I just want to let management know that 1 of your associates named Lori M. At the self check out is absolutely fantastic and she is doing a very wonderful job and works super hard. She not only had a great attitude but was quicker than lightning as well... she deserves a promotion and a raise so hopefully this review makes it to someone important and they recognize that wonderful lady... being a business owner myself I know how hard it is to find good help like that and shes a keeper!!

This is a great place to stay in your RV. The adult pool is wonderful...surrounded by flowers and trees. Activities are fun. I especially like the womens card/pool, wed nickel horse races, and fri card bingo. They are doing upgrades each year. The people are friendly.

Its a huge store, very nice selection of everything. This store has so much to offer, great variety in all the different departments. If you are needing clothing items for any member of your family they have a section from babies to adult, even shoes as well. And if you are looking for a toy or game for someone they have a surprising section too. The store at Constitution & Marksheffell is totally worth the trip for great deals.

Well stocked with a variety of food and non-food items including a Deli. They almost always have enough checkers, but also a large number of self check kiosks, if that is what you like.

This store is so amazing the staff is so helpful... I believe his name was Dalton he was in produce stocking a shelf thingy and I asked him a ? He stopped and walked me over and pointed it out to me. I found this King Soopers off of Constitution. Ive never known a King Soopers to look so much like a super Walmart. I carry clothes, shoes, purses, dishes and other houseware items. Very clean and modern. Easy to shop and easy to check out. Larger selection of food items. And they had things that other stores were sold out of. And you can go both directions down the aisles LOL. Pleasant experience. I will definitely go again.

Huge location with lots of selection! Even clothes! These are pretty pricey and the store was pretty busy but staff were very kind and helpful.

Employees were friendly and helpful, the store was clean. The cashier and the man who bagged my groceries greeted me, so glad they still do this... it makes a big difference in the store experience. I always find what I need, thank you.

This is one of the best King Soopers/Kroger banner stores I have been to! The store is always clean, well stocked, and has friendly and helpful employees. Jessica, the front end supervisor, was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve an issue when I had inadvertently used the wrong payment method. The store always has great prices too!

This review is for the bakery at King Soopers Mark Sheffle/Constitution. They are always so busy, but yet ... are very kind to me. The family cakes are always a hit with people wanting to lick the cardboard because they’re amazing cakes! The young man who took my order for the cake below was awesome, and a kind veteran. He was clearly busy the day before Super Bowl, but gave me all of his attention and help. Thank you so much for the quality and kindness! You’re our new family cake bakers! ❤️

Visited for the sole purpose of using the DMV Kiosk to renew registration on 2 vehicles. There was no line and process was fairly simple once I realized the scan option was not working, but all went well using the plate # and VIN option. Its a nice alternative...

My daughter was with me when I was shopping, and they wouldnt let me buy beer because we didnt BOTH have ID. I wont waste my time going to this location again.

I love their produce, always fresh and top quality. The people are always friendly and attentive. Their prices are lower than most and their sales are to die for. I like managers specials on meat and seafood and love when steak and crab are on sale as they have been lately. I paid 5.00 for that Alaskan king crab leg, so look for the managers specials. This was a rare find but amazingly good. I also like getting money off my gas for shopping here. Thank you king soopers and I will continue to shop here.

Big store but the area with cold/wet produce could use a good cleaning! Everything else was great and pretty well stocked

Nice store; so crazy to see such a large toy department, clothes & things Ive never seen at kings before. Kept very clean, good shopping experience.

Horrible experience with bakery department losing order information and their confusion over a simple birthday cake order. Completely incompetent and very poor communication and customer service. Also had problems with meat department staff who were equally incompetent and rude. Overall our experience with this location indicates their management is lacking. Glad we have better, more competent grocery options nearby -- since we wont be shopping at King Soopers again.

Very nice grocery store. Great selection. It was busy when I went. I dont live here, whats up with the theft alert things on the cart wheels? Never seen that before. Its wierd that they go off before you even get to the cart coral in the main entry.

The pick up is absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but they can’t get it together. Most of my orders have out of stock items which I understand but when I go into the store to find a replacement, the original item I ordered is available. Additionally, I’ve now had three times where they have had to push my pick up to a different day because they ran out of time and call me 30 minutes before I’m supposed to pick it up. When I go into my substitutions to decline/accept things, I have, on multiple occasions, still received items and declined and were charged for them resulting in me having to come back and go in for a return. It’s a mess and it’s a joke.

Love the store! It has almost anything you could want. Most employees are courteous and helpful, the store is kept clean, and the manager, Kevin Kelly has been with the company, for what seems like his whole career! Try the store out one time and youll love it too!

This is my favorite location. My family frequents the deli more than often. And every time we are here it never matters which person takes our order, its always a great experience. And top quality. ALWAYS clean!!

Normally a decent store... but our recent trip was a bust. Went to make dip and found the French onion I bought expired back in March! Not the first time Ive discovered expired food here

Its close to payday for a lot of people so it was very busy in the store. I was only looking for a few things that were on sale but they either didnt carry it or it was sold out. The staff is friendly and helpful... except for the bulk food aisle being blocked up by an employee (either picking or stocking...or both) and didnt want to move for me at all. I just turned and left after like 2-3 minutes... and thats when she said shed move...to my back side. Too late, but thanks for nada.

Clean, comfortable atmosphere with an excellent selection of fresh produce. Nice deli and bistro near by and dont forget to check out the salad and sushi bars! Top it off with an organic bulk food dispensary.

Got a home shed heat and eat fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and low and behold 1 price of chicken and not a drop of Alfredo sauce $7.99 for a container of oil and noodles nice

Today in the seafood Department Ryan S . Made me the happiest women alive I went there to pick up my husband favorite fish which is wild caught Salmon also loves the sweet bourbon seasoning and he likes extra of it the guys put a heavy amount on and also gave me a little bit on the side just to make sure he would be happy. They went above and beyond to make sure his dinner would be perfect and I couldnt thank them enough. So blessed so this seafood Department there another 2 guys that are also amazing but unfortunately didnt get there names

A bit confusing. Expected to see yogurt by dairy. Lots of excess goods in the aisles and under the pretzel sign was chips. My first time there and I heard a disgruntled guy stocking and then flying down the aisle between myself and other customers. As I checked out aisle 17s light was on but I was told there was no one to ring. Lane 16 was the only one open and I had to go to self checkout. Lines got really long as I was leaving. I know there are a shortage of workers but this was ridiculous. I wont be back.

This is a big King Soopers!!!😲 They have all kinds of stuff in here! Watch out for the inhuman pharmacist named Paul... Very rude!!! By the way... The clothes and pretty much everything in here is soooo expensive!🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 So If you can handle rude and expensive... Shop at this quiet superstore.

This is the best Kingsoopers in town! Very big with clothes, food, small appliances, toys, home decor, floral, fresh sushi and a Murrays cheese!

Live the store. I use the scan bag n go on my phone and love it. 4 stars because lately the fuel pumps wont take my card. Try to pay at pump and card is declined. Walk to the cashier and process the same card without a problem. This need to be fixed.

I am actually closer to the Fountain Safeway and the Space Village Walmart than I am to the King Soopers. Yet, theres no comparison! The better quality of the produce, the greater variety and selection of nearly everything, and above all, the employees are happy and willing to go out of their way to help you! (Unlike the less than stellar attitudes that Ive experienced on a regular basis at the competitors). King Soopers has become my go to grocery store!

Dang this place is huge!. It has a little bit of everything. Not a huge fan of the prices overall, and the selection of certain foods is not typically what I would like to see. Friendly and clean store. The setup of this store is unique. Cant decide if its clustered or organized.

This place is just beautiful. Everything from pharmacy to food. Lots of sales all over the place, and with their card, you save even more. Love grabbing a starbucks coffee and taking my time through the store to stock up for the week. ♡

Went shopping on a Monday at 6pm. No purified water, produce section was nonexistent (only 2 heads of lettuce, that was wilted, etc.), and the entire seafood and meat counter was closed due to being understaffed (this was the employee answer). Went to SafeWay and found everything I needed. Congratulations on losing a customer.

Everything is out constantly and the water machine has been broken for weeks and no one cares to do anything about no matter how many times we try to speak to management. They are always short staffed and I end up bagging my own groceries. Get it together at this store or we will go elsewhere...

This place to me is just the greatest all around. Especially the Pharmacy. They say my meds would take about 30 minutes and boom, 10 minutes later i get the text that its done. Great customer service and the selection is awesome as well. A clean and well maintained store. 5*++ for sure. No complaints.

I don’t usually review grocery stores, however this one was awesome! They had everything in there from clothing to flowers and all of the food in between. It was very clean the staff was very helpful and if I lived in the area I would definitely shop at this location

This is a great King Soopers! Even today (12/24) it wasnt terribly crowded, even though their shelves were getting a bit bare 😯 Reign and I still found everything except parsley and rosemary. Managed to score parakeet food as a treat for the chickens, which they seemed to really like. Highly recommended due to knowledgeable and friendly staff. With great sales and a HUGE inventory, plus a sit down cafe, this is a terrific place to shop!!!

I’ve been to the store a few times recently and the first time I thought that the majority of people not wearing masks was just a bad day. Nope. It’s been a consistent issue with customers at this location refusing to wear a mask at all, or wearing it under their nose. No mask enforcement has been a disappointment and a danger to both customers and employees. Please do better.

Mark in the Bakery is simply AMAZING! He went out of his way to accomidate our needs..... He is truly an artist! The work that he can do is amazing! He has done 4 cakes for our entire family over the years. Started having him help us at the Stetson Hills location, and will drive all the way across town for his help! (We are in Mountain Shadows).. Best grocery store in COS, in my opinion. Has a really large selection of food, giant cheese and deli, really great meat department and sells home goods. They also have good prices. I also like how you can pay using the app so I dont have to bring in a purse.

I went grocery shopping at this location on 3/7/2021 and bought 4-5 peaches, they looked great on the outside and not mushy or brown. When I bit into one of the peaches it was brown on the inside so I cut into the rest and they were all rotting from the inside out. I called the produce department to let them know and he said he would check the other boxes but fair warning if you already purchased some.

I love this store. Great deli folks and the guys working the meat and fish counter have the best selection and will cut anything to size. I can always find of good selection. My go to store for on or fifty items!

The store itself is awesome, the only King Soopers in Colorado Springs that Ill shop at, but the music that is played and the overhead speakers are ridiculously loud. They are so loud that unless my son and are standing right next to each other or if he is shopping alone and tries to call me we cant hear each other over the phone. If it wasnt for this issue this store would have 5+ stares.

By far the best store to shop for groceries around! The selection is great and it is always clean and well organized. The staff is also great here. The only downfall is it tends to get really busy on the weekends so just be prepared for a little extra wait!

Sooo many wonderful choices.

During my shopping trip I saw about 10 whole families : mom dad and several children shopping without masks. As I was going around I asked different employees “Do you require a mask to shop here?” Every response was a deflated “yes.. but many customers do not listen and we don’t confront them” DO BETTER. Protect your employees King Soopers. A mask is not a preference. It’s a requirement.

I don’t like shopping. I like to get in, get out and go. The “Scan, Bag & Go” feature is really convenient and makes my shopping experience tolerable. It has exceeded my expectations. I’ve used it the last 4 times I’ve been to King Soopers and I’m a fan...they were out of a lot of items I wanted (just bad timing/before restocking/after 7pm) but the shear convenience of the SBG option made up for it. The app is user friendly; just follow the prompts/instructions and you’ll get through it. The wait in line is minimal. Love this store!

They have fresh produce and found some frankincense goat milk soap in cosmetics.

Ordered my groceries at 9 am thurs. Did not get a call back when it was ready until 6 pm. Then when we got there, we where approched by a employee telling us how they are soo understaffed they dont have it ready and wint have it ready till tomorrow. We finally got our groceries on fri.4pm. This kind of custermer serviceis unacceptable for any buisness let alone kingsoopers. We did even get a apology.

I needed to get out of the house, and it was nice to just take my time doing my shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are King Sooper prices so higher but worth the once in a while trip.

Nice Clean Store, everyone wearing masks / customers and employees, but i prefer smaller stores, little to big. Employees were very nice and helpful. Only one very Rude customer but that is not the store fault. He seemed to want to fight with someone.

Prices are fair, cleanliness good. No cabbage the evening before St Patricks Day not very well thought out. First two months into the covid I have bought reading glasses and hole punch they wouldnt take them back because of the covid punch didnt work right so I came back every month for 3 months and then they said they had a new policy that I had had too long to turn it back in they wouldnt let me.

Nice store. Big n well organized. Well stocked. Quick check out. No real lines etc. Plenty of handicap parking and riding scooters.

By far their best location. Be aware of the busy times as parking can be an issue. From New Balance shoes, and clothing, to all of your grocery shopping needs. They have it all in the most modern, convenient store. Also has the usual StarBucks inside, and in the parking lot.

The staff generally nice and is willing to help.Im usually able to find what I need or looking for here plus new stuff to try! (They bailed me out on Christmas too) check out their toy department for those things that sell out quick!

This store constantly allows expired meat to stay on the shelves which in turn gets passed off to pickup customers. Hamburger that’s old and turns brown 3 days before the expire date just proves they douse it with blood and reuse constantly! We used to love this store however it’s went down hill and we will not be going back anytime soon.

Asked a simple question, employee didnt reapond until i reached in cooler. Then proceeded to literally throw the food he dropped into the cooler. Way to be professional Dalton S. If you dont like the job find a new one.

Staff is usually pleasant and remember the regulars. Stock has been great lately. Deli and produce are always good and my kids love the chicken strips.

One of my top ten all time favorite meals is a Mediterranean pizza(found in frozen pizza section) and a Chesters four piece chipolte chicken found in fresh food area. Throw them both in the oven until crust is crispy and enjoy a $10 meal that will fill at least two people.
