Dollar Tree is a Great store with lots to choose from and its just a $1!! Holiday supplies, wrapping paper, kitchen supplies, party supplies, food, cold food, animal accessories, electronics, holiday cards🎉, balloons, batteries, snacks etc etc 🙌😁

Fantastic items for $1, $ 3 and $ 5 dollars. Helps the tight budget with so many products to choose from. This location on Hancock and Academy has great staff. Much larger them most dollar trees.

Dollar tree is great! The parking lot of the shopping center is in terrible condition! Maybe the city should step in and force the issue? Seriously, I dont know how someone hasnt been seriously injured there! These stars are for Dollar Tree.....NOT for the shopping center itself.

Just go to the one up north, better service actual stocked products and more than just 1 employee working

A I have to go to store. Theres no doubt that something in this place needs to be purchased by me. I can take a family member or friend, just walk through. Then open my wallet @ the end of it all. P.S., developed good friendships with a lot of associates.

One of the better dollar trees in town. Clean and well stocked. Not sure Im a fan of these items over a dollar they are starting to sell now. Id rather they stick with just $1 items.

All I have to say bout Dollar tree...they have definitely stepped their game up. Highly impressed with some of the options they have.

This will have to go down into one of my favorite Dollar Trees. Not only does it have a good variety of snacks but the frozen section is great! It does get rather sparse in the late hours, can tell its popular within the neighborhood. But that only makes it more unique. Everyone on staff is also helpful, so its up to us to keep their jobs easier. They offer such a great variety compared to other ones Ive been to. Its the least we can do to keep it around.

I get things I need there cheaper than the big box stores

Extremely clean abd organized esp for a place that sells everything for a dollar. The ladies that work there were very helpful and friendly. I recently went to another Dollar Tree locally and that place was a mess & everyone was rude so I am happy to have found my new Dollar Tree store !

A great place to shop for the little things!

I have such a limited income that its really wonderful to be able to pick up things at the Dollar Tree for a buck each. We all need help now and then and Im certainly not ashamed to shop there.

I wes at Dollar Tree looking for picture frames. They have a great selection to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Id give a 4 1/2 star but that waiting is not available. They normally have everything or close to everything I need for my 5 year olds toy destruction phase and my supply of arts and crafts hobbies the only thing they could do better is to not have this one lady work there she was always nice till she found out I had 6 kids then she started calling me irresponsible and selfish now anytime me or my kids go in there she is prudish and snobbish and will litterly walk away from the register shes running and leave us standing there twiddling our thumbs. So ive taken to going to the next regerster any time she is on duty and I come in. Other then her I love that store and I love that its right next to the arc.

Went in tonight and on most occasions it goes well but you have an employee who is completely rude, on more than one occasion. Glen first told us to ask someone else when asked a question. Tonight she stopped me and my cousin and got in his face, then walked backwards straight mean mugging.

The store here was typical dollar tree. The new girls were stocking shelves and the manager was on the register.I asked one of the girls where the restroom was and I was directed to the front of the store for a key... I asked at the front and was told the mens room key was broken and the womens room was misplaced... not even a way for herself or the employees to use the restroom? Now that makes for a long uncomfortable day....I have included a picture of Miss Babette as she finishes up with the $25 order that I paid for... I thought she was smiling and realized it must just be the pressure of her bladder making it seem that way.Of you are in the area please ask for the key and post the story she tells you.

They have the best selection of jigsaw puzzles and craft supplies.

Very rude and lazy store manager refused to help me purchase a phone charger and told me to go to another store. Luckily found one at the ARC next door where all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Will not be returning to this Dollar Tree again.

Purchased what I wanted. The cashier was professional and polite...did not expect that, but good of her to be that way.

Like always I go in for one thing and walk out more than I needed 😉 gave 3 stars couse of the long lines.

Everytime I come in theres always a friendly employee or two who will help me get to where i need to with a smile on their face. One girl, who I cant remember the name of, has brown hair and looks young. She always has a smile and brightens my day with her laugh. I always enjoy my visits here.

Went yesterday and whoever the lady at the checkout was was going off on an older customer. Being so rude and then said she’s a carried for covid and doesn’t have to wear a mask. Well lady if you’re a carrier why are you at work without a mask? This woman needs to be fired you don’t talk to your customers like that I don’t care if your having a bad day or not you don’t disrespect your elders.

Nasty and unprofessional customer service. Reached the register and waited two minutes until cashier finished her conversation with the other cashier. Matter fact I had to speak just for her to stop. I only had one item, but had to wait again until Collette stopped looking around and pressed the button she was prompted to. After my transaction was finished she was too busy looking behind her at the other cashier and her customers to hand me my receipt. Her manager Terra and Im sure the other managers allow this behavior. I see negative customer service reviews everywhere. These reviews are well deserving I see. These employees are so rude and disrespectful.

I was shopping at the location yesterday and noticed one of the clerks was not wearing a mask. When I said something to another clerk she became loud and challenging to me. I tried to let her know I was merely pointing out the sign on their door “no mask no admittance” needed to apply to employees also. She told me “ I don’t make the rules if you don’t like it take it up with cooperate”. I was very disappointed at this response.

I love this place! It has everything I need for a dollar, and I even find new stuff there! This location is huge, or it just feels like that because of the half shelves they have, but it is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I prefer this location to the others.

I frequent this store, and usually none of the cashiers are overly friendly. Rarely are they flat out rude, like this evening. Autumn, the cashier was extremely rude, and on her phone discussing plans to go out later. There was no hello. When she gave me my change, she didnt bother to count it out, or male sure it was correct, just shoved it into my hand without a word. No thank you, nothing. Sierra, who was the girl stocking, was also rude. I found myself to be in her way, several times. When we were looking at something, she would reach over and put stuff away. I understand that is her job. However, no need to nearly push me out of the way. When I said Sorry, Im in your way she rolled her eyes and said yeah. The store is pretty well put together though. Some of them look ransacked but this one is pretty well organized. Maybe the workers could smile or at the very minimum, say hello?

The employees here are the worst! They make you feel like a nuisance just for showing up to shop. One time I asked a cashier if I could use the restroom and she went to ask a manager and returned without the key. After about 5 minutes of me just standing there I asked the cashier again and she told me to go ask the manager myself. I found her standing around talking to another employee and when I asked for restroom she refused. I explained I just needed to change my baby and she referred me to the Arc even though Im a paying customer not just there for the restroom. She was too busy BSing with a co-worker about what happened over the weekend to let a mother into the restroom with her child. After I was done shopping and checking out, I heard a female employee tell a male employee to sit on it and rotate which wasnt appropriate at all especially in front of children and customers.

I love shopping here because its quick in, quick out usually no long lines the prices are reasonable on most products and they have a little bit of everything its kind of like a One-Stop shopping when youre on the go.

Good Variety of $1 priced junk...lol. Actually they have some good deals on named brand products as well...

All Dollar Trees carry the same items and have a wide variety of candy/snacks, some food and pet supplies, gift wrapping supplies (paper, bags, and ribbon), kitchen tools and organization, office/school supplies, small toys and stuffies, books/coloring books, some cosmetics/hair items, and cleaning supplies. THE place to buy greeting cards (either $1 or $.50 each), mylar helium balloons, and adorable seasonal and holiday merchandise.This particular store is clean, bright, well organized, and has easy parking and super friendly staff.

Came in 20 mins before close just to grab a few things real quick. Stuff wasnt stocked on shelf and lady told me I couldnt use restroom for 5 mins since she just mopped it. Not a problem except she never unlocked it and walked right past without saying anything. I know its close to closing time but seemed like we were just an inconvenience.

Theyre must be something in the sop that says they can only have 2 registers open. Long lines at 1pm. Yazmin was nice and courteous though.

Great location and this store in particular appear to be a bit bigger than other locations so definitely gives the appearance that things are spread out with lots of room to shop!

The checkout clerk was talking to another employee the entire time she checked out people, which I found extremely rude. The employee was leaning over the area as the items were scanned. The clerk gave me my receipt in between her conversation with the other person and said here ya go and didnt even look at me as she gave it to me. They were talking to each other about knowing people whove been arrested and the one employee being 47 years old and hasnt been arrested or in trouble. The other employee could have been working or open another line.

So unprofessional! Degrading treatment of customers!I recently went to shop at this store and an employee (the manager I found out later) walked up to me and started to scream for me to get out of the store. I was floored on why she was saying this to me. When I asked her why she was asking me to leave She said because I said so! I said just because you said so? umm No thats not a reason to come screaming at me she said it was because she has caught me steeling more then once and has kicked me out of the store multiple times already. I am so confused and at this point I am embarrassed because the whole store can her her she wont even talk to as I keep trying to tell her she has me mistaken for someone else. She just keeps telling me to get out. I was going to just leave because who wants to deal with a store employee like this, however I just walked over to the check out line and was going to buy the things I had in my cart then go but she made it really uncomfortable she said she had video proving it was me. I asked to see it and she said you can go over it with the police. I was like wow really is it that serious but I told her ok If that is what it takes to not have her down grade and humiliate me then I am all for it. I gave her my first name and waited but no cop came and I still have no Idea why she came up to me like that, I cant believe how unprofessional she was it makes me not want to shop at this store ever again!!!!! The good thing I can say about this store is the cashier that checked me out was very polite and kind. She wrapped the breakable things I bought in newspaper very professional! The manager can learn to act like her Employees.

Fun dollar tree to grab dollar items. I really wish I could give 5 stars but the homeless that hang out by the entrance dont allow me to do so.

This is a review from the spouse of a employee. First off the management of this store is non existent and the freight manager wynona is inept and doesnt do her job. I write this sitting in the emergency room with my fiance who do to both wynonas complete disregard for safety and allowed the stock room to become a dangerous place. Boxes fell on her neck and back on November 29 and the general manager neglected to make her do her job has now caused permanent damage to someone who does everything for everyone and tried to address the dangerousness of the stock room. Sad thing niether of them have even apologized for this.

Clean HUGE DOLLAR TREE

They got a bunch of stuff for a dollar. Pizza rolls, laser pointers, washer fluid, baseball cards, and a bunch of other stuff. They used to have 3 liters of soda that were super fat but now they just have 2.5 liter sodas that arent fat at all. They just look like really tall 2 liters.

The cashier was nice but the manager just left the cashiers by themselves and yelled out Im going to have a cigarette infront of everyone and they only had two cashiers and the lines was long
