On week repair. A month later repair isnt done. Went in two days after he said he finally had the part and would finish, and he said he didnt have the part yet. Never called to update, would say something, and we would have to call because we never heard from him.

My Grandson was building his gaming PC and could not get it to work. So I brought his PC to Front Range and had it working in less than a day. The person who fixed his PC explained in detail to my grandson what wasnt connected and fixed it. The price was reasonable and Im very satisfied with his work. The people are friendly and take pride in their work.

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Kept my computer for 3 weeks with no sign of being able to fix it. Also does not follow posted business hours and closes early/opens late which makes it very difficult to give them business. Had to wait for two parts to be ordered that did not even work. Very dissatisfied. Do not recommend giving them business unless you have three weeks to wait for morning to be done.

Hes honest and straightforward and hasnt raised his price since Ive known the guy.For repairs it costs $25 for him to diagnose it and then if its a simple fix thats all it will cost you otherwise hell call you and let you know exactly how much it costs to repair it and what parts you may need.He can/will order in or sell most kinds of parts that you may need. He carries chargers for most laptops that you can buy straight off of him.

Great services, I had installed a new GPU on my gaming PC. I had dislodged some of the RAM and did not think to check these. In less than an hour my PC went from a pricey paper weight to gaming once again. This all took place on a Saturday at about 4:00pm. This guy shop was a life saver.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Experienced.I went here because I was at my wits end while building my gaming PC. Brandon was able to isolate a faulty component that had cost me several motherboards, had I gone here at the start I would have saved a lot of money and time. Been dealing with this company for 10 years now. Hes extremely nice and very knowledgeable on the industry and parts. Give them a chance its better than going to a big box store where youre just a number. Support local businesses. Its not fair when the big box stores come in and push out the small guy.

They didn’t have what I need but the gentleman who I spoke with was helpful regardless. He even gave suggestions as to where I may be able to find the adapter that I needed. Thank you again!

Been using them to get my computer put back from viruse infection.Nice people pricing may be little High, however looking at what I have in my laptop and whats out there right now on sale made the decision to upgrade memory and get it cleaned up from the virus I had in my Windows 10. Windows 10 would not update. Better than the Geek Squad for sure. Well see when I pick up my computer to give an update and blanket then to five stars.

Decent guys reasonably priced and knows his computers. Im a retard when it comes to computers and he helped me out and ordered the part and got it as cheap as possible. Had my laptop back to me within a week and running like new.

Ordered 512MB SDRAM. Waited more than a month, only to find it was a 64MB. My computer was firmware upgraded to accept 512MB modules, originally it was limited to 64MB or less. The guy followed the guidelines on web which he simply ordered 64MB instead of 512MB. So I brought my computer and he was surprised that it accepts 512MB and said will order one for me again. Nice guy, but doesn’t think customer is right. In conclusion, I think they have honest and good business, go-to place for repairs, but not for advanced computer enthusiasts. Or, I should’ve told the guy I hold AAS degree in computer technology and an A+ Certification award, so he wouldn’t think I’m a novice and sell me exactly what I wanted- an 512MB SDRAM!

Did what i asked him to on my pc and i feel like he did a little extra because all i had was problems building it and when i took to him everything boot up perfectly and everything ran how it was supposed to

Took my gaming laptop in to get more memory installed from 8 gig to 16 gig, took awhile due to supplier issues. Brandon did manage to get my laptop upgraded before I left the country again, will use again when I need to update my main gaming PC.

After these Guys fixed my computer and replaced the power supply not once but twice after it blew up again for free I decided to re do my review and would tell any one to go here best service every they do honor warrantys. I would go here again and will.

I took a tablet to repair here. The boy took more than a month to give me an answer about the repair, unfortunately I had to leave the city, however I paid for the repair work and agreed to send the tablet to my new home.After several months the tablet arrived at my house, in the same way that I had left it, it did not work.I called him to say that the tablet was the same as I had left it, the boy blamed the post office and he told me, would call the mail to ask for the money back. Almost one year ago this started and it is the date on which my tablet is still broken and he kept the money.

Fixed up a charging issue with my laptop in no time and for the same price Best Buy was asking just to have it diagnosed. Really fair price and great service!

Came in when my computer wasnt working... told me it was the hard drive and I need to buy a new one but it had to be shipped from overseas because there is a shortage/ cheaper over there??? Ok.... went ahead with the repair. One month later I could not connect to the internet. Easy fix right? Now they tell me it probably got a virus and I need another Hard drive! They said the computer can literally walk outside the door and catch a virus so its not their fault and they cant guarantee anything. My husband took this computer to Afghanistan and got the internet to work with a few clicks on the settings. AWESOME. Nice of you to take advantage of girls.

Unless its changed management, I wouldnt recommend. Cool guy but sold me a crappy computer that over heats like all the time. Barely moving it will also cause it to shut off. He told me I could buy a working battery for an extra charge.

Anytime I have gone in here whether it be asking questions or giving away an old computer I had no use for hes always been very helpful. (ps. I have also taken a new photo and uploaded it as the old was the back of the store)

My computer started crash dump, and ended up with the blue screen off death, restored my computer to factory settings, loading updates would crash dump again, and a blue screen, I had enough, the last 5 weeks, I bought my computer in, it took a few days, they wanted to make sure my computer was running right, I got my computer back has not crash dump or seen the blue screen of death, was very satisfied with the service and the owner and I will go back again if I have problems or any two step my computer to a newer software program
