Interiors Exteriors worked in my home in July 2019. They completely botched the job, and still have not come out to fix it. It is now December 2020 and Ive been trying to get them to fix the job for the past year and a half. DO NOT hire this company!

Watch them closely!Tom (the owner) will talk circles around you with many side stories involved; it’s very distracting from a business standpoint when you’re trying to make color/design decisions. It becomes very hard to nail down agreements, orders, and dates & times. He never offers written order receipts or records anything in front of you so you know he got things right.My builder works with him & gave me an allowance to choose material; I asked Tom for a quote so I could come up and over for what I wanted. He said not to bother, he would cover any extra cost. It seemed thoughtful & kind but I still would have preferred to know what I was truly spending to see if I maxed my allowance or not. He says everything is the more expensive option. I had to initially choose different flooring because he didn’t have what I liked in stock... but assured me he did have the expensive alternative that he’d include (in March).Two weeks before closing (end of June), the wrong flooring was in place. Tom stated, “It’s just a different color.” It was a different color, material, texture, & style and looked/felt cheap. Come to find it was only 6mm thick & he didn’t place an underlay. I received no call notifying me he couldn’t get the original flooring so he put what he wanted in. Finally talked him into changing it at no cost, but it took an additional 4 weeks to get ahold of him and nail down the story because he wouldn’t order anything.... he just waited until things became available (nothing did in our National shortage). He orders most everything from Belgium or China. My realtor and I called and emailed but he was always busy so we had to drop in a few times. I went to pick out the alternative flooring once more and I got a story about how he wouldn’t know for certain if he could get things in... all frustrating.. so I went to Lowe’s and picked something that he reimbursed me for (he was upset about it but agreed).The next week, I called and he said the flooring guy was on his way (no appointment or courtesy call). I called back to REMIND him that he needs underlay... no answer. Didn’t call back... and was very upset when he realized his guy had to come back down and pick it up. He thankfully worked with me but it was like pulling teeth. The flooring guy left early & didn’t accept any of my calls but left major flaws in a few areas that I didn’t have a chance to ask him to fix.The whole thing was a nightmare..

Did flooring at the DAV bingo hall and it is horrible. Leaking glue and there are a lot of elderly who attend bingo that their walkers and wheel chairs are getting stuck!It’s also a dance hall and it looks unprofessional to rent out

The installation was substandard and we did not get what we paid for! After being told several times that they would fix all the issues, we have yet to see or hear from anyone. To update. These repairs have still not been made and the countertop tile is falling off in the kitchen and bathrooms and all the grout in the kitchen is crumbling.

Tim is amazing, helpful and so knowledgeable. His decades of experience show!

Excess glue used, causing glue to bleed through the joints, they would not correct this issue!Installed in Disable Veteran Hall would not fix it!

Interiors and Exteriors is a fabulous find! Honest, diligent and responsive owners who really know their stuff. Great design help as well as quality workmanship. Doris went above and beyond checking on the work as our home was built on her day off. The results are amazing and we are thrilled with our home.

Interiors Exteriors is the BEST when it comes to Flooring in Colorado Springs. Their Staff are amazing and work hard to give you a great experience. I highly recommend them!

Was forgotten about twice in a row after calling in for a purchase. Was told they would call me back. each time I waited 2 weeks with no call back. I do not recommend this place.
