have decided to file a complaint with the BBB of Colorado Springs to help bring resolution to this situation.

Bob at Timberline had done numerous jobs for me over the years, whether it be auto upholstery or carpet binding. Apparently I am a very slow learner!, because almost every job that he has done for me has NOT completed correctly or was DAMAGED while it was in his care, and I continued to patronize his business. His attitude is rather flippant about these issues when they are brought to his attention. I Have been admonished by others in the community not to use this business, so finally I will have to admit, they are correct, I will never ever use Timberline Upholstery again.

My husband and I had our sectional cushions (bottoms and backs) restuffed. We cannot praise this company enough! From the start you are welcomed with amazing customer service and on top of that they were extremely fast for all we had brought them, 13 pieces. It took them a week, we were blown away. Great quality, great pricing. Highly recommended them. And the cute, friendly dogs are a bonus!

I have a beautiful leather sofa that is 20 years old and the foam and batting had gotten pretty smashed down over the years. I took all the cushions into Timberline and after only 4 days they called to say they were ready to be picked up. It is like having a new sofa and I think I am good for another 20 years.

Visited Timberline yesterday to see about some leather swatches, and I found the service to be outstanding! Specifically, Carol was a throwback to yesteryear, when customer service and friendly employees were the norm when you walk in the door of a business.Carol took the time to search many different avenues with the mission to locate the perfect piece of leather -- or otherwise -- for my needs. Turned out, her alternative to leather idea was not only the perfect match in color and texture, but also so very much cheaper than what competitors would have charged me for a an even smaller piece.Her dedication and sincere commitment to getting the best option for me are truly things that are hard to find these days. They are also something that the people at Timberline should not overlook, with respect to their cherishing -- and rewarding -- of such an outstanding employee.Highly recommend Timberline after this (unexpected) surprise in customer service!

We wandered in a few minutes before closing today and were treated to excellent customer service. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Nobody made us feel rushed or unwelcome.Added 5/6/19: I wanted to update my review to add that we decided to have some new window seat cushions made by Timberline. This is a busy shop, so it took several weeks for our order to be ready (and they were up front about the scheduling when we ordered, so we fully expected this). The cushions were definitely worth the wait. We are SO pleased with how they turned out. The workmanship is exceptional.

Owner was upfront and honest, his quality and prices where a bit more then I budgeted for some seats to get re done. Owner spent several minutes looking at my vehicle to give me advice on another project that he said he didn’t have time to do. Overall, I left with a positive vibe.

I had the foam replaced in three couch cushions. The customer service was fantastic! I came into the shop with my two small children. They unloaded the cushions for me, charged an extremely reasonable price (compared to another estimate I received in town), and let my two year old tinker with some buttons. Not only are these guys amazing, they did excellent work! I highly recommend them!

I took a pile of sofa cushions in to be restuffed, and was expecting a one week turnaround. Instead they got it done in 24 hours and even added to my stuffing material. The cushions look so good its like I got a new sofa! These folks are great to work with- I highly recommend them..

My good friend came in to have her recliner recovered. She picked a velour for the color. They should have told her that the fabric has no give & is not a good fabric to do a recliner in. But they said nothing. She spent $900. & has a chair that’s so uncomfortable she can’t use it. They treated her nice but she relied on their expertise & they let her down.

They did a great job on my 1950 Studebaker upholstery. It was done on time and at reasonable price. Would use them again. The lady was very nice to work with.

I couldnt be happier with the folks at Timberline Upholstery. Molly and Shane were fantastic! They put us on a wait list (that shows how busy they are), and when we were scheduled to bring our furniture in, there was a death in the family, out of state. I thought we would be put at the bottom of the list, but when we returned, they told us to bring in our couch and love seat at our earliest convenience. We brought in a love seat and a couch, THAT BY THE WAY WERE FROM LAZYBOY AND WERE THE WORST COUCHES AND LOVESEAT WE HAD EVER HAD. LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND HAD TO BE RE-STUFFED! I digress......anyway, Timberline made our furniture COMFORTABLE, looks beautiful, and was even less than Molly had quoted us. Thank you, Timberline for doing a wonderful job :)

I had Timberline completely refinish an old loveseat that has been handed down to us from my wifes parents. It has great wood structure but the foam and upholstery was shot. Last year I went in for just an estimate, finally got around to having it refinished this year. They honored my old estimate, put up with me and the kids in the shop for hours on multiple occasions while we found the perfect fabric. Everyone there has been nothing but nice and friendly and accommodating. Just picked up the loveseat today, It looks incredible! The craftsmanship is exceptional. We are happy with their service and work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refurbish old furniture.
