I just purchased a new home and garage door Solutions came out to do some warranty work. I was so pleased with the end result and the amount of time that all the technicians took to make sure I had a new motor and replaced it and it is about 90% better! Lisa, one of the owners of garage door Solutions, called and followed up to make sure that I was happy. This meant a lot to me thank you very much for your follow-up and customer service I found everybody very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I just read the reviews before posting mine. This poor review from past employee is such sour grapes. He can not of been reliable, had good attendance or just did not have what it takes for his position. He should treat it as a learning experience and show integrity and ambition to find something better suited for himself. Perhaps get better education. I say this because I ALWAYS call this company when I need garage door help of any kind. They even came to Pueblo and still gave me the same exceptional service they provided for me in COS. I have used this company 3 times now and have NEVER had a complaint with them yet. These people are on time, knowledgeable, personal, dont cut corners, and provide great product and service!!!

I did a search of garage door companies and this company replied quickly while another company I contacted was not helpful. This company diligently searched for me and kept me up to date on the search. In the end I purchased a new custom ordered Amarr Hillcrest 3000 garage door with a Liftmaster 8550W garage door opener because my original garage door no longer had parts available. My old door was removed, and all new hardware installed. My wifi on the garage door works well and it also has the added automatic garage door locks that function perfectly. Most of all this garage door operates quietly and can be operated from logging into the web or by my phone with the red myQ app. I am very pleased with this companys employees work and dedication to their customers. I gladly recommend this company to others.

Shame. Im not sure what someone has to do to get a garage door fixed in this town. I called and they made an appointment with me during the work day but trying to be accommodating to the adjuster schedule i took the time off of work. So with no call, no show, the time came and went. Then 40 min late after having called the adjusters cell (no answer) and then the main number reaching a less than helpful receptionist my guy calls. Sorry, he says. Got caught up in Pueblo with some trainees. I cant break free until after the weekend, will that work? Hell no! Honestly, is just the slightest bit of professionalism and customer service courtesy really that much to ask for? If so, i would look else ware for you garage door needs.

Made an appointment with them, no call no show. Horrible for a company to do this. Will not recommend them.

Worst company I have ever worked for boss has no care for his workers and wife just controls the payroll so she can screw people over how she pleases. Still haven’t got my last paycheck that was wrong. If you are considering getting a garage door from them and or working here reconsider.
