Had my kitchen counters done about a month ago and I LOVE them. Ray,Daniel and the guys did an excellent job installing them. They were prompt, they answered all our questions, were very patient while we were making decisions on what we wanted and the result is Beautiful.😄 They also recommended a plumber to disconnect and reconnect plumbing and he was here an hour before the install crew came and had everything done and ready to go when they arrived. Overall very happy with the job, prices were one of the best ( we got several quotes) and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to to get counters done.

This place is wonderful, really cheap, wonderful people. I loved my kitchen and my floor. The office lady made me feel welcome and showed me all kinds of material and prices. I totally recommend this place. They are the best.

This company has been disappointing. I was hoping for a better experience, but as they say, you get what you pay for. This company had some of the best prices in town on granite. After asking how they could get their prices so low, I was told that it was because they are a commercial company first so they are able to save with commercial pricing. In reality, I believe they just rush through every project as quickly as possible for a quick buck. The hiccups started from the very beginning. The man who was supposed to come and do all the measuring never showed up. I called to find out where he was and apparently he was on my street but was too afraid to knock on my door and disturb me?? So finally he shows up, measures and leaves. (This was on a Friday). I then get a call because he needs to come by again because he was too afraid to ask me to move some of my stuff and didn’t get enough of the measurements? We reschedule for him to come by the following Monday. I was told by the sales guy (Mike Schoening) that install will be 2 weeks after measurements. However, I then get a call that they want to install that Friday (4 days away). I have 4 small children, so I have to move things around and figure stuff out to keep the kids out of the way on install. I figured it was worth the work to get the granite a little earlier and made plans. I then get a call that they want to install on Thursday! I have to shuffle things around again. On install, we had a 10-3 window for them to show up. They didn’t show up until closer to 3 (very cable company of them), with no phone call or update. Once they began install, we had issues with EVERY PIECE THEY CUT. The half bath was too small for the space by about half an inch on the side, the largest piece with the sink was cut for a double sink instead of a single large sink, the corners were rounded. The corner portion (it was an L-shaped granite piece) didn’t get cut the right way and didn’t fit. The other two pieces in the kitchen has square corners, so they didn’t match the L-shaped piece. The bar piece had rounded corners on the part that was connected to the wall, but the edges facing out were square. The double vanity upstairs was supposed to be cut for the round sinks we already had. They made a mistake and cut them square for sinks you would have to buy from them. They ended up having to take all the pieces back but the double vanity (for which they gave us new sinks), and fix their mistakes. Through the process, I was promised a $100 dollar gift card to smooth over the bumpy install. I accepted and was excited to take my family out to eat.Friday (the next day) they were supposed to show up to install between 2-4pm. They didn’t show up until almost 5. Everything was fixed, however, they really rushed the install job. The caulking was really messy in the half bath, and around some of the cabinets. Luckily, we are DIYers and were able to fix it ourselves. We also got a couple scratches on out wood floors from the bar piece which was placed on the floor during install.Once install was completed, I followed up 3 times regarding the gift card. I never received it and was basically talked down to about it being a “free gift.” The whole process was disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because after fixing the caulking, the granite looks good.
