The atmosphere here is really cool! I was blown away by all the choices in mods and flavors. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to online, but thats usually the way it goes. Overall great experience.

These guys are magnificent. Theyre always helpful and on point as a business. Their prices are competitive and they should be. After all..... As with ANYTHING you get what you pay for..... As far a e-liquid goes I would recommend rainbow blood..... Its their best seller and my personal favorite..... BUT it sells out fast....... If you like it as much as I do you have to go in at least a half a week early to get it BEFORE its gone.

Dragon Lair has always been my go to vape shop, but after my visit yesterday, I will never go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and so helpful! ✨ PLEASE READ TO UNDERSTAND RATING ✨Normally I would give this place a higher rating because they are the only shop in town that carries Salt Bae which is one of my favorites and I am willing to drive from the northside down there so that says something. Their employees are always awesome and will help to the best of their ability. They have a good selection of juice and they have a decent selection of pod systems which is good for me.The problem I’ve had the past couple times is the juice Ive bought and it has zero taste. I don’t really think that it’s Dragons Lairs fault but I feel like if you’re going to buy Salt Bae from them you might wanna order it online.

The service here is fantastic. I booked an appointment online and when I got there it only took about 2 minutes to check in and there was a bellhop to help me with my bags. The pool, spa, and hot tub here are really nice too. Definately recommend checking that out too.

Been here for more than a year now after trying a few local shops. Currently, at a time of pandemic, they’re bringing orders out to cars with no contact at all, and very efficiently. I asked for suggestions, and when they suggested a house flavor, I said yes and in my head, “oh boy, well if it’s cheap, I’ll just deal with the low quality”. Wrong. I was told the flavor “Dutchess” was flying off the shelves, which they would say. Wow, they weren’t lying. Personally, I’d put this one above a few good name brand flavors, and near the top.Flawless service so far, great wide open selection of product, place is clean and smells nice (when open), and not a bad interaction with staff so far.Solid 5/5 for a local business.

This place DOES NOT back their products! I bought a little vape pen from them took it home, put in the wick/coil filled it up waited 10min or so to make sure it was primed enough to vape. Ive been vaping since it all started so I know what Im doing..all the vape juice leaked out of it! There werent any cracks or splits, I didnt over fill it..I double checked everything and tried again..same thing, all the juice leaked out, it was a huge mess! When I bought it the guy that sold it to me told me if anything was wrong I could bring it back within 30 days..I had my roommate take it back a couple days later because I was sick (not virus) WITH THE RECIEPT not only did they NOT take it back (I was willing to exchange it) the guy ( turns out hes the owner) was extraordinarily rude! My roomie explained what was wrong with the product and why we were bringing back to him, he insisted he didnt do returns unless it was something electronic, he said he wouldnt do it for leaking issues all the while..every other word he used was the Fword, he was very defensive and argumenitive, and saying we must have left it in a hot car and would hardly let my roomie get a word out while insinuating that we were stupid ( I was on speaker with roomie & owner) and since we didnt try EVERY coil we didnt know what were doing because were dumb girls. I then talked to just him and told him this wasnt the first time Id tried to immediately return a defective product from them and was turned away. Thats when he insisted he trained ALL of his employees to tell customers that they only took returns for certain issues..thats when I told the little rude snot that his employee said nothing of the sort to me, lo & behold his employee was selling a vape pen to another customer in front of my roomie and didnt say a word about their return policy! Basically they just sell products and if you have a problem with it your referred to the manufacturer, they take ZERO responsibility for what they sell so you might as well just order your vape products from them and bypass Dragons Lair. I know this is common practice among privately owned vape stores but Ive had them take the product back or at least be polite about it. In summation it was a horrible experience, he not only didnt even try to make it right he was abusive, rude & condescending and the Fword made up the majority of his vocabulary. Oh and they have a lousy selection of products. to.

Great selection on brands and juices... house flavors are good plus on thursday house juice is buy one get one.... mods and accessories are reasonably priced... knowable and good service... always a quiche and a nice experience when I visit.

Skip knows his stuff, we appreciate when employees can confidently advise you on purchases. The prices here are better than Cheif Vapor. Only downside is they only sell big bottles which is nice but I also am concerned about vape tongue so Ill try to update as I can. They have daily specials and a rewards program worth opting into.

Have had exactly what we came for and told us about his daily deals which is really cool. I love coming across great customer service because it’s very hard to come by now days! I was immediately greeted when I walked in here even though they were busy and no-one was available to help me right away. As a new vapor, I really appreciated the patience and explanations they provided to me on the product and industry as a whole. They encouraged I try different flavors and helped me pick my flavor profile. This was really top notch service with reasonable price level (not sure if expensive or not since this was my first vape experience)! Bravo!

Fair prices on juices, wish there was more selection for 18mg. But the main thing that kinda sucked was the earlier this week when it snowed, i stopped by both days at 6pm cause usually they close at 7pm and they were already shutdown. I even called during the middle of the day on the 2nd day and the person said they close at 7pm. Only for me to waste another drive down there at 6

These guys(and gal) are awesome. The shop is a tad small but the environment is serene and calming. The thing I like the most is that there is no pressure to buy anything, they answer any question and theyre more than happy to teach you if your new to the vape scene. The reason for the three stars’, is because of the dissatisfaction I got from not being able to exchange my device. I feel that with talking to the store owner I can understand from a business point but come on man! If you were to buy a car and it overheat only on Tuesdays and they tell you well its normal and you shouldnt be afraid about it. You would take it back and be like hey give me an exchange or give me my money back. However, I didnt get to get either and I am stuck with a mod I am really displeased with. Other than that, the service is spot on and their selection of vapor juice is larger than any. store I been to thus far. Sadly I will be taking my business somewhere else.RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSEHONESTLY, think free flip flops or one free vape juice is significant enough to pay for what I paid for the device come on man really. but I’m not trying to dispute, this why I said sadly I am going to go and take my business elsewhere”. You make it seem like you really bent backwards for me. I wasnt trying to get free stuff i just wanted to give back the device for overheating at the bottom and buy a better one from you, but it is what it is.

Its a great place. I went there because of the name, I like Dungeons and Dragons. When I walked in, the floor was made of pennies, and I thought thats just like a dracon. The people where nice and helped me find a new vape. Only downside for me, the guy told me that the smoke cloud wouldnt be big, told him that was fine. Once I set it up and took a puff, I was left pondering, that is a big smoke cloud. But that is my opinion, my last vape was a different model so that could be a part of it. Anyway, this place is amazing and I will be going here again.

This place is my favorite vape shop. I am very particular in picking out my juicesand the staff is always patient and helps me find something that suits me, even if after I dont like it and come back. sometimes I get a discount when I come back that day because they understand juice is expensive. Prices way too high. I went in and saw mostly clones at way to high prices. For example I bought an m80 pro plus at another store for $65 this place wants $109. Also a lot of the clones they sell seem to double the online prices. The people were friendly until their buddys got there. Then I was promptly placed on the pay no mind list. I would rather pay more and support a local business but I wont be stupid if there is another business with better service and prices. Also I dont like a store that isnt upfront about clones. If you sell clones they should be listed as such. Not when asked they say I believe it is a clone.

This place is amazing staff is great helpful and kind. They offer a great selection of house juices and premium juices at a really good price. There selection of mods is great and they have a great variety of mods to cater to your needs.

I just went in here to pickup a new MOD for my bf... he is deployed and they threw away his MOD at customs going over there. The guy here, Bridger I believe, was extremely knowledgeable and in the time I was there, he answered probably 100+ questions from people and he was the ONLY one working! I never write reviews honestly but this guy needs a raise for sure. Ive worked in customer service a long time and I wouldve been frustrated and irritable with people.. he was calm, polite and giving the best service Ive seen in a long time!

I went there for a salt mod and their selection is better than my usual shop. The guy working there (Skip?) knew everything about every model they had and helped me make the best decision for what I like in a vape experience. Vapes seem to change really frequently so I really appreciate someone knowledgeable. In and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Even if you have questions or just need help the staff there are willing to help. Unlike the other stores where they seem to just want to sell you something and push you out the door.
