My wife and I came to this Verizon from a different carrier. We had to spend over 5 hours in this store over 2 days due to the previous carriers issues. Everyone helped us get what we needed done. They were all so patient with not only us but the carrier. This is hands down the best experience we have ever had at not only a Verizon, but any mobile carrier. Shout out to Ash, Trevor, Jensen, Luis, and Donavin for their support! Best store by far!

The customer service at this store is worth more than I can express. I changed from at and t over to Verizon the day before I left for a music conference in New Orleans. The sales rep, Charles, explained all of the options and helped me find the plan most affordable and suitable for my needs. Little did I know that hurricane Ida would hit during trip, knocking out the power for the entire city and leaving our hotel only with enough power to run the elevator and the lobby. AT and T was completely down, leaving me as the only person in our group with access to critical information during the disaster.When I finally returned, Jenae, assisted me in finalizing my bill, and upgrading my phone.I was able to get amazing 4 and 8k footage of the hurricane, musical performances, and managed to have access to a better network that provided me with the confidence that our group would be informed and as safe as possible.Thank you Verizon and special thanks to the staff at this store. Their expertise changed the way I few cell phone providers.

We have been to the store a few times and had an excellent experience each time! There is not usually a wait to speak with someone which is nice. The most recent experience experience was with Jacob who did a great job. He got us a great deal and made sure all of our needs were addressed. He even fixed a mistake that a corporate store had made.

Waited 2 weeks to get 2 phones. When they finally came, the salesman tried talking us into getting different phones. When the phones did come, it was not the model I requested. If I wanted to give the phones back for the model I requested originally, then it wouldve been another 2 weeks without a phone. Be warned this is an authorized retailer! Go to a company store, the service will be better!

Watch your bill !!! These guys (specifically the manager) told me my bill was going to be a certain amount and it turned out to be $40 more a month. He sold me a BOGO on some phones which was also going to payoff a phone. Well the buy one get 1 free never made it on the bill. So now Im paying for 2 phones. Tried to reach out to the manager who help me that day and he wont return my calls and is never in when I go to the store. Very frustrating experience. Do not go here. Go to an actual Verizon store.

I came into this Verizon to see how much it would be to upgrade my phone. The staff was amazing treating me like FAMILY. Between Josh, Randy, Michael, Grey, and Brent they answered all my questions and then some. They were also able to hook me up with a great deal on a hum for my car. I would recommend everyone come to this Verizon. Im so happy I came here and I know where Im going from now on.

We switched carriers from Sprint to Verizon and Sam helped us find a great promotion that provided us with new phones AND an unlimited plan that was still a much cheaper than Sprint! Our experience with Sam was easy and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

It appears Jenae has a great relationship with their sister stores as she was able to coordinate a one-day shipment of a specific product from Utah. For the best customer service experience, I recommend that you call ahead for an appointment to ensure undivided attention from a sales rep. If you have small kids, this store is awesome. They provided paper and markers to keep my kids busy during the transaction and set up. They even let our kids play with paper airplanes. Highly recommend this store and will definitely return for future purchases. Recommendation for the store owner: Please install coffee/drink area for adults and a play area to keep kids in one spot. I just moved to Colorado. I had an I phone that my son bought me and I was unable to use it efficiently. So frustrating 😠. I met a friend who turned me on to an Android phone. She was confident and used it with ease. I wanted one! The two of us went down to Cellular Sales Verizon and met with Arturo Rubio. I was only going to get a phone because I needed one. He was so good at talking with the two of us, explaining what would be the best phone for me and how this phone would benefit my friend because she was in business for herself. This phone would be beneficial to her in her job. We both decided to get the Motorola Edge. It is a terrific phone that has all sorts of bells and whistles that will accommodate us both. Mine, being is to use with no frustration and my friends phone helping her in her business. We are both pleased with our phones but mostly pleased with the service and help that we received with Arturo. He was able to make this happen for us with the best savings and plan that fit our needs. Kudos to you Arturo! You are in the right business..you know your phones..and give the best customer service. I have bought probably ten phones over the years. Every year the phones get fancier, and of course I get older and more easily confused about plans, storage, features, etc. My experience purchasing a new iPhone here today was THE best Ive ever had. Eliot was professional, knowledgeable, articulate, courteous, efficient, personable, and patient. I had dropped my old phone and broken it the night before, so it was absolutely unusable, but still he was able to transfer all the apps, contacts, emails, everything. The store demonstrated high standards for cleanliness/disinfecting, so there is no reason to be hesitant about going in; however, you should call ahead and make an appointment, like I did, so a representative is available to give you their undivided attention. If I could give them ten stars, I would. It seems like a workplace where all the employees enjoy their jobs and are there to serve, not to sell.

We came into this Verizon store with all sorts issues from AT&T because they put us in a plan and sold us a phone we didn’t want or need. Jordan Huwe was so easy to work with! He listened to our needs, gave us options, kept our cost down, and even checked up later to make sure we were happy with our purchase and gave us his number to contact him if we needed anything. We are so grateful for Jordan and Verizon for taking such good care of us as COVID has caused financial hardships for us. We needed something positive to happen for us and this was the silver lining we needed.

PS this is NOT VERIZON!!! It is an affiliate of Verizon. You will pay a $35 connection/ activation/ sit in our store -fee!!! Beware of this scam and dirty business. They leave you to go get haircuts while you’re in hold, they call you crazy when you call them out on their bs. This store made me switch to T-MOBILE!! And now they never restocked my phone and Verzion wants to charge me over $1000.00 it’s been three months and still not resolved. This is an AFFILIATE OF VERIZON IT IS NOT VERSION!!!! Kendall was so helpful and pointed out to us that with our military discount we could switch to an unlimited data plan with no increase in payment. Wow, that is being proactive with customer service. We have visited this location with various helpers who were courteous but none of the others came up with this money saving idea. Thank you, Kendall. Family member on my account went in because he was having issues with his phone. They told him he had viruses on his phone and needed a new one. They wanted me to add him as an account manager to sell him a new phone before even asking or checking for insurance. Ive never had a good experience with authorized retail stores, I always go to the actual Verizon store, much better service, these places only want to sell you new phones. Worse than used car salesman.

I want to file a complaint against one of your employees. Went into the store today to try and have my phone repaired. It has a cracked screen. I was helped by a larger gentleman ( I dont recall his name). After getting all my information he told me that is was 200+ to fix my phone even with having insurance plan on it. He tried to rip me off explaining that its a deductible that I have to pay or I can spend more getting a new phone or upgrading. He said there was nothing else he could do and was rude. Come to find out after being on hold on the phone for over an hour that I have total mobil protection and it only cost me $29.99 to have my phone fixed. Your sales rep tried to take full advantage of my situation!

I have been with Verizon for about three years now and this is the best customer servive Ive ever received. Not that any other location was bad but the ladies working here went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They did absolutely amazing! They took care of my phone and my boyfriends phone. They made sure everything transferred and set us up with cases, screen protectors, and tried to save us some money as well. We worked directly with Jenae and she walked us through every step and got me one of the best phones on the market. I highly recommend her for any sort of service you may require. Integrity is the cornerstone of any business unfortunately you will not find that at CellularSales ( Verizon Dealer) from leadership to the frontline and at this time appears to be company culture. We just HAD to share our amazing experience we had with Jonathan. We came in with a really complicated situation with switching phones, and not only did he provide the most excellent customer service weve ever received at Verizon, he also went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met in the HOURS it took us to transfer everything over to our new phone. He even got us water in the meantime. And he helped us figure out how we could backup all of our things for future phone switches. And even though it took hours, he was always so kind and supportive. PLEASE go see Jonathan at this store for all your Verizon needs!!! You wont regret it. I know well be using him again!

Customer service and ethics of the staff was very lacking. Tried to have a reasonable conversation with the manager but was basically told they didnt care and at the end of the day they only cared about the money not the customer. Sales associate tried to have a political conversation with us as well, which we politely changed the subject from as thats not an appropriate subject or professional conversation in a sales setting.

Went in for a case for my note 10+ 5g. Got a clear case but feels so nice and sturdy and doesnt add too much to the phone to make it a pain to have in the pockets. The guy who helped me was super nice and put the liquid screen protector on for me.

I came in to ask about my wireless plan and was helped by Garret. He walked me through each factor of my plan and how I could reduce my wireless bill. Super patient and sweet guy who problem solved with me so that my plan matches up with my needs and budget. The whole store had a great vibe and I will definitely be coming there above all other Verizon stores in the future.

Went in there trying to get a new tablet for myself, and ended up with Jason Klein. Gotta say, if you need help with anything, go see this man. He was super efficient and got me some great rates. I ended up trading in my old tablet and got a new iPad for me and then got one for my mom and the Verizon HUM device and ended up having the a smaller bill than before. He got me great rates on the devices and helped me shave some money off my monthly bill.From now on he will be the only Verizon Rep I deal with.

Came in to this location today and was taken care of by Beaz. I am blown away by the level of attentiveness, knowledge and overall customer service that he offered me today.
