Nice Costco with many marked down soon to be deleted items at fire sale price. Definitely hits on the treasure hunt mentality.Food selection is typically very pricey vs Sams club. Costco usually has sizes 25% bigger than Sams and leans towards organic which also significantly adds to the price. So, unless you have a family of 5+ with a teenage boy, are really into organic or like to eat the same thing a lot, many of the things you buy will spoil or go out of date before you can finish it. Shop with a friend and split it.They do have 2 of the best food values at a nice size and price with their 4.99 rotisserie chicken and the 1.50 hot dog combo. We mainly go for the treasure hunt aspect and Costco is very good at that. There always seems to be something different and useful.
Dear COSTCO FOOD PROVIDERS ARE USING WAY TO MUCH SALT! IN YOUR RECIPES.The chicken salad used to be the best, but now over time, it is gone down hill. The chunks of chicken ARE FOUR TIMES too large. All the chicken is white meat.Did you Ever make this salad with any legs or thighs? NOW IT HAS WAY TOO MUCH MEAT AND ALL OF IT SEEMS TOO MUCH, ALL WHITE, TOO HARD, TOO THICK TOO HARD TOO CHICKEN-ATED, TOO LOADED WITH SODIUM.You chefs and COOKS MUST HAVE totally altered the fine and delicate recipe you once used that was delicate, chocked full of 1/4 inch celery, 1/4 inch dark chicken meat light meat, very little salt.It tastes as though you overly salted the chicken when you roasted it, then Again, when you made the dressing, then again when you finished it off before you packed for sale. THEN FORGOT TO PUT IN CELERY OR ONIONS OR ANY CARROTS AT ALL.Verify your recipes and consult high -end cooks and chefs, please. Most of your guests tolerate Much LESS SODIUM, OR ON VERY LITTLE SALT, using RESTRICTED DIETARY EATING PLANS. THE CUSTOMERS CAN ALWAYS ADD THEIR OWN SALT IF DESIRED. You used to have the best salad over any ones, elsewhere, anywhere!Costco was number one over all deli stores, caters, competitors across the USA!!, EAST OR WEST! Go for number one again!?
$$$$$$$$$Two things that describe this place are1. BUSY. Good luck getting in and out of here in a quick manner. It is too busy and too crowded, all the time. You can try coming in the morning or an hour before they close and its the same. Busy busy busy. The gas station and the store itself are equally busy.2. $$$$$ Do not come here to try and save money. I spend more money here than any other grocery store. They have very few items that I would even consider a deal, plus theres the whole yearly membership thing .
Love, love, love Costco! This place is always packed but has the best groceries. Their clothes section despite being rifled through by thousands of people is super organized and clean. Beats Sams hands down. Would love to see one built in Pueblo CO!
Got hearing aids and is the best for the price anywhere. The two who work in there are really trained ! So helpful and kind. My life has changed!
Pretty good overall. However, after shopping here for 9 years I can say that none of the workers know how to place items in a box or bag at check out. I can tell them to back off, but they still feel the need to mess up the bagging/ boxing process.
I love Costco in general, this one is always busy but always spend way more than I expect to… I just wish some of the other members didn’t act like they were the only ones there…and really who goes to Costco in a hurry???? LOL Always seems like there are people that run through true store and get mad when you slow them down. Maybe I am doing it on purpose….
Costco had everything we were looking for; the only issue being the sizes being too much for two little old great-grandparents.
Just got here but it is awesome & it will always be awesomeLets go BrandonEpstein didnt kill himself......
Good selection but this particular location was far too overcrowded when we went on the weekend. Might be better during the weekday or off hours
Ok. I have literally debated a solid 1.5 months about posting about an experience I had at this location, and its just bothered me so much that I am going to. I am typically a 5. Ft 1, 110lb female. Earlier this summer, I was 7.5 months pregnant, and very obviously showing. My partner dropped me off near the front entrance as it was raining outside and we didnt have an umbrella. While he went to go park, I headed in. Slightly behind me was a young male employee pushing a bunch of carts into the entrance. He seemed irritated that I was dropped off, so I felt like I needed to hurry in. The second my feet went from the wet pavement to the wet Costco flooring, I slipped and fell forward, hard. It took me a second to process what had just happened and to check in with my body but when I looked up, there was literally 5 employees staring at me. 3 younger men (in their mid 20s) one older man ( in mid 40s-50s) and a middle aged woman. Not one of them moved to help me, they all just stared. So I begin to pull myself up, and the floor was so slippery that I fell again! I was mortified, my knees and ankle hurt, my heart was racing, and my stomach totally felt way more vulnerable than it ever has, and I will admit; at this point I was trying not to cry. I pull myself up, at which point the cart guy says to me, you should be more careful. Thats. Literally. It. I went in, grabbed what I needed as quickly as possible, and got out of there. The second my partner picked me up I just started bawling. Never have I ever felt like that before. Like just truly uncared for by other human beings. Ive felt anxious anytime I have to go to Costco since. I get that its weird times, but....well....I just cant believe how dehumanizing the experience was.
Has a great selection of bulk candy for gumball/candy machines, but ONLY on-line apparently (the 2# jar of peanut M&Ms you DO carry? Does not count- no one in their right mind would stand in those lines for a couple jars of candy- if you had bulk candy? We would have been faithful every 2-4 weeks 😕... Id much rather buy local (for my local business)- Amazon gets enough business
Alot choices and great prices. If your a last minute shopper you will pay higher prices.
The shopping experience is what you would expect. Big store, lots of stuff.Plusses are the samples and customer service.Lisa at customer service is great. Easy returns never an issue. My main complaint is the Optometrist is a contractor and I cant recommend them at all. Made an appointment for an eye exam and wasnt told anything about the costs during the phone call. When i arrived the person at the desk, well Im not going to disparage anyone but. They seemed to want my whole medical history. For an eye exam?? Cmon I decided that I wouldnt finish and left without the exam.Anyway, back to the store.Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I like the place because of the easy access off I-25 and the other shopping opportunities in the general vicinity.
Who dosent LOVE Costco? My only complaint is that I spend too much money there. 😆
The store is well stocked and organized. The merchandise is easy to navigate and look through. There is always plenty of people to answer questions. I can buy enough of the products we use to get our Family through the month.
Excellent prices. Great selection. Very clean and organized. Awesome greeters and check out staff by the door! Yummy hot dogs!!
Great store! I didnt have a membership so I didnt do much shopping, but it seemed like they had just about anything you could think of... Didnt get to look at much tho as Id misplaced my phone and was in a hurry to make sure I didnt LOSE it! Maybe one of these days Ill get to do more looking, and enjoy myself far more than I did THAT day! LOL
Claen and efficient. Great selection and customer service.
Not a big fan of Costco but, my wife loves the store. The more I have come with her it has grown on me...a little bit 😃What I have noticed about this one is that it has a huge parking lot. The store has a very nice flow. The associates are friendly and very helpful. So I guess Im starting to like costco..a little bit 😎
We are RVers, Went to the pharmacy to get our 2nd vaccine, the pharmacist was very argumentative, told us to get it when we returned home in 6 weeks. Really disappointed in her behavior 😕
When getting the membership I was asked which one I wanted and told her why I wanted the star member card. I was not Interested in an executive membership. She proceeded to take our ids and when it came time to pay it was back to the total of the executive price ($120). When asked about the price she looked me and pretty much tested me and asked me if I wanted to do it the most expensive way. Really felt disrespected with my decision. She rang me up for an executive membership and when I told her I wasn’t looking for that one she was rude and said why didn’t you tell me before and had an attitude while finishing the transaction. When it came time to take pictures she was making remarks under her breath to another women behind the counter and was extremely rude. I am truly considering if Costco is even the right membership if that’s how the employees act.
Who would have thought that you would find good, fresh ceviche here? Its so good. Hope it stays a regular item!
Crowded but they had what I came for and the lines went quick
Found all I needed, and some things I didnt expect. Filled my buggy/cart; with a happy attitude. Thank you for being there & having useful and yummy products.
Came in for an eye exam after traveling an Hour and a half. I spoke to someone on the phone when I made my appointment and they wanted to do a diabetic exam. I explained that I only needed a regular exam as I had already had that exam in May. They scheduled appointment. When I arrived at the appointment they said they couldn’t do the eye exam without proof of the diabetic eye exam. I have no way to show the proof without my paperwork that’s at home. Which I was not told I needed. Very disappointing with their professionalism
I have been a member for over 40 years. During that time Costco has changed a lot. The company used to run by merchants. Now, like most retailers, it is run by the bean counters. The merchandising push has been for more high value, supposedly healthier, food items. Staples, such as Smuckers strawberry jam, has been left in the dust. I find myself buying fewer and fewer items.I would give up the membership except for some notable exceptions. The Kirkland 100% Columbian coffee is always a bargain. Currently the cost is $10.99 for three pounds. I found an 18 ct. of sesame seed hot dog buns for $2.50. The rotisserie chicken is actually a loss leader at $4.99. The gasoline is always the cheapest in Southern Colorado and contains a fuel injector cleaner similar to Shell.A customer or potential customer of Costco needs to remember that it has grown into a cult. Be a smart shopper and you can save money. Buy anything and everything here and you will overpay for many items. One last note. For the past two years I have purchased my home owners insurance through Costco. Currently the policy is through a subsidiary of American Family Insurance. The policy price has saved me over a $1,000 to date. Check it out.
Organized store and easy access from I 25. More selection including liquor choices .
Its a typical wearhouse set up. Somethings are over priced and limited selection. Then there are only items they sell as well. Ive gotten quite a few things from them and go back to get deals on what I buy. It can cost you more and it can cost you less all depends on what you need and is it better to buy in bulk. The one thing I didnt like on this visit was they have Christmas items out all ready. Im sure others do also somewhere. Stop rushing the Holidays.
I love Costco! We got great deals on the kids winter coats, a cozy blanket and our fav foods!
Costco is an ethical business that takes great care of their employees and their customer service reflects this. Also, their prices are so very good! Quality is what I think of when I shop with them.
Very rude and disrespectful front end employees. Great selection with decent prices. The whole shopping trip can go great until you reach the front end and customer service staff. Assistant manager is absolutely horrible and should not be in this line of business.
Standard warehouse grocery stuff. Every now and then you can find a good unique item. Seems a bit crowded most of the time, but the staff tries their best to get you through the lines.
I always find an ever changing assortment of products at great prices. The Kirkland brand I can buy with confidence and is one of the best in-house brands out there. Even though this place is crazy busy, the lines move like a week oiled machine. Gas is always about 20 to 30 cents cheaper and worth the short wait in line.
Well stocked, not terribly crowded for a Saturday afternoon. People were good about distancing. Happy to see so many masks being worn properly.
It felt like America. California is too strict. I love Colorado.
Im not a member, so my rating is strictly on the pharmacy, and my experience parking. I always have to park so far out because theyre super super busy. Probably because its the only Costco for miles if there even is another one Im not sure. I honestly hate going there. I go because there is one prescription that I can get super cheap there. I usually have to wait anywhere between 1 half an hour and 1 day for my script. I seem to luck out with no line but I have seen the line insanely long. The staff is not the nicest and it seems to be from pure exhaustion. If thats the case they need to hire more staff. Ive seen them treat a lot of people in a way that you would not expect from any pharmacy. Its mainly on the customer service side. The technicians are pretty nice.
What is not to like about Costco? I always like the lunch there and the food is great quality.
The optical manager definitely knows what shes doing! Also the entire costco team has been wonderful 🏆
Costco is awesome to save money, membership is reasonably priced and the solar people are very knowledgeable!
Nice costco, although I have not seen a bad costco yet.
This is our go-to Costco, and I love the helpful and go-getter service provided here. Everything is so easy to check off your list; from personalized sheet cakes and patio furniture to snacks and gasoline, Costco has it.
Please stop decorating for christmas. in september.we are yet to celebrate Halloween.
Bad experience at this Costco.. But not for the groceries or anything but for more that the gas was mishandled. Pumps were down and the associate there wasnt handling the situation like they could of.
Great selection. Opens later than where Im from and not all stores this area sell ice
Wow. This is the coolest big box wholesale discount store. Better than Sams club.
Love cosco HATE that they dont take Mastercard at all. It was embarrassing
Had everything I was looking for (and more) and the prices were quite good
I did seasonal here and they kept telling me I was one they were going to keep, then the then manager Chris Degas ended up hiring a family member on hard times that would sleep in her car during shift all the time. She needed help, but that job really wasn’t the place for her to start. I remember pushing carts past her for hours just for her to go inside to be rewarded for her “hard work”.So now just because Chris is such an A$$, I now refuse to shop at any Costco.
This place is trouble. Not sure how I end up spending so much money. It is awesome, just dont for unsupervised:)
Set up is different from any other Costco Ive been in with less selection. Still great service Ive come to expect though!
Great store with helpful staff. They will let you know if they dont have something when you ask. Lots of food options for everyone (even those on strict healthier diets). Enjoy the variety of options for food from coconut milk cans to soy free candies.
This place was fully stocked for the things we needed
I could really spend a countless amount of hours shopping here. So many wonderful selections to choose from. Family sized items, fresh & frozen prepared products. Go have some family fun. Follow Covid-19 protocol.
Got to love those Costco trips. Always something new and cool to see as well as a good deal. Employees are always courteous and nice as well as helpful. Thanks Costco!
Optical Department Shoutout!I dont think Ive ever met a nicer, more patient group of people than those in the Costco Optical Department. Not kidding. Its my first time having to wear glasses in aeons and I had no idea what my options were in glasses or how the whole process would work. Every single person I worked with was way awesome. I picked out my glasses with Tom (lovely tall dude) who is a freaking saint for answering my grazillion questions. I was also super pleased with the two people that fitted my new frames when they arrived (so sorry that I did not catch your names!) Start to finish I was so impressed, and that they had good, affordable choices. Not happy about my oldness showing and having to wear glasses but I will return here for all of my future eyewear purchases.
Clean, well stocked and at the time that I went, it was easy getting in and out.
Angela was very kind and helpful, she ran back and grabbed some muffins for me, when she did not have to do that. It was very nice
I dont know what it is, but the overall vibe or Feng shui of this place is off for me, but when it comes to accessing the parking lot and the gas pumps this Costco location in the Springs have flexibility. One thing that this place have that the other location off of Powers Blvd. doesnt, is a selection of wine (if youre into that).
Tons of organic and clean options without preservatives and junk ingredients. They even have all natural pop tarts!! For my needs I definitely have to have both a Costco and Sams Club membership but if you dont have an army of kids or home business, you can probably just get one or the other. Costco definitely has the healthier selections so I would probably pick this one if I had to choose between the two.
Nice customer service they is always someone to help you find what you need
I rated them a 4 which might be a little generous they had no selection of beer theyre out of half-and-half and I could not find any potatoes
Love Costco, great location and is usually stocked well!
Awesome! They have a fabulous collection of vintage planes. We So enjoyed our visit and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful.
WOW today was extremely busy. They are now allowing people to go in with out masks. The staff appeared to be a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of business and definitely were not as friendly as usual. I do not know if it is because of this location is understaffed or simply if the business was greater than what they were expecting. In any event definitely not the level of service that I am used to getting from Costco.
There produce and food is so much better than Sams club, instead of wearing masks now they recommend you wear football padding to shop there on busy days.
This place is insanely crowded all the time. Its a reason I gave up my membership.
The staff were really friendly.
My first time going to Costco and it was a very great experience
Love this Costco. And happy to see the samples back!
Fully stocked, quick in and out shopping. Fast customer service. 😊😊😊
There isnt a lot to say about a place like this... its pretty much the same as all of the other ones around the country. They are fairly busy most of the time. Masks are required. It was clean, everyone was nice and they got us through the checkout quickly.
Costco is a great way to save a little by buying in bulk! The savings on clothing is terrific! Our family loves the meals that they have ready to eat, terrific for when you dont feel like cooking. Pet food and treats are way cheaper at Costco too. Best prices on toilet paper and paper towels!
They have everything you need, clean organized and fast check out.Gas pumps are usually a wait.
Friendly staff. Nice change of pace from the Denver Costco I frequent. If you’re a Costco shopper this one is everything you expect from one.
Too many people not weary g MASKS, and know with the Delta variant spreading.
Always great prices. Friendly staff
Inexpensive gas when compared to other stations. Variety of other products at economical prices
Every second I was being harassed by employees because my mask fell below my nose! Nothing was in stock. Customers are not courteous! They park their carts right in the middle of an aisle and walk away. The whole Costco Corp seems like a scam and no one is friendly. Do NOT waste money on a membership!
Tire installation was done well and quickly. Be aware! If they order your tires and say 5 to 10 business days to get them in stock...it will definitely be 10 days and they wont check on the delivery status for you.
Huge store, kept very clean and good prices!!
The store is clean and stocked well. Lines werent long or slow. Staff always friendly.
I would like to say there are some people that should not be in customer service. The two ladies, Alex K #46 and another lady who placed the items in my cart were extremely rude. I was made to feel as though I was trying to steal some items that I left in the bottom of my cart because I was wanting two separate receipts. I had only placed the items from the top to be checked out first. The lady bagging the items came and started placing the items from the top when I told her I wanted two separate receipts. Then Alex proceeded to tell me that only members were allowed to pay for items and yes, my husband and I have been Costco member for over 25 years. Next time Ill shop at Sams Club. They always greet you with a smile and are super friendly. If you want friendly customer service, go to Sams Club.
Always has most everything I want. Went on a Tuesday around 1:00 and spent $500 in less than an hour. Great people!
Save so much money and the best quality and selection
Always spend too much money here but the check out is fast and the shelves stay stocked!
Became a member today. The Kirkland products are really good. Love the TP & paper towels. Good prices on the products I purchased today.Friendly staff.
Nice and wide open. Good for social distancing. I feel like the produce is more limited than the one I go to in Seattle though. Lay out is a little odd but all Costocs are... once you get the hand of it its not bad.
Great place for food and other things, but people have no respect for others at this store.
Horrible food court service and to mention one of my big boxes of pizza had hair under the cheese. My brother in law saw a string of hair poking out between the sauce and the cheese. It was gross we decided to throw it away and see if we can get a refund. We called they just hung up. We also bought some groceries there. But the cashier there was extremely rude. Mumbling something underneath her breath. Will not bother going shopping there ever again. Even if I have to go to Costco it will not ever be there. Sams Club cashiers know how to provide great customer service. Would like to point out that some of these posts lets say are from the same employees that work here or there friends and relatives. So make sure to analyze before viewing some makeup good reviews at this Costco. I have been coming to this Costco for a while thinking that these people will change their attitudes. Like I mentioned earlier not ever coming back here again. Would like to mention if you are going to talk about posting good reviews about your own job make sure nobody is around to hear about it. We are the customers, we are supposed to rate you not the other way around.
