Good brand and quality scrubs. Extremely Disappointed in the return policy. My advice to Make sure you are not disappointed in this other wise great store like me is to try everything in when before you purchase it. Unfortunately I will be ordering online from now on. At least I know if it doesn’t fit I will be able to exchange the size out

This is one of the best scub shops we have been to. My wife has been in the medical field for over a decade and this place is now our go to place for scubs. The staff was great, super friendly. The store was very well laid out and organized. Prices where beyond fair. What a great place to do business.

Very disappointed in the return policy. Scrubs have never been worn or washed all tags are still on. Never even been taken out of the store bag. Just want a different color but won’t even exchange.

It’s always such a great experience coming in here. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful and I truly mean unbelievably friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience coming in here. I’m pretty particular about my scrubs and if they don’t have the ones I’m looking for, then I know they can order them in at no extra cost and they arrive within a reasonable navel time frame. Even for being plus-sized, I’m still able to find scrubs that not only fit, but look good and I’m comfortable in. They will have my business for as long as I’m in Colorado Springs.

The lady who was working was very rude. While entering the store she yelled about the store hours and closed the door in-front of me and an elderly gentlemen. While I was looking for tops and the phone was ringing she kept saying “OMG” with an attitude and spoke rudely on the phone to customers. Her behavior was very poor and didn’t say goodbye while I left the store. That’s no way to treat your customers.

Local businesses wonder why they cant compete with corporations when corporations are able to charge half the price and offer better policies. I quickly needed a pair of scrubs and bought sizes that I thought would fit. They did not. I went to back to AAA Uniforms to exchange sizes, brought the receipt and tags, and was told they were unable. I had paid $50 for one pair of plain, black scrubs. Thank you, AAA Uniforms, for wasting $50 out of a VOLUNTEER hospital employee and college students pocket on unusable scrubs.

The people are nice and the store is well organized. I have to wear solid colors only by company dress code, and I have a hard time finding matching solid top and bottoms in store most times I go in. You can ask them to order them but it seems to take quite a while for them to come in. If I cant find a matching set I order online and get what I was looking for much faster then ordering through the store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had no problem making an exchange where per policy I could have been stuck with scrubs that didnt fit. Be aware store charges 10% if you need to return something though but exchanges have no fee.

Standing outside the store at 0940 (allegedly opens at 0930). Doors are locked. No answer on phone. Groceries are getting warm in the car. Kids are getting impatient. Unimpressed. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very helpful staff, large selection of scrubs (colors, styles, petite/tall pants). They also offer a 10% discount for students, military, & instructors. They will order any size or style they dont have in store and typically it takes 7-10 business days to ship.

Ben was so helpful and nice. Customer service is on point and the scrub selection is awesome.

Return policy is poor.I bought 5 sets for a new job returned 2. I didn’t have time for a special order that might get here on time. That is when they told me i had a choice between a store credit or them keeping 10% of my money. Not happy. Took the hit. They wrote me a check! I paid cash! I won’t be going back anytime soon.

This place is really great! If they dont have the style/size in the color you need, they can order it for you really easily and with no extra charge. The staff has always been pretty helpful and they have a lot of different styles/brands to try on.

We came from pueblo and basically I needed cargo pants for EMS. We were running late since my class lasted 4hrs, We barely got there but he was kind enough to leave the store open for 5mins . And we got my pants friendly, helpful, and awesome staff! If I ever need any other uniforms, they have my business for life!

Probably the worst scrub store Ive been to. Overpriced, poor selection, poorly organized. Staff was preoccupied with their phones

Needed compression socks they have a great variety, good price and can order other things if you need. Staff was great with helping and interacting with customers.

Wow the second I walked in the guy who greeted me was a jerk and made sarcastic remarks about my questions. Im usually all about supporting local business but when your selection is sub par at best and items are overpriced, Id prefer to shop online where its the same top brands for half your cost and I dont have to deal with an attitude. Save your money and trip shop online!

They are quick to help you.however dont even bother to shop here. just go to Castle Rock.because If you buy a size put of desperation and find what u need else where.they charge you to return!

I agree that they are over priced, and Im not happy at all because I bought 2 scrub tops, both the same size. Well one does not fit. I came back during business hours on a tuesday at 4 40ish, and they are supposed to be open until 6! I call, and there isnt even a voice mail option. Im reading other reviews that they charge to return. I just want an exchange. I guess Ill try my luck to come back tomorrow.. but I will not accept being charged for that.. wont be coming back here after this mess.
