If I could give no stars I would! I have been a customer of Metro for a while now and I am appalled at the service at this location. I went in with my fiance only because it was the closest location when my phone was malfunctioning. I showed them and they said nothing can be done . The one worker started speaking to the other in spainish, well unbenounced to them I understood and it was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. For being a costumer service job they need to be re analyzed for the position. When told they were getting a review she stated go ahead I dont care so here you go. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone . Poor attitude, lack of knowledge and overall poor demeanor!
