Favorita plant wen i wen to look at them didnt look that good i was sad becous most of the time they have a lot this time they did most of them as dien and they want over 20 for them so i start looking around for other choices department look good just they have a lot dead plantI didnt get any flower or plants that i like. So i wen to centennial store and they having the same problemsCentennial have a lot lest flower and more mark down .i got her some flower from there was up to my standars i got her a cutie bouquet of flowers with her favor color. I take the flower to her house and she wasnt there so i left the flower on top of her car i hope she got them or they will die . Or you are not at your house.

Ask for help from a employee named Robin, she was great very helpful and happy helped me find what I need very quick. This store also has a great vegetarian /vegan selection!

Only live a few blocks away and have been shopping this Kings since they opened.As of today I will go to Centennial Kings or Safeway on the avenue.It always busy on Sunday and made a few laps finding a parking spot. Out of shopping baskets again?Started shopping, fruits and vegetables picked over .Stand at the deli counter for 5 minutes while 3 workers ignored me,finally a stocker comes over to take my order (with a crappie attitude) asked for a 8 piece dark, last of dark chicken and stuck to the pan not that he cares.Throws the chicken in the box on the counter and walked away?Done Done!

I love this king soopers, I have been going here for 6 years. I’m more recent times my favorite employee is Derek as he is always up beat and in a wonderful mood helping everyone! However, I have some problems with the store more recently. First one being the parking lot. The potholes are atrocious and even though they had someone out to pave the main lane, it was literally only that. I have to fully avoid certain lanes to not damage my car. Second, I was in this evening about 6:15 and when walking down the noodle/pasta aisle I saw a mouse run across the aisle. I’m not sure if the store isn’t being cleaned, or if they even know this is happening. However, this does not make me feel good about the food that I am feeding my husband, I, and my children.

This store never has any shopping carts available no matter what time you go and there is a lack of checkers. I told one of the employees up front when we walked in to do our shopping that there was no shopping carts and she said they are busy and that I could walk out and get one from the corral. So between the store wanting you to go get your own carts and not having any checkers and wanting you to use self checkout, every customer should be getting an employee discount since you make your customers do all the work.

Juat left Kings on Unitah, will never be back!! Been shopping there for 14 years. The last 3-4 months it has gotten worse and worse!! Shelves empty, no one will help you. Went today, sale items (there weekly coupon deal) was down to 2 items. Produce department almost empty, as it has been for weeks. Please dont give me the its covid reason either. Got to self checkout, after i had to go get my own cart out of parking lot., sale item did not ring up correctly. Asked cashier and she said Candy then just walked away. Asked to speak to store manager, she was upstairs in office. Waited 5 minutes and left, she was to busy i guess. Maybe store manager shoukd be on the floor where they can see whats going on!!! Last week digital special was out. Out a manager to check in back. Was told i am to busy. When i left store he was outside smoking!

Go literally anywhere else if you’re doing click and collect. Just all around a bad process.

They staff are always super friendly and not in that pretentious annoying way, but actual real, down to earth people. The owner will get you clumping cat litter of you request it. Lol. For real though, good spot. Much recommended!

This is the best place to order your flowers online you got great selection

Weve been going to this store for a couple of years now, and it has usually been a great experience. However, over the past few months we have noticed the produce department is struggling to keep basic items in stock. The pictures below are from the same night (Oct. 8th, 2018). This is a pretty common occurrence. Regardless of the day, time, staffing issues etc. this is not acceptable and there should be food available at a grocery store at the customers convenience.We spoke to the manager, Karen, and she was very kind and helpful. She stated it is something they are working on. I hope its something that is fixed soon because we are close to taking our business elsewhere.

This is only directed to the floral department: I had bought a Lavender plant a couple months ago & gave it to my elderly mother & she had been exposed to black flies weve tried everything including repotting & still they came back but later 3 months later I had bought a yellow colored plastic bag to repot a couple of my herb plants because theyre getting pretty big for the small pot I had them in but anyway I had gotten small black flies that have thrashed all my plants I used the green bag indoors only instead of the yellow bag at another establishment like Ive done for years Ive got a mint plant thats over 2 years old & had always flourished but now Im trying to save all my plants with no success, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Thanks

The pharmacy is a well oiled machine. The entire team performs laudably in a busy environment. On two separate occasions, I witnessed the pharmacy staff treat every customer with patience, dignity and respect. This performance is respected and cultivates loyal customers.

Friendly staff and clean reasonable prices

Pharmacy rep was rude, shouldnt be surprised because she was pretty young...but if dealing with customers makes you that impatient get a bit more training or move to the back. Customer service is non-existent these days

I tried to go to the self checkout and the worker Darius yelled at me and said we are closing it now, then laughed about it with his cowork. I then went to the other line and waiting nearly 10 minutes for him to check my ID. Absolutely ridiculous

Based on a few weeks shopping, one of the best and freshest seafood departments Ive found after living decades on the west and east coasts. Good variety and quality in produce too. The one downside Ive found is that the store runs out of some nonperishable goods regularly. But not enough to make me switch stores....

Use to be helpful and now isnt. Seems to me to be more like a Safeway instead of a king Soopers.

We came shopping later at night and had a big basket of groceries so we requested a lane be opened for a staff member to ring up our stuff. Shealin helped us out and we even had someone bag them also. Super awesome customer service!! Thank you!

This is a nice Super Market.They have a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. The store is very clean and well stocked. They deli was fantastic. They have a nice selection of deli meats and cheeses as well. This is the first time Ive been into a King Sooper because I live in California. However my son who is a college student shops here and loves it.You can bring your own bags and bag your own groceries.Masks are required there is plexiglass between you and the cashier and social distancing markers are placed on the floor.Hand sanitizer is available inside the store.I will shop here next time Im in Colorado .They have Wonder Bread, I have not seen this in forever.

Reading some of these reviews, I feel so bad for the employees who have to put up with these people.Ive been shopping here for 20+ years and I have never had a single issue, not one. EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND MAINTAINED SUPERB KINDNESS!!COVID has just made dealings with the public that much more difficult so I applaud all of you who have to put up with the endless rotation of spoiled, entitled cry-babies.Dont let these people who are completely incapable of happiness, because theyre not willing to take personal responsibility for their lives, ruin your day! You are all doing a FANTASTIC JOB and working through a pandemic!!

The donuts are messy and labeled wrong.

This is the nicest King Soopers that I have ever visited. It is not exactly close to my home but when I am on the west side of town I do male a poi t to stop by. Today I was returning from the coffin races in Manitou Spings and was looking forr an easy meal so I stopped by. The store was super clean. They have a good selection of Halloween decorations and a large amount of candy to hand out. I could not resist ... ok the main reason. To go was to get some wings.. I prefer them hot and referred to them as Hot Wings I was told they were on sale too. We got them and headed home. I could smell the chicken but not the hot. OK I was not very upset about this till I started eating them. I many drumsticks have been over breaded. Well I mean they had very large lumps of breading around an unidentified object that was stuck to the drumstick. OK this sort of thing happens in processing, it happened to over half the food and probably consisted to 20 percent of the weight. This would be somewhat acceptable and overlooked if the meat was good. My best guess is the product was frozen and thawed several times or it was freezer burnt. All that I do know for sure is the consistency of the meat was not good. Being hungry I picked over the bones to find something that looked good enough to eat. I was quite disapinted and worse yet, I am still Hungry! BTW I have has their regular fried chicken and enjoyed it. The option for spicy would be appreciated.Ok enough about that. The store otherwise was ok. I checked theSoft pretzels but didnt buy any. They seemed like they could make a good chew TOY for the dogs, Im very picky about pretzels too.( east coast thing??) I grabbed a a 12 pack of store soda and was able to get right on a self check out register.Ok I am sure this post seems to be harsh or maybe me being picky. I am NOT picky, I just want good food for a fair price. Today I didnt get that. If I lived closer I would take it back.Walking thru the store I did notice it was neat and clean. Employees were considerate and friendly. The produce and meats looked delicious. The large deli area has every option imaginable. Soups. Relish / pepper bar and many other upscale amenities. I guess it was just the wrong day for my to buy wings. Hopefully they will be smart enough to pull the good ones for game day and return the bad ones to their vender.Overall I really do think this is the best store in the area. I will never buy wings sight unseen again. I REALLY wish I took a picture of the wings before I tore into them all. Who would have known?

Jennifer the customer service girl who was working is very rude. I went in there to return two items and she was speaking so quietly through the mask I could barely hear her, so I had to have her repeat the questions she asked and whenever I would repeat what I thought she said back, she just gave me a smug attitude and look and during the whole transaction. She was just giving attitude non stop and when the transaction was over she gave me my receipt with an attitude and said “here” with tone. I tried to file a complaint with the General Manager and he was just like “okay thanks for your concern” with a I don’t care about it attitude. Overall bad experience and if I could zero stars.

Despite the statewide mask order, King Soopers Uintah does not require customers to wear masks. Head cashier confirmed it was corporate policy that maskless customers cannot be asked to leave. Today the store was crowded, social distancing wasn’t possible in the aisles or in the checkout lines. Very unsafe conditions in a pandemic! We will not be returning to this store, which used to be our go-to location for many years. Very disappointed in King Soopers and Kroeger.

Today I accidentally left my purchased bag of meat (fish, shrimp& bacon) at the end of the bagging belt. I got home and was really bummed when I realized I had forgotten it. I went back to the store about 1.5 hours later and was treated with such kindness and understanding. Kathy (the lady/cashier who originally checked me out had sent someone out into the parking lot to find me once she realized I had forgotten my bag but I was already gone. She then took it upon herself to bring it back to the meat counter where Kurt put it into the fridge in hopes that I would come back and retrieve it. Thank you Kathy (friendly cashier) Kurt (awesome guy at the meat counter) and Maria (sweet employee at the customer service desk) for being so kind. You guys ROCK!!!

Like prices better than any competition

Good in a pinch and when you need conventional market items or a coffee machine replaced stat. A tad expensive in my book. Recently remodeled. The self checkout doesnt like it when you bring your own bag (I do), which can be annoying. Otherwise, our local supermarket with organic health options. I go here particularly for mochi and frozen steamed buns.

Well stocked and friendly customer service, cant ask for much more in a grocery.

Carrie in the meat department was very knowledgeable on everything we had questions about and went out of her way to get us a special order! Randy was another that was amazing! We were looking for a very particular item and he was not sure where it was located but he made sure he found the item and found us in the store to hand deliver!!! These two are exceptional employees and King Soopers is very lucky to have them!

I hate this store and its all due to Sandy the tweaker. She is high strung and rude. She tries to utter hateful and mean comments about customers under her breath but she doesnt realize just how loud she is.

King Soopers is awesome. They always open registers when people are waiting and the produce is fantastic. The works all seem helpful and efficient. Better selection, prices and much better staff than Safeway.

This was my first time going to any King Soopers, and I was really impressed. Im used to Market Basket in New England and HEB in Texas - King Soopers prices were just as good or better, as was the design and decoration of the store (easily better than Market Basket, a bit behind HEB). I am so glad that I chose to go here for our quick dinner things instead of Safeway (Im always shocked how expensive they are - how did they become a national chain?!).I was really impressed with King Soopers. I didnt expect excellence, but I found it.

As a single father work multiple jobs to get by it is super irritating to get to King Soopers load up a shopping cart of groceries granted it is close to closing time to be told no one can check you out because all the register are already closed during business hours so you can check yourself out.

I always find what Im looking for. Ive been here so many times. But tonight, Aleta stood out to me. She was so wonderful and so sweet...probably the best energy I have ever experienced. Note, I usually always do self checkout. Not tonight. Her customer service was superior🙏

Ive been shopping here for 15+ years. The customer service overall has always been exceptional.The main issues I have are the lack of courtesy clerks during peak shopping times. Often times the checker has to stop ringing up items to bag the items theyve scanned. Its not unusual to see customers bagging their own groceries. To me this is unacceptable. There was a time that I would bag my own groceries, but as a customer that shouldnt be my responsibility.The other issue I have is that many items are out of stock if you shop after 6 PM. Unless theyre out of stock theres no reason items shouldnt be restocked or replenished.Overall this is a great neighborhood grocery store. They have a friendly and hard working team. Its definitely the best grocery store in west Colorado Springs.

This chain grocery store gets 5 stars for its cleanliness, convenience, and great customer service! Lets not forget their SALES are always abundant on a variety of items. Also, their reward points on FUEL is awesome as well. King Soopers has hit the high mark in all aspects that most customers truly care about. Fresh organic produce, fresh organic fruits and discounts on them sometimes. A great store to shop at!

I had a good experience shopping but when I went to the checkout cashier named Michael with long hair and an older man barely acknowledged us. He probably threw 90% of our stuff on the belt after he got done scanning them. Im sure he hates his job but he doesnt have to take it out on the groceries we pay for.

Bigger guy with arm bandage on his wrist working the self checkout tonight made me feel violated. We bought beer and had to show our ids. I already had mine out trying to show the clerk which may have been irritating but he pushed his entire body into mine and moved me out of the way. His shoulder, back, and bottom were all pressed into me until I moved out of the way and then he scanned his ID on the register. Idc how bad of a day you had, don’t push someone, don’t press your body into someone else’s. If I was anyone else it would have been a problem, such a rude and disrespectful thing to do.

I have a very low immune system and have to watch where I go and now that the state is now on lock down and I take this very series and when managers and employees tell me o well theres nothing they can do then they should be fired.

June 2, between 9-930pm. Im doing self check out on my items. The young lady working at the time was so concerned with watching me when some guy just walks out of the store triggering the alarm. Im not trying to make this about race but nothing was done! She was so concerned with watching me and this guy, obviously, with stolen items just walks out of the store. Ive been shopping at this King Soopers for 19 years and Ive never witnessed anything like that. 23 years retired Army Veteran doing the right thing and paying for my items like Ive always done is being watched like a hawk from the young teller while this guy sets off the alarm walking out with unpaid items. And, as Im walking out, the guy is out front enjoying his stolen items. Do you give a sht or not? Had it been me walking out with unpaid items, which Id never do, would it have been a different story? I dont usually do reviews but I couldnt let this go. If youre going to give a sht about people stealing items then really give a sht!

This King Soopers is one of the best in town. The sales are awesome and the staff are always friendly. I dont feel like a nuisance to ask where things are around the store and the deli staff are nice and easy going. I specifically was served by an amazing deli guy named Fred. He was so friendly and had great customer service. I want to say thank you personally to Fred and all the deli counter staff for being so nice! Five out of five stars!!!

The store manger that works the checkout area gives this store heart. The staff is a wide range of interesting characters that have been taught to have some fun and help people out. Great leadership paying off.

Produce is always the best, properly rotated, and well kept. They have almost all the cheeses you could ever ask for. Deli workers are quick and helpful; seafood and meats the same. Their selections of dry grocery and frozen dont have a lot of facings but the selections make up for that. I recommend their Kroger $1 frozen, steam in bag, microwavable vegetables. The only problem I have is that its hit or miss as to the customer service you have at checkout. Most of the time you get clerks that genuinely care. But, the are quite a few of them that flat out ignore you, usually because theyre gossiping. All in all, worth frequenting.

This a nice grocery store, only issue is they close everything but self check out around 10pm and it’s really annoying when you have a cart full of groceries. It’s late, I’m tired, and check out is gonna take twice as long now.It’s also impossible to stack everything in the tiny space that weighs your groceries or whatever.The deli people are nice.

The people who work here are great and their selection of local produce and products is extensive. You pretty much have to wade through a sea of bums to get in the door and theyve taken to ask for money inside the store. Id expect management to kick them off the property, but the begging almost seems encouraged.

Excellent store. It has all the food you can think off. Dont bring your own cart as they provide them at the door. I wasnt sure how I was going to transport the food to my car, but the store provides free bags!On the negative side, the store charged me money for the food I had put in my cart before I left. I would have preferred if the food was free. However, this is consistent with other food stores Ive been too. They also sell milk.

The produce section is great. Prices are good. Its really one of the nicest stores around. The exterior/area is misleading. It really has kind of a whole foods vibe without going broke.

IveBeen shopping at the Uintah King Soopers since they opened in, lets see was it the 80s? Well Im getting up in age and everyone had told me the memory is the 2nd thing to go. I wanted to share a great experience. I got a lot of sandwich meat from the deli counter the other day. Cathy helped me and was very friendly and helpful. I noticed the others behind the counter were also friendly.It really stood out.

I dont mean the one that sits on the shelve from the previous night in the discounted area. Im talking about the fresh donuts? Its good.Im normally not a big fan of filling. They have two types Ive noticed...one is sugar cream filled while the other is custard like filling. Instead of the fillings be thick theyre actually filled with air in the fillings giving the lighter texture which makes it more awesome.The people are awesome.

I really enjoy King Soopers. They have great deals and I love their 5$ or less cheese baskets! However, I’ve never had had a worst experience with carts than at this king soopers! I opt to carry stuff around because every car that is loud, unsteady, and broken. Oh and it’s quite hard to find employees on the floor.

I purchased a 3 lb. Package of 80 20 ground beef $18 and the stuff shrunk at least 50 to 60 percent and I had a pan half full of grease and water afterwards i will never purchase hambugar meat there again

It is a little pricier than other supermarkets, but the employees are quick to help and seem to take pride in their work. Produce department is well maintained and attractive. The cashiers are efficient and professional. I love shopping here.

While reading other reviews, I agree there are situations when employees act like we are not important or there is no personality or genuine concern for customers concerns or just good customer service.So with this I write that Karen a Manager at the Uintah K.S. store heard my concerns did not brush me off and send me on my way . She heard my concerns and ultimately left me a very satisfied customer . I shop at the Monument store and live in monument and at times feel there is no personality or even the slightest quality customer service( Except for the kids that work in produce) in my home Store, leaving me to call another store for assistance .Thank you Karen, if more employees and managers were like you, more people would shop at King Soopers.

Well this is been my go-to place for 10 years. But I must tell you the guy in the deli department was quite pissy and when I went to check out there was only two lanes open the place was crowded I had to wait and do my own I didnt love that either. But Ill always come back because Im pretty much love that store the people are typically very friendly and things move along.

King Soopers is the only grocery chain I will shop at. Kroger is the parent company & they have been in the business for a very long time. King Soopers has fair prices and always stocked up.

Needed to cash a check for a large amount since we are going to be moving in the morning. This King Soopers was the only place still open that would cash checks at like 9:30 at night. Figured Id be s.o.l. because of the amount but the guy at customer service didnt even blink. He greeted us, and chatted with us while he continued to work, processed the check quickly and counted the funds back to me and even asked if I would like an envelope to put the cash in. Really nice fella 👍 totally saved my rear end from having to deal with a bad situation. Their store is clean and well let, and 5 star customer service any time off day or night. If I wasnt planning on moving this store wouldve for sure have been my new favorite for shipping and check cashing. Thanks for helping me out KINGS!!!

I love this King Soopers always have had a great experience, that came to a halt today. After having a terrible day I had to run and get a birthday cake for my 8 year olds birthday. They only had 13x9 that were pink so I had to settle for a square one that was green which was totally fine with me, everything was fine until I asked to have just happy birthday. The lady in the bakery said to her co worker how hard it was to write happy birthday on it and then proceeded to hand me the cake back with the lid broken. I felt too defeated and irritated that she was complaining to her co worker and both laughing to even ask for another lid. I never felt like this before at this store where I felt like I couldnt approach a worker that had no lack of compassion to know that if you bust a lid to be kind enough to just put a new one on. Instead she let me walk out with a plastic container that could easily cut someone.

Everybody that works at this store has been super nice until Sandy the cashier today .. My husband is handicap and it is hard for him to walk . I cant even begin to tell you how many times she was getting on to him about moving back in the line he was in so she can ring in his soda. She was very rude and disrespectful. Cant believe that management is ok with the way their cashier is treating customers!

The grocery store where dreams are made...

Great supermarket! ALWAYS CROWDED. Parking here can be rough during the busy times, and if you need a cart return, forget it! That being said, fresh produce always stocked, and a good clean deli area with prepared foods including fried chicken, pastas, soups, and decent sushi. Good kitchen/housewares section with frequent clearances. Pharmacy area has some makeup, toiletries, etc in a favorable selection. Cashiers are quick and efficient (Ted is the best, been there forever and so friendly). The floral gals are so helpful and obviously love what they create. Also, king soopers typically has small sections for each aisle labeled Organic and Gluten free which can be SO helpful if you typically shop these products. Soopercard is easy to sign up for and saves you a decent percentage.

If you’re going to have the peanut and almond machine there you should make sure it works. Every single time the almond Machine is either broken or empty seldomly there are containers to get the almonds.

The staff at this king soopers is so friendly and helpful. They take good care of my 88 year old mother when she is there.

Quick to get in, get out. Friendly staff. Only downside was that the self-check in was down. Liked the hold my spot option. Just wish I could actually pick a time.

Bakery is amazing! I ordered online and came in to check and make sure everything was good with my theme idea and order. Melissa was absolutely amazing! I totally trusted her and the cake provided exceeded my expectations. It was a Retirement party cake with a gambling theme. Absolutely beautiful cake. Everyone at checkout said something and someone even had to take a pic. Lived it. Thank you. My fav Kings!

My local store. Decor updated in the last year or so. Has everything you need from a grocery store as well as a Starbucks and medical clinic.

Normally I love this store, its my neighborhood store. I did not appreciate seeing a manager degrading an employee in front of staff and customers. Disappointed to see that.
