The owner is amazing. Long story but in short, I asked him about what to buy a friend of mine that loves cigars. I bought a few expensive cigars that he recommended. He did not lead me wrong. My friend absolutely loved it and had never had it before. Thank you!!!

Great selection of premium cigars and the humidor is set perfectly so anything you buy is ready to smoke! Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Good ventilation. Mike is knowledgeable and gracious host! Spend a couple hours and savor the experience!

A great little cigar store with a quality selection and a comfortable area to hang out and smoke a stogie if you want. Mike Lee runs the place and knows his cigars. They also sell loose tobacco for pipes, and other supplies.

Love this great little shop with an excellent humidor selection, pipe tobacco and all the relevant accessories. Mike runs a great business and the private lounge is very relaxing and full of friendly enthusiasts. Highly recommend. Most friendly cigar/pipe shop in town!

I bought several cigars and was accused of stealing from the shop. When I went to check out and pay for four cigars, the manager came up to me, stared at me, and said Would you like to buy anything else? I said No thanks, I think Im good. He just stared at me and said again, Are you sure you dont want to buy anything else? I was super confused, and said, Do you think I should? And he said Alright, lets see how it goes then, backed up, and blocked the door. I have no problem with how he handled the situation up to this point. I paid for my four cigars with my credit card for $35, then when I went to the door, he got up in my face, and aggressively barked Left jacket pocket, open it up! I confusedly opened my pocket, nothing there. Left pant pocket, open it up! Nothing there. The cashier said I swear I saw him take it! They made me sit down while they watched the cameras. They eventually gave me a free cigar. I want to make it clear that Im not upset with the cashier. Its her job to report to the manager if she thinks someone is stealing, and she saw me put my wallet in my pocket and thought I grabbed a cigar. What I am upset with is how the manager handled the situation. Especially after I buy four cigars, to assume I stole one and handle me aggressively is way over the top. He should have either apologized and said the cashier thought she saw me take something and asked me to check my pockets, or checked the film after I left, especially since I paid with my credit card. Then he could have turned it over to the police. Instead, he yelled at a customer and baselessly accused him of stealing. Fine quality cigars, as long as you dont accidentally get aggressively accused of robbing the store.

Amazing atmosphere with some awesome people! The service is top notch, cigars fresh and available, and the members only area has a TV to watch sports, comfy couches and seating areas, and a coffee station. I would highly suggest getting a yearly membership to the lounge area... it worth it.

Fantastic cigar shop! Great selection of cigars! An excellent place to relax and smoke a cigar. The place is very clean and well ventilated. Large area to sit and relax and have cigar. I highly recommend the Old West Cigar & Tobacco shop!

I love it here, I dont smoke cigars but I do smoke pipe tobacco, and they have a wonderful little pipe corner with lots of tasty blends and pretty pipes! The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I will conitue to support this awesome place!

This was a good place to purchase cigars. The only draw back was not being to sit and enjoy it. You have to be a member to sit in the seating area to smoke.

Came here to see what there selection was. There selection is okay. They don’t have a wide selection of your classic brands like Montecristo, Romeo Y Juliet, and Cohiba. They do have a wide selection of different brand name cigars. I bought a couple different sticks from them and was pleased. The store is small and a the cost was more then I like to pay.

I have been coming to old west for years and years the customer service is always great after all of these years good selection of fine cigars it’s stupid now that you can’t hang out now they have a section that is for members only so now i May take my business elsewhere.

My friends and I have been going here for years. Now they made it Members Only and charge dues. They already over charge for cigars as compared to anywhere else in town. I was always okay with that because they have an okay place to sit and smoke. Now they charge dues on top of the high-priced cigars. They tried to blame the quote liberals in Denver when the real reason is the owners are just being greedy. If the wall really made them charge dues then they could at least cut a break on cigar prices for this newly found membership.

Ive always had amazing service even when I was trying to surprise my husband with cigars I would tell the sales person the notes he likes for example ( smooth mild sweet ect ) they never steered me wrong . & when I couldnt remember a name of a cigar but the ring color i knew they helped me tiredlessly to find what i was looking for . Only wish the web page offered more. Like inventory and prices !
