A chill hobby shop with a focus on Magic: The Gathering (Commander format).We had a busy agenda the day we stopped in so we didnt get as much time there as Id have liked but what I did see was an incredible selection of cards ranging the entire span of Magics history.Plenty of play space for card games, tabletop gaming (with some conference rooms devoted to tabletop play space), a room for board games.We talked with the owner a bit, he was happy to show us around and an overall pretty laid back guy.Im excited to visit again.

Great little Game & Gaming store with a warm, easy going atmosphere. Owned by Veterans, run by Veterans and Veterans like me along with everyone else are made to feel Welcome & Appreciated every time I go in to the store for Gaming Night or Gift shopping. Definite good fun place to relax and unwind with good games & great company. :-D

Enchanted realms is the finest example of a card shop that I have had the pleasure of visiting in my recent memory. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated to a level of customer service (from the owner personally!!) that rivaled if not beat every small town card shop Ive ever been to. The owner greeted us at the door with a warm welcoming smile, a great sense of humor, and a full tour of the shop. He continuously baffled me as I shopped by remembering every customers name that walked through the door and striving to learn every new customers name. Truly a staple of community.

Awesome adult environment, and kids too if you dont mind just a bit of cussing. (They have private rooms for players that do mind a rowdy ambience). Lots of gaming going on- even on Sunday night. Owner is a player, very friendly and honest and was out gaming when I arrived. MTG commander seems to be a game of choice there, though I noted at least 3 other different games being played as well. Food available at a reasonable price, and there is a large assortment of MTG cards.

Such a strange experience. Im giving 3 stars because we got a good laugh out of it and because I have friends who swear by the place. I walked in as a single dad with two kids. I know its impossible for anyone to know that my kids know better than to run recklessly through a card shop. But we are a gaming family. We are respectful in shops, and we dont expect players to censor themselves for us. Still, we were called over instantly and given one of the weirdest tours/Q&As. It seemed well-intentioned but all over the place: Show your face, not really for kids, what games do you play, not really for casuals, there are places for casuals to play, there are snacks for kids. We just wanted to look around and maybe make some purchases. To summarize: Single parents who game is a long-term market. Not all kids are going to tear up the store. Everyone starts as a casual.

So heres the deal. Ive been to over a hundred gamestores in America and abroad due to my constant traveling. I literally have never had employees who were so engaging with a new customer and so willing to help. Legitimately, and without a doubt, the best experience Ive had walking into a shop. The player base is extremely friendly as well and the location has an amazing amount of play space. Even if youre in town for a little bit, I would highly recommend you visit this place just to see exactly how a gamestore should be run. Its more than a store, its a community and I appreciate that more than anything.

Awesome place and environment. Spent a few hours up here with my 8yr old son playing some magic and was able to order some mouth watering food from Ogre Eats because they have food inside!!!! We got perfectly fried pickles and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was on point! Needless to say my son and I really enjoyed tonight and can’t wait to come back! My son talked about Enchanted Realms the entire way home 😂 he was ecstatic!

Went in last Pokémon drop. Was sold everything at MSRP and was told “we’re not like other card shops, we sell everything at MSRP to keep the community from paying over MSRP” Well that was a lie. Just went in and celebrations Pokémon is double MSRP. Take your business elsewhere.

Enchanted Realms is a great Game store with lots of room for a big crowd! It caters to all forms of gaming, whether it be table top, board gaming, D&D campaigns, Collectable cards games ( Magic, Yugioh, etc.) and more! The stores staff are friendly and also offer a Killer Food service that out of this mortal world! Highly Recommend to anyone wanting play with friends or other social gatherings!

No one offered help and when we ask where a card was we where searching for they just pointed at the boxes and said look in the boxes .. well half the boxes arent labeled and some just scattered on the tables. When we asked the guy behind the counter if they had any sealed boxes the guy answered back oh I dont work here I just am liked enough to get to sit behind here. I also get it is not a family place but still have some respect in front of women to not cus. Again I know its one of his rules but it felt very negative in the shop and felt more like a hangout place and not a business.

A friendly community centered on playing games and enjoying each others company. The community doesnt abide elitism (huge plus) or other kinds of jackassery beyond that of a well natured and enjoyable sort. Excellent stock and extremely knowledgeable staff. The food truck, Ogre Eats, provides tasty snacks and meals that are definitely recommended (try the jalapeño ranch!)

If your from out of town dont come here.Tldr; Employees gave the vibe of Idgaf, store was dirty with cards laying about aimlessly and people just scream constantly. Good selection of singles. 0 sealed boxes or boosters.So as I was digging for pauper cards in the bulk boxes the owner came and proceeded to tell me and my wife that they pretty much let people do whatever they want and it definitely showed (btw nobody asked if I needed help).There was people playing with one yelling everytime he made a play in his magic game for the hour I was there (nobody told him to keep it down).They do have a large selection of commons and uncommons in bcw boxes for alot of sets nothing recent. Organization of said cards left much to be desired as cards were thrown about aimlessly. Rares behind glass was solid collection as well. Absolutely no sealed.Overall choose another shop this one is just one of those LGS that has their people who come regular and they didnt seem to care about anything else.

I came into Enchanted Realms this afternoon out of curiosity. For some weeks now I had been watching the reviews of this game store on Facebook as well as other media pages.I am in love with this place. The players are very friendly and welcoming to new arrivals. The staff is very helpful and it is clear that they are passionate about their business. After I introduced myself as an EMT I felt even more welcome. I was thanked for my service, which is no small statement to hear, and I was given the grand tour. I played a few games with the people already at the store. Everyone introduced themselves and I was immediately invited to join a table.Throughout my time spent there today, the owner continuously came to check on me and ask me if I was being treated well. He was very enthusiastic and I could tell he cared about the business he has.Easily the most positive experience I have had at a game store, or any store, in a long while. I will be returning.

I was disappointed, I visited this place during business hours and the place was closed. There was so much hype, I dont have a vehicle, so I rented a car and drove almost 2 hours. They werent open, I even tried to call. Waste of money and time if they cant be open the hours that are online and posted on the store.

This is one of the best local game stores I have been to for adults. While they try to be family friendly during working hours, after 6PM you can relax and just be an adult having fun. They have a great selection of Magic products and a large selection of board games and accessories. I can not stress enough that this store cares about its players and its community. When the staff asks how you are doing, they really want to know! I have seen it countless times where someone is having a tough time and the owners will almost always respond, Lets go talk. They run charities for their communities. At the moment they are raising money for Extra Life and are over $1000 raised! Being veteran owned and operated all of the owners fought to serve our country and now serve our community in amazing ways. I can not express how much love these guys have!They sell their product lower than anywhere else I have shopped, and often times buy at higher percentages than other card shops as well. I have never once had a bad interaction with them. I can personally say that this has become a gem of Colorado Springs and its only going to get better as they grow!

The owner was hella nice and honest he had the yu-gi-yo tournament there where my bf competed it was a great time they even stayed open till 1am so we were able to ome back and play commander with other people and just hangout it was pretty nice definitely when everyone was super nice. Until your playing against someone and they get salty.

The staff is well informed on the materials they sell and highly engaged in regards to the customer. They price fairly, and have a huge selection. That being said, their collection did not include certain cards I specifically went there to look at, though they had everything else I was looking. Overall satisfied at my experience.

Enchanted Realms is by far my favorite place to unwind and play games with my friends and family. My husband and I used to spend just about every afternoon here after school when we were around 16 and after 8 or so years, we still adore it. Even our 5 month old daughter had fun too! The new location they are in is spacious and clean and the veterans running the place, particularly Lenny, are amazing! They work very hard to maintain a safe, positive and fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend Enchanted Realms to anyone, young and old.

Its a cool place but they have wasted 3 of my nights now by not correctly posting the times for there tournaments and every time they tell me they will. When I got there tonight and found out that it started at 7 and not 730 like the website said the employee was like no its starts at 7 and started giving me attitude. then after I showed himhe was wrong he said we need to update that he gave no apology no compensation no respect for my time...call before you try to go to an event here. What a waste of time. Then when they read this review they then banned me from the store... read the screenshot.

I am a shy introverted hermit, I dont get out much one night I stopped in the owner was super friendly and recommended coming to Saturday board game night. A couple weeks pass I had nothing to do on a Saturday and was feeling lonely so I went to Enchanted Realms. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed playing the different games that they had to offer. Cant wait for the next game night!

My first impression of this place is that it feels empty, despite having a good selection of board games on the sleeves. Second thing I noticed that this shops main focus is Magic the Gathering so if you are a tabletop role-playing player this may not be the place for you. When I came in here I was not even greeted just simply ignored which is understandable if you are busy but not when I am one of the only other customers in the store. But even with the unattentive nature of the manager I did find the stores pricing on the products reasonable. In conclusion I think the store is decent but it could use some rearranging and a bit more effort to customer service.

Not a lot of product, only thing that they have going for them is that they have rooms you can use to play D&D but they charge you for that. There are better places you can go where you will find more product and play space (you can use for free)

Very awesome store, with a large variety of board games. They host a ton of events for Magic the Gathering, as well as a Saturday board game group, and a bazaar for local arts and crafts on the 2nd and 4th Sunday if each month.

A fun place to play Magic The Gathering at. The staff is very friendly, and they got an amazing selection of singles for your decks. If you love playing Commander in the game on Friday Night Magic nights, youll definitely find a lot of people to play with here.

The people of this shop are rude, enjoy gatekeeping, and break several laws. I have gone in here twice now. First time I went in, I hoped that the cold shoulder I received was because Im a woman. At least thats a common response to me walking into a magic shop. Second time though, I went in with my boyfriend. Exact same results. No one helped me either time and I cant figure out why. First time, no one even acknowledged me until I asked to buy a pack then a bunch of guys came in and all of a sudden the cashier cares. The second time, the guy working the counter finished up with the 4 guys ahead of us and then straight up WALKED AWAY even though we were waiting patiently to buy things. Aside from just how blatantly rude that is, its also this kinda behaviour that creates barriers for new players trying to get into Magic and other hobbies. And also, both times I went no one in the shop was wearing a mask so thats awful. And theyre holding events that arent DCI sanctioned. So. Id go elsewhere if I were you.

First time in the store. There were matches going and people having fun. I was able to go through MTG cards to get cards to beef up my decks. The guys were great. They answered questions and were helpful. Thanks!

The owners (all veterans) have never been anything but friendly and welcoming. They keep a clean store and always have tons of snacks and drinks to go with their games. They even stay open much well past their posted closing hours just to accommodate games that run late. Great people, great atmosphere, great shop.

I had a great experience here looking for a 2-player competitive game for my husband and I to play. The staff members were friendly and suggested some other games aside from the one I was looking for. They also mentioned that they have a weekly saturday night game night where tons of people come (which is awesome) and weekly Pathfinder Society games, both of which Ill definitely have to check out.

Excellent place, people and atmosphere

The owner of this store is a horribly unprofessional man. A friend of mine brought in cards to sell and it turned out some were fake. We assured him we didnt know but he freaked out and refused to give us any of the cards back, even the real ones, and called my wife a horrible name and screamed at us to leave his store. Terrible buisness.Update: The owner called my personal cell phone hours later to harass me further laughing claiming I am childish, wait till I get angry. Simply unbelievable. Never seen such poor taste in a person, let alone a buisness.

The staff is awesome, as are the prices. The people who play are just as great. Overall I would say it is a great game shop and I will be playing there often!

The people there are nice too, but personally, I would tell my patrons to go home if they were obviously very sick, just like I would tell my employees because it should be common courtesy to keep your other patrons and employees safe.I know this might not mean anything to most people, but I highly value cleanliness as I have a lowered immune system due to pneumonia nearly killing me twice.Overall however, this is a great store, and a lot of fun for the games they have PLUS their kickback system is pretty awesome.You should play some games here, and see how much fun it is.

I visited here because my friend recommended me. It may not be stocked full of Costco levels of stock, but the people and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like family talking to one of the owners. I highly recommend here if you wanna play some magic and make friends.

Been going to this shop for years, back when it was on Peterson Road and at its current location. Always friendly and helpful and of course a nerd haven for all sorts of card/table top gamers. A nerd shop run by nerds? Best way to game - IMO.

Its not often that one finds a magic store as crazy, charming, and amazing as Enchanted Realms Games. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by friends I had known for a while now. Their names are Cavery and Nick. We had done business before with trading at different GP/Magic Fest events and they invited me to the store they work at to check it out. Shortly after they said hi, I was introduced to one of the store owners, Lenny. He explained to me that this magic shop is run and managed by veterans. He and the team there run charities for the community as well. He also explained to me, this magic shop is family friendly until about 6pm, afterwards you can relax and just be an adult thats having a great time.Another thing that they have is the ability to rent out rooms. They have multiple rooms separate from the main store area where you can go and play tabletop games, or magic as well.They sell their product lower than anywhere Ive seen it at. and Ive seen and experienced 1st hand, how they will make sure you walk away satisfied.Enchanted Realms gave me an experience I wont soon be forgetting. From everyone being friendly and welcoming, to the store having a wide range of products to purchase, I will be coming back to Enchanted Realms and they will have my patronage. Thank you again guys!!!

The board game group on Saturdays is so fun! The owner is laid back and stocks drinks and snacks. Highly recommend coming here for a fun night out with good, easy-going people. You get to try a lot of different games and theres always multiple games going.

Hands down the best place to play Magic: the Gathering in the springs. Competitive and friendly players. Friendly shop owners. Plenty of table space to play. And a bu ch of extra rooms in the back to shoo the board gamers off to :P

The store is great, and Brian is a great dude! Might be a bit too far away for a local college student with limited transport capability, but if youre in the area and a fond of anything card or board game, check it out. They even have their alcohol license, and theres nothing like a good beer with card games.Always well-lit and well maintained!

The game store sells a nice assortment of board games, but I think their specialty is magic the gathering cards. They have a ton, and they always seem to have people playing. They also host Pathfinder game nights that are very well attended and great for all levels of experience.

The owner needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. Threatening to take someone out to the hood of your car, then proceed to take off your shirt because you dont want to get blood on it is really the furthest you can get from being a professional, respectable business owner, regardless of the circumstances.If I threatened one of my many customers who give me a hard time, Id lose my job immediately, and the ability to find another job anywhere else.

This store has never let me down, I always try to shop local before going online and even though their stock might be limited they always do what they can for me. I get great deals here and push all my friends to take the extra time to go here as well instead of other shops in town. The number one thing that impresses me is the amount of air flow and lack of smell (real recognize real right?) in this establishment. Many (almost all?) of the shops Ive been to in the past have a particular odor to them, awkward as hell to talk about but the fresh air is much appreciated. You guys always make your shop a welcoming experience.

This store is THE premier Gaming Store in Colorado. It is hands down the best store in Colorado Springs but not only does this store rule over the Springs but also Colorado as a whole. Most gaming stores you may have visited in the past are in decent shape with decent and sometimes horrible facilities. Enchanted Realms however has remodeled facilities with two restrooms, a premier event room, designated board game room, miniatures room and card game rooms. Enchanted Realms caters to all gamers and keeps a varied assortment of merchandise from board games, cards, miniatures and rule books. Lastly Enchanted Realms is also a certified bar which is attractive to many people. With that being said its very important to never leave any unattended drinks laying about as you will lose your drink and the right to buy alcohol from this establishment.

This place is really close to my parents place. So, when Im visiting from Florida and I need a MTG fix, I can just walk there and back.I didnt catch the clerks name, but he was really nice and helpful. I brought my two boys along and he treated them with the same respect he gave me.Also, he had a ton of other cool merchandise if youre into boardgames and stuff.All in all its a great place to go for all your gaming needs.

Came in and bought cards and because I go to midnight games they wouldnt give me the 10% off Tuesdays...like alright well myself and my buddys wont be coming here anymore. Get attitude from the owner because he has a problem with midnight games(midnight games is awesome and friendly and family friendly)

If you Google MTG card shops, this one is at the top with others that actually have them. Went in there because we were in the area and this is more of like a tabletop game recreation place where you can buy stuff. We were not even greeted when we walked in, we had to figure it out ourselves that they dont even keep the cards on display, youre supposed to go online, order them, then you can pick them up at the counter. A quick once over of their cards online showed they really didnt have much at all. Still if we were there you would think we could go though them. It would be nice if they didnt even put MTG in their key words when searching Google because they clearly care more about playing games on their phones than helping potential customers. And theyre online selection is laughable. We might have been inclined to pick up some other stuff had we not been treated so rudely. When we go to those places we drop a few hundred dollars at minimum so they lost our business. We will continue to support stores that actually greet and acknowledge their customers.

Owners are passionate about games and were very helpful. Theyve got a tempting selection of boardgames, a solid collection of gaming manuals, and lots of open space with tables for competitions.Staff and guests were friendly and understanding of our frequently over-curious 2 year-old human child.We enjoyed ourselves, felt valued, and well likely be back soon for their Thursday and Saturday boardgame nights.

This is a great place to play magic the gathering at. It maintains a competitive atmosphere, but everyone is always willing to offer pointers and help out new players. The owner and his family are nice, the trade prices are fair and they have a liquor license so I usually buy a beer. I play magic at a few different places around town, but ER is for sure my favorite.

I like this store most out of all in the city. Brian, the owner, is really great and helpful. There is a lot of room for everyone, MTG in one place, pathfinder in another, board games in another...a lot of space. The prices are definitely competitive and close enough to online prices that I always just buy from Brian. Oh, last thing, Brian sells a good array of drink, including beer.

I am new to Colorado springs. I am looking for a brick and mortar store to call home. So I start looking at reviews. I start at the lowest to see how crazy the worst reviews are.I see the typical extreme instances of probably the worst days at the store. The issue I see is how Brian the owner reacts. Instead of apologizing and offering amends it is a straight attack of the person who already had a bad experience.With online shopping being cheaper and easier, customer service should be paramount. I wish them the best but there are too many options in town. Hope they learn.
