I found this cigar store the other day and I stopped in for a smoke. Ricky was absolutely amazing and helpful. He recommended several cigars that were absolutely amazing! Also, their prices are much better than other stores in the area. This cigar was my favorite!!

The owner of the shop is extremely kind and accomadating. Went in to purchase a couple cigars and he was thorough in his recommendations, and went out of his way to make you feel more like a friend instead of just a client. I doubt youd find better service at a cigar shop down here, as well as an impressive selection of high quality cigars.

My hombre and I were looking for a nice place to have a couple sticks while traveling through Colorado Springs and found this hidden gem. Very personable staff (I think Rick was his name), comfortable atmosphere, and friendly patrons. If youre looking to unwind with a good smoke and a stellar atmosphere, look no further than zen.

Best vape shop in colorado springs

I havent been in, but called to see if they carry a specific type of cigar and was greeted with the most unprofessional answer I have had in years from a business owner. I asked for price on something and the answer I got was if you have to ask, you cant afford it. Really?!? I can absolutely afford it, but its not for me, I dont want to drive from Monument to pay 40 or 50 each for cigars that I wont be smoking. Turned out, once he finally did answer, they were much cheaper than I anticipated. Honestly, why so rude? Not a good way to run a business! I will not be visiting this shop any time soon, Id rather pay more somewhere else that treats their customers well, which is exactly what I did. Lose the New York/New Jersey attitude.

Richard absolutely took care of me. I didn’t know much about cigars and he helped me find some that I like. Very polite and professional, and the lounge has immaculate vibes.

My husband and I spent the afternoon at Zen Cigar, visiting with Richie and several patrons who were there. The atmosphere is lively, the conversations genuine, and the diverse opinions are respected. Richie is quite busy helping customers and schmoozing with patrons. We had a wonderful experience there and would do it again next time we are in Colorado Springs!

I have been to this shop a few times and it was awesome. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The glass is good quality, the shop itself waa very clean and organized.But I did have one bad experience that kind of ruins the good!!I walked all the way to the shop on a very hot day just for nobody to open the door after ringing the bell numerous times.. I made sure to be here well after it supposedly opens for the day yet I was forced to walk all the way back to my spot with nothing... Not even an explanation as to why it was closed in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon..I evem called the number while sitting outside the shop and it didnt even ring... Just went straight to voicemail...Unreliable and disappointing!!

I gave them a call on Thanksgiving to see if they were open, and despite it being late at night the proprietor opened the shop especially for me without my even asking. He made excellent recommendations, gave me a tour of the very cool looking lounge and vip room, threw in a free cigar based on my tastes, and even sent me home with some freebie sweets, all while making friendly conversation. He was such an affable and generous guy that I spent twice as much as I originally planned just to make things a little more fair. This may be the best service Ive ever experienced and is all the more impressive when you consider the legendary friendliness of the cigar community.

I was in town and looking for a place to enjoy a cigar. Richie was quite the host. I felt more like a guest in someones home than a customer at a lounge. Nice selection of sticks, and Richie took the time to match something to my palate, changed my opinion of Rocky Patel. If I am ever in the area and have an hour or more, there is no other place I would rather be.

Just came from Zen and it was one of the friendliest shops Ive been into!! Big, clean and lots of product. Handicap friendly and female friendly! Rich was awesome, assisted me into and out of the parking lot. I will now be back, my favorite shop the the springs.

Zen Cigar Lounge is a great place to sit and enjoy a nice cigar. Very Veteran friendly. The owner Rich is friendly and will help you pick out a great cigar. I live an hour away away and always enjoy the time I spend there.

I have been coming here for about six months and it has become my favorite go to place to relax in the springs. Great friendly place to meet interesting people: lots of space, humidor, vip room, lockers, space to work on your laptop, read a book, play dominoes, talk, watch tv. The owner, Ritchie, is a delightful, personably guy (his middle name is hospitality) who will welcome you and serve all your needs for cigars, pipes, vaping and smoking-related supplies. This place HAS IT ALL including lots of parking. Easy access at Corner of Nevada and Garden of the Gods.

Don’t park at this store when they are closed. Guy practically chased me down after parking in front of his shop to go to the liquors store.
