I love Dalez, Ive been going here with my dad ever since I was little. I would love to look at their beanie baby selection while my dad would look at their magic card selection. Now I love their selection of pokemon and magic the gathering cards. They have singles, booster packs, boxes, everything! They have board games and sports cards, overall a very large variety of games. They guys who run the place are always super nice and helpful. They are a pre-release store as well!

Staff is friendly. Have up to date baseball card packs,hobby boxes,jumbo boxes etc. went to another place in town and Dalez Kardz was cheaper.

Got what I needed for my deck then left because the prices are over priced. I didnt try to argue with anyone about it. example a card that Averages 15 cents was 99 cents there. The promo of the card wasnt that much. It averages @ 59 cents. I also dont know if the employees know what they carry or not because I did ask about the double sleeves dragon shield as was told they didnt carry them (on the phone). then I found them as I was about to leave. it just really feels like that are for profit more then anything else.

Shouldve definitely check out if youre into many types of trading cards. Theyve also got plenty of different types and sizes of sleeves, top loaders, deck boxes, card storage, etc. A must visit in my opinion.

Way over priced compared to competitors, no discounts, No giveaway ON National Baseball card day, and how are they selling $20 Retail boxes for $50??? Highly recommend driving another 10 Minutes to one of the other Sports card shops.

Its cool but everything is overpriced or max price youll find around. I dont go here unless I want a specific card and Im willing to pay top price for it. You would expect at a card shop you would get the fairest prices, nope.

Person with the neck-brace working at the store wouldn’t stop following me. So annoying. It was embarrassing, frustrating and offensive. I’m not even interested in their merchandise as I was there with my husband who was looking for Pokémon cards. The guy didn’t even try to be discreet he would stare and follow my every move. Never going there again. Vans is better anyway!

Huge selection! New hobby boxes as well and old. 2018 Topps update boxes etc. The absolute best selection in town and the people that work there are helpful and all around great people. Prices are great too. Definitely the #1 card shop in the Springs by far!

Has many card selections, yes .Very over priced (about 3x more than the store value )Also very rude customer service . And generally I dont feel comfortable going into the store without someone constantly at my neck assuming Im going to steal .Not my first recommended comic store to go to at all . Maybe even my last since prices just constantly rise to unreasonable amounts.- At this point it is a SCALP and a SCAM -

Amazing place to find cards, especially if you’re into Pokémon collecting. They have a ton of binders including non holo and holo from every released pack, all organized alphabetical. The owner is super knowledgable in his cards and is always willing to help. I did happen to see some reviews had some price issues. Some cards are a bit overpriced but every time I’ve gone I’ve found the best deals with some of the newest released cards and I haven’t been happier to purchase from them to add to my collection. If you’re really comparing prices, use TCG and go from there. As stated, I’ve gotten some really good deals from there and the owner is so helpful! I’ll be happy to go back and get more

Honestly, they have a great selection of cards. That being said the staff is highly rude. The older short haired guy with glasses was even arguing at a young customer about him getting knockoff cards, because he got a booster box a little cheaper than their high priced ones, and basically laughed him out the store. So, definitely writing this on their behalf. Probably one of the worst businesses in CO Springs, but theyll stay in business, because its their little place to hoard. Theres no one going here to buy. Its to high, and the staff is horrible. Try Denver or online. Its sad a bigger place, like Denver, has nicer businesses/staff. Its the modern world we live in, I guess.

I am glad we have a local card store after I ordered a collectors pack off Amazon where the third party seller scalped the high value booster cards and resealed the packs.Been to this store several times, the employees are obviously introverts and they have to deal with a difficult and entitled public, and have probably had lots of inventory stolen. I cant blame them at all for being over protective.How social would you be after being treated poorly day after day by rude customers, especially when some steal from you?They are honest, knowledgeable, and have never intentionally been offensively, even if their quirky personalities arent the grovelling royal treatment people are used to.

This place is straight dog water. Upselling packs of cards for 3 to 10x market value. Prices are more expensive then TCG, Amazon, Walmart or anywhere else. Dude was going to give $55 for a $200 snorlax card of mine and I WILL NOT get into other prices of cards I seen. Anyone who has any basic knowledge of pricing would walk in here angry like myself.Let alone the dude Brad wouldnt even help me or talk to me. He threw me some books and said go through it.Store is terrible, they take advantage of little kids and people with no knowledge of what they have. Customer service is easily a 1* and I will for sure be continuing my business at other local grade A shops in town.This place is hands down the worst in the springs

Terrible experience. Rude employees. They are extremely over priced. When trying to negotiate prices they tell you “sorry we have the best prices, not the cheapest, but the best!” What does that even mean... Will never come back under any circumstances!

If you are looking for sealed or singles this is the place to go, great staff, theyll get you what you need!

Went to look for some Pokémon cards and man are they way OVERPRICED!! Single packs that are $3-$5 retail were priced at $20 a pack.Workers stared at me like I was about to rob the place.How they can even sell at those prices without feeling like robbers shows what they are all about.If your looking for near retail prices do not go here.

Dalez inventory is impressive, and impressive is an understatement. If TCG was a physical store this is it, their inventory is everything from current to 25 years ago. Its also one of the only places that sell yugioh cards and singlesNow for the downside, if you are looking for the best deal in town you arent gonna find it here, stuff here is easily 15-20% more then youll find it elsewhere, the catch is you will probably find what you are looking for hereThe staff there also gives off a -get your stuff and leave- kinda vibe like a walmart cashier, but they do know what they have and where it is so if you are looking to get in and get out with that need to have card you cant get anywhere else efficiently and quickly this is the place. They also do events here but NOT FNMAlso the place is alittle cramped, the store is HUGE but I want to stress the ammount of tcg product they have here

The selection of cards here is pretty much unmatched, but I was made to feel extremely unwelcomed by the end of my visit. The very attentive gentleman, who was running around behind the counter helping people look through the binders of magic cards, was the one helped me and he was amazing! He helped me pick out what I was looking for, and was really nice. He seemed possibly like he was the one who runs the place.Sadly, when we went to the front to check out we were helped by someone who was seemingly annoyed that we wanted to spend money in the establishment (?) He mumbled into his mask and I couldnt understand most of what he said, but at the end I thought he said let us know what you pull. I tried asking him if anyone had made any lately and he wouldnt even look me in my eyes and just mumbled some more. Then he just rushed through checking out my boyfriend and tossed the receipt at him. I dont know if I misunderstood him and offended him, but we had made a long journey to go to this special place and I know we wont be back to somewhere that made us feel genuinely unwelcomed.

Dales Kardz incredibly organized with a filing system making it easier to locate and purchase any singles you may want. Everytime I have gone, I am greeted with a friendly hello and a warm smile. They have everything you could possibly need or want for playing MTG, POKEMON, YU-GI-OH, ETC. I definitely recommend this place

I have been stopping in at this shop every now and then since I was a child playing Yu-Gi-Oh. I loved playing there. Now I am an avid Magic The Gathering player and collector. I dont participate in any events here now. The shop is clean, organized, and smells that way. It is not grimey, disorganized, or dirty like some other shops.The one thing I noticed immediately after coming back here more often after a long break was that the majority of employees dont seem to offer any personality at all. They seem extremely business-only. Personally, I dont mind it - but many other people do. The prices for Magic can be overpriced at some points because prices are hardly ever updated (or they want to charge their price), especially for aging sets. However, -prices are hardly ever updated- so sometimes you can find great deals on individual cards. Again, this isnt as big of a deal to me as it is to others.The one thing that does bother me, is that store credit is not allowed to be used on all products. Though, they likely offer the highest prices for trade and cash on Magic cards.Bottom line, they have the biggest selection of Magic cards and card accessories that I have seen in Colorado Springs. I will continue to conduct business with them as well. Please visit Dalez Kardz to see for yourself what they have to offer you!

Its the local celebrity, MTG and sports memorabilia. Basically has everything, the dudes are cool, and its pretty easy to get to. Very thankful for their patience, especially when we have card lists of 50+ for that next crazy Commander deck that needs to be built.

I dont know what all this stuff with the employees not being nice is about. Every time I walk in, I am greeted nicely. They have what I am looking for 99% of the time. The shop is full of Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, MTG, and sports cards. They have a great selection of binders, card sleeves, and deck boxes. The staff was nice, if I had a question, they answered. And if I wanted something behind the counter or in a case, they got it for me. I love this place and will keep coming here. The only negative comment I have is that ever thought there is a sign on the door saying masks required, the person usually standing at the checkout counter is not wearing a mask. Even when I go up to pay, no mask.

Been using this shop for over 10 years -- not a single complaint. They have a wide range of products and they are very customer service orientated -- all you have to do is ask. Very knowledgeable about their business. Ive gone into other shops and quickly walked out. This is the one and only place in Colorado Springs.

Tons of inventory here with lots of hard to find cards. They always seem to have the new sets of Pokemon cards in stock, despite many other retailers running out. Pricing is a little high, but at least they have plenty of stock! Id rather pay a little more to support a small business anyways.

Huge selection and helpful employees make this a great place to shop for all your trading card needs. The only thing that kind of turns me off from Dalez Kardz is how up priced the cards are compared to any other shop. That being said they have damn near every card I have ever wanted from them and even when I am there for an hour and a half they still were very patient and helpful the whole way through.

I called to see if they had some oversized card sleeves and they took the time, while being polite and friendly and helpful, to see if they had what I was looking for and they said they did. So I made a special trip up from Pueblo and when I got there, I was greeted with a warm “Hello, how are you doing today? Is there anything in particular you’re looking for that we can help you find?” I picked up my card sleeves and spent the next hour browsing the shop and if I had any questions their staff were more than happy to answer any questions I had! There was no pressure from them to buy anything, which was nice, it was like being in a card shop from when I was a kid, and Dalez made me feel like a kid again!They have an awesome selection, their prices are fair and their staff were all friendly! If you could go to just one card shop, you should go to Dalez! I know I can’t wait till I can get up there again, for me, Dalez is the only card shop! I was treated right and I won’t forget that!Thank you everyone at Dalez! You made my experience one I will never forget! :):)

Nice place for cards.

Some of the most atrocious mark ups. Staff won’t even fake a smile while over charging you. Short gray hair man with glasses has followed me around the store on 3/4 visits. Shorter gentlemen with a pony tail is nice enough to smile while offering you a $1.99 NFL Score pack for $8. Insane mark ups, RUDE STAFF, and not the only game in town. Check out John’s Sports Collectibles, comparable prices with actual customer service.

Was going here for a year. Selection is great. Almost the entire staff is great. Today I changed my mind on one item at the register (first time I’ve ever done this). The clerk paused and gave me a dirty look and sighed. When I put my hand out to receive my change he purposely tossed it on the counter away from my hand. Extremely rude, never going back again.

It seems as if they are much more into comics and gaming events & supplies, but that must be what the market is calling for. Love my sports cards!

Dalez is hands down the best sports card store in Colorado Springs. Their inventory and knowledge of the hobby are immense. While I only go there for baseball cards, I know that a majority of their space is also dedicated to gaming cards, memorabilia, and many other gaming and sport specific pieces.Dalez is a great place to browse, chat about your favorite hobby, or pick up something for your collection.

Pricing is super high way above MSRP. Way better card stores in town, where you can get newer product at actual MSRP

This place is a JOKE! I emailed this place inquiring about some Yugioh cards that they possibly may have . Not only did I never get a response, when I went to call them days later about my email the gentlemen over the phone told me that the guy that reads the emails was out to lunch and that I should call back later . First off !! Are you unable to open an email yourself ? Secondly, are you unable to relay a message so I don’t have to keep calling ?? And lastly, clearly that employee does a poor job reading emails because I have yet to receive any response . I can’t wait until this place goes out of business . I have awful service every time I go in

Best card shop Ive visited, and Ive been to almost every one in the state. The place is extremely well organized, clean, and fun. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are the lowest Ive seen. I was thrilled to find a bin of FREE cards (limit of 100 per customer). It was a lot of fun to sort through these with my daughter. And we found a bunch of great cards. Id give this place 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend you visit Dalez Cards!

I used to go in here weekly to check out the magic cards.. Today I went to a card shop in denver and they didnt have a good selection of them or dice or honestly much of anything.. I just have to say every single time Ive been in here, I find what i want and more at an incredibly good price! I absolutely love this card shop and rate it as the best in Colorado if my opinion means anything. I WILL be making the trip back to visit soon and browse! This place has everything and you will not leave empty handed. 😁

I went in there looking for pokemon cards and they had the best selection Ive seen in the area. I did call them because I thought the packs were tampered with but, I was totally wrong. I wasnt aware some packs had gunk on them from the factory. Hopefully this 5 star rating makes up for it.

I want to give Dalez a higher rating because their selection of MTG merch and singles is the largest I have ever seen and its amazing. Other than the owner, though, the staff feels very rude and judgmental, and the store has a very widespread reputation for it. I think in the past few year or so they have gotten better, but it still isnt great.

I keep saying that Im not coming back because everytime I do, I would spend at least $100. This place has the most organized and clean card shop Ive ever been to. The owners are extremely helpful. Almost any card you need, they have it at a competitive price.I would have to say that this is the best one stop shop for cards in town. They literally have everything I need most of the time. Since Ive found this shop, Ive been back at least weekly. I love this shop. Highly recommended for everyone!

My husband and I went here for a sealed deck MtG tournament. The staff was fantastic and the customer base was real chill. Great card shop.

I dont exactly like giving out 5 stars, as I believe it should be something extremely special to see a 5 star review. However after visiting this store 3 times Ive decided that it deserves 5 stars. The employees there can have small attitudes about certain cards or how you ask, but everyone has pet peeves. They are extremely nice and even go above and beyond my expectations. While searching for cards I mumbled the card I needed and the employee ran off. After about a minute he brought me one from the back. The prices are reasonable, however the stock is unseen before. The amount of cards they have is almost terrifying! They have too many for me personally to handle!!!

This place has a huge selection of trading cards that I have ever seen. You name it they have it.

I traded in a card for a good price but when I wanted to get some singles they where ridiculously priced. Except for the cards above 5$ every card was double what can be found in other card shops. The store credit was what most places will give you cash. I got what I wanted but I wouldnt go back.

This was my first card shop experience in Colorado, I did a lot of poking around for a place to get pokemon cards and landed on Dalez. At first it seemed overwhelmingly sports oriented, and it was. But then I walk over to the pokemon area just past the yu-gi-oh, and I had access to as many packs as I could carry of almost every set. I asked if they had a cosmic eclipse booster box and without hesitation dude pulled a fresh one out and handed it right to me. 109.95 was more than reasonable to me.

This place was absolutely a dream come true i loved it bought a bunch of old yu gi oh singles I wanted for a long time and some sports cards asked staff to find like 30 plus cards for me didnt get mad and they made me feel really welcome

Not going to lie, the first few times I went here I was disappointed with the staff and their attitude towards me and my son. I went in last weekend and they have completely changed. Same people working, but an amazing attitude. They seemed more than happy to help him pick out the right Pokemon cards for his Pokemon club after school. He is really excited to go back and I am more than happy to bring him to a very friendly, family environment.

I found exactly what I was looking for, and had awesome service from the owners and staff. I came in the morning, and they were all ready to help and happy. Im from Roanoke Virginia where Star City Games (one of the biggest MTG suppliers is based out of), and I have high standards. They did great, and Ill be coming back for sure!

Nice place over all just not happy to see retail blasters for 40$ and that just because everything is selling so much right now that everything needs to be priced higher then before but great selection and worth going in imho

When asking about a current card set that was out, I was responded to with You think youre just going to walk in and find that set?!. Of course I figured that if they were able to place orders competently, that they would have the thing I was looking for. Im starting to get the impression that Dale hates money and would rather put people down. Ill take my chances and buisness somewhere else. Embarrassing.

I love looking at all the different cards they offer along with all the card boxes. I almost always leave with another amazing card box or sleeves. The staff there has always been super helpful.

Great card shop with lots of game novelties. They host games including Magic, Yu Gi-O and Pokemon for just $5 a month. Lots of fun giveaways during these games.

Their MTG card selection is unbelievable! I could spend hours in there easily. The staff was incredibly helpful and seemed to really love what they do. They also have a huge variety of card sleeves and binders, deck boxes, playmats, dice... This shop is a gamers heaven!

I came to the shop Friday the 7th and joe was awesome to me and my 9 year old son. We came from Nashville to the springs and we made it a father son outing and it was worth it. Joe went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. This is a great place and I highly recommend spending some time here. Thank you to everyone who works there

Over priced pokemon cards

Always a great place to look for your collectibles. They have had the same staff for years and they are all knowledgeable collectors as well. They hold weekly gatherings for games such as Pokemon and Magic, and offer promotional events frequently.

I really love the selection of Pokemon cards, its the best in town however my girlfriend and I have been in 3 days in a row at different times and there is a larger guy who is incredibly rude. The owner is nice and a few other employees are knowledgeable and nice but that one guy brings it down. If it didnt have the best selection I would go somewhere else.

Any kind of card you’re looking for seems to be there. Excellent selection, excellent customer service, overall all great place to go with a fantastic selection!

I havent been but I have a lot of cards that need selling if youre interested. Around 400,000 magic cards, I can be there tomorrow. If I could get feed back on what you guys buy, and how you base your payments that would also be great!

Its like I died and went to card gamers heaven. A lot of old school card packs. They have nearly every card sets, but they should all keep up with all the most current prices of Magic cards. Especially all single cards. Otherwise, if you need Magic cards, Pokemon cards, Yu-Gi-Oh cards, card sleeves and play mats, definitely a great place for all them. Sadly, they dont do Friday Night Magic or any Magic tournaments.
