Couldnt find dress wear shoes for a wedding anywhere;but here . This place had so many options and staff was super friendly.

Worst staff ever! First of all when we got there every single one of them were speaking in Spanish like I didn’t understand what they were saying! They’re so rude! I was trying on different clothes, one of the employees had said that no bodysuits were allowed to be tried on. Ok that’s fine but I had a friend and her kids with me and I had to rush out cause I could hear my friend yelling. The staff had told her that her daughter was basically messing with things she shouldn’t have. They have cameras. Go and check and you’ll see if she was doing exactly what you said! The worker had then told my friend that she had kids and they were well behaved unlike my friends children! Needless to say security was call and even security had said that wasn’t the first or 3rd complaint they’ve had about these workers! They pick and choose who they want to “deny service” too. That was later confirmed not just by security but by the workers at rue21! I will never be going back to this horrible store! They need to learn customer service! It’s shocker that their store is still standing with the amount of complaints this place has got!!!

Discrimination to people of color, if you have kids they will follow you around the entire store and even ask you to leave if you child runs them the wrong way. Completely unprofessional, wont be going back

I LOVE the clothing there BUT the staff is absolutely terrible!!! So rude and unprofessional. I have been there numerous times & each time have received poor service . I had asked for a transaction to be half on my card & half cash & the girl just ran it all on my card . Another time one of the ladys asked a cashier to ring me up & she childish remarked No. The staff is just rude & unprofessional. Definitely needs a new staff that understands what customer service is.

I had the worst experience at this location ever they have terrible customer service I had bought a dress and asked the lady while checking out if I could return she never told me that returns are just store credit so I proceed to buy the dress to take it home and have it not work out so I drive 30 minutes back to this location thinking that I was going to be able to return the dress and get my money back because that is what in employee had told me when I get into the store the manager right off the bat proceed to tell me that I cannot get my money back the dress witch I get but if your employee didnt inform your coustmer that returns are only store credit instead the manger hand an nasty attitude and just pointed at here desk that says no returns and again I understand that but if an employee is checking a coustmer out and states they can return it for their money back you should not be nasty about it as it was not my fault your employee gave the wrong information.... I spent $20 on this dress and quite frankly I did not like anything else in the store as for it was skimpy and scandalous so I try to explain my situation to her and let her know that her employee did not inform me that I could not get my money back I also told her that her employee said that I can get my money back if the dress did not work out she continue to argue and have a bad attitude towards me and continuously yelled at me until I left the store also when I had asked for somebody that was in higher power than her she said I will not be able to contact them and she will not give me any information I would not recommend going to the store if you one want your moneys worth two want good customer service into three to not have attitude thrown towards you The amount of disrespect all of these girls that were on the shift was unbelievable and the fact that the location store manager was yelling at a customer and being disrespectful to a customer makes me never want to spend my money here again and make sure none of my friends spend money here

I found the same clothes in here as I did in Hollister but for $12 versus $25. Great store, would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to stick to their budget while also looking their best.

The makeup is super cheap. Dont waste your money. Clothes are just okay. Not super good quality.
