I had problems with my garage door opening at random times. I called to get an appointment and they actually offered to come check things out that evening. I couldnt be there, so they had someone call me and set an appointment. They arrived a little late, but extremely apologetic and professional. They fixed my garage and replaced anything that could possibly cause my issue. I have not had any issues since. This company is a family oriented business and takes very good care of their customers! Can i give 6 stars?

I was at Lowes having a hard time finding a clicker that works with my garage door, and by chance I ran into David who is a technician from Wayne Dalton who just happened to be shopping as well, nice guy! I told him what kind of motor I have and he told me exactly what I needed and it worked! After two attempts and bad advice from those Lowes know-it-alls, I can finally get into my garage without getting out of my car first. Will be using Wayne Dalton in the future!

I called another company first who lied about needing a new spring at a cost of $600. Nationserv came out and replaced one cable, serviced both garage doors, and charged me $105. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in doing business. The other company tried to sell something to me that I did not need.

My garage door springs broke so I called around for quotes. NationServe was the most reasonably priced and sounded very professional on the phone. I decided to go with them and it turns out they are the company that originally installed the garage door when my house was built. They knew what door I had and what I would probably need before they even showed up. The also went out of their way to work around my schedule which was very convenient. Bought a garage door and Nation service installed it years ago. Had nothing but troubles it would hop when it was going up. We learn to live with it then the Springs broke cost me $236. After the same company fix the springs its still hopped they came out two times and the third time they said they would have to charge me. I told them what was wrong with it and they kept blaming it on the garage door opener .I finally figured out the reason why it was hopping and it works now. I would highly recommend not using nation service. Also I would recommend not purchasing Wayne Dalton garage doors.

Excellent price and service! My spring broke on Monday and Jeff was out within a few hours to get my door operational and a quote submitted. Macey was excellent to work with over the phone to set up the replacement service and door tune-up. They were able to accommodate my schedule on such short notice to get my door like new again. They even replace the burned out light bulb in the opener! :-) This is the third time I have used this exact local office in the past 9 years. For new industrial door install and replacement along with the latest home repair. I will use Nation Serve / Wayne Dalton again and would recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with this company to try to get a new spring tube for my garage door was a nightmare. A few weeks ago my fiance called for a quote, and talked to a young girl named Macie who said that she was busy at the moment, but would call right back. We never got a call back. 2 days later I called again and talked to a woman named Louisa and explained to her that we would like a new spring and that we were still waiting for a quote, and it went downhill from there. She was very rude, unconcerned and condescending, and didnt seem interested in helping me at all. I also learned that there are other companies that deal with Wayne Dalton doors from calling around, and I took my money elsewhere.
