Service technician was early but called first to get my ok to arrive 30 min early. He was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly explained in a way I could clearly understand the condition of my garage door and recommended repairs. I at no time felt pressured to perform any of the work he recommended. I chose to have my springs and rollers replaced. After the work was done he demonstrated that the door was working correctly in every respect. It is now quiet and smooth. My study is right over the top of the opener and I cannot hear it operating when Im in that room. I strongly recommend Clear Choice and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend! The whole installation was done quickly and efficiently. Matt did a fantastic job, not only in installing my wall- mount door opener, but also in replacing some very ancient parts on the door itself. He went over the features of the opener in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased, not only with the quality of service, but with the opener itself.

I feel they went above and beyond to not only make the purchase of the door easy and the price very competitive, especially as a Master Distributor to Clopay, but one of their most senior installers got the job done on time as committed. In fact, Eric was a trooper that day. His first install of the day was pretty taxing and went beyond the norm of a standard install which meant a late start on our installation late in the afternoon. And he was even working with an injury to his arm. But he didnt flinch. He got the door installed as promised and works flawlessly! We had a spring break this weekend. I searched Nextdoor for recommendations, and called a top few contenders for quotes. I also happened to see the sticker for One Clear Choice in my garage from the previous owner (now several years old), so I called them as well. They were the best price quote and had the longest warranty. This afternoon the work was completed. The technician arrived at the promised time. He was polite, respectful, and efficient with his time. I am very pleased with the company as a whole. I hope you never need garage repairs, but if you do they should be one of the companies you call!

Had my garage break over the weekend while my husband was out of town. I called on a Saturday night and they answered! They arranged to have someone out on Monday. I was able to open my door by hand in between those days. I didnt even have to worry my husband about it! Isaac came out and fixed it quickly. Then he explained all that he did. Our technician, Isaac, arrived exactly when I expected him to, explained the repair process, took the time to point-out other issues that needed to be addressed (without being pushy about it), and had the work completed in about an hour-and-a-half. He even took an extra few minutes to help me with my cars home-link set-up. They even offered me their current discount (which I didnt even know they were offering).

The staff were friendly and professional and were able to have a technician come out within 24 hours, and kept in contact via text msg. Isaac was great, identified our issue quickly and spent a lot of time with us which was much appreciated because we have had other garage door companies come to our house and they are in and out in 15-20 mins. Isaac tightened all bolts, lubricated all rollers and springs and thoroughly checked everything. After researching openers and installers, we originally called A1 to perform our install.
