Ever since moving out here Ive found it awesome to have a natural grocery store close to home again. Great snacks for lunch at work. And was stoked that they had the strawberry gummies fish, always one of my favorites.

Always amazed by their huge selection of: vitamins, supplements, essential oils, and toiletries. Great selection of organic produce and foods. Also, it always seems and feels good being in the store.

Great organic selection. The fact that they carry sprouted products (sprouted hummus, germinated rice, to name just a few) really speaks to how with it they are with the healthiest foods available. Now if only they would carry sprouted garbanzo bean flour, I think Id be in Love.

I really love natural grocers. They are very helpful while you are in the store and then when you check out the cashiers are always concerned that you are able to gain all the discounts that you can possibly get.While in the store recently I discovered spices in bulk some were even organic and far lower prices than in other grocery stores by the major companies that sale spices. I was so pleased to save so much money on my spices which are very important to use in foods especially when you are vegetarian or even vegan! Foods must taste really good if you are to remain as a vegetarian and spices assist in the process of preparing very tasty meals!

I absolutely love Natural Grocers. This was my first time in the store and I loved it, they had everything I was looking for the store was clean The employees were so very helpful and friendly, I will definitely be going back

Always a great level of customer attentiveness. Not too much not too little.Clean and organized, always stocked when I visit. Bag free except for Biodegradable vegetable and fruit bags. Healthy selection of food. Usually not too busy. Open till 8pm. Easy to maneuver placement of isles and products. Great prices. Best for quick trips.

Great place for Non-dairy stuff in town! Pizza fu,mac and cheese fu,cookie fu all dairy free! The Captain says Check it out!

I dont go into Natty Gs for a full grocery trip but to grab a few things here and there. Ive always been meet with good service and incredibly nice employees. Clean and well managed store.I do seriously love the enforcement of masks and the lack of plastic bags. Sometimes its the little things. :)

This was my 1st visit and was amazed that there so many items I could get that are not ever in regular stores. Items I have forgotten ever egsisted. I am a senior and live with my mother. I was so excited to get home to surprise her with some of her drinks and food. Apple pie tomorrow with with the biggest best apples I have seen in a long time. The people working there were friendly and there to helpWhat fun to find a place like this to shop.❤

I come here on lunch hour and try to get something new every time, but end up loving everything I get. So its hard to keep getting new stuff to try because I want more of what I bought last time... Its a vicious circle I dont mind being in.Employees are generally great and enjoy chatting.Super love the fact that they are bagless.

The store was very clean and organized. There were plenty of employees around stocking and cleaning the store and shelves. We were asked by 2 different employees if we needed help andone directed us to tjw section we needed while the other helped us pick the perfect product by explaining the benefits of each one. She even found us a coupon to save over and above the sale price. Very nice and helpful store.

The produce selection here is very nice. I recommend this store if you are looking for fresh, organic produce. Everything else is very overpriced. You can find the same items much cheaper elsewhere. The parking here can also be a challenge due to the extremely popular restaurants next door. I wont be shopping here again anytime soon.

This is my FAVORITE grocer. I love that I dont have to search for Organic produce because its ALL organic! This location is always supurbly stocked and the employees are so helpful.

Funny how they use the pandemic as an excuse to not bag your groceries, but they touch them when ringing them up! Pure laziness.Instead of making more store brand oats, they make passive aggressive signs blaming the customers for hoarding. I can order 1,000lbs of oats right now from Grain Millers. So why cant NG produce enough oats? Pathetic.You need to check bags of chips before stocking, bought one with a 2 hole in it, but Im a man so I ate it rather than crying resulting in it being thrown away. Also you need to stop refrigerating the peanut butter, it turns it into concrete. No need to keep it cold, it never goes bad.

You have to have a code to use the bathroom. Ridiculous.

I have always had a good experience at this store. The staff are helpful and nice. Today I went in to find something for pain management. I told one of the employees that I had fibromyalgia but didnt know what I should take for it and didnt want to take the meds I was prescribed. She showed me where I could find something and then went and grabed me some info about fibromyalgia and things I could take for it . How sweet is that?!

Door says they close at 8, website data they close at 8:30. Rude guy at the door says they close at 7:30. For that level of rudeness this store must have more customers than it can handle. Ill be doing my shopping at Sprouts, they may close early but thru arent rude about it.

I had one woman assisting me with finding a supplement and another young lady special ordering a Splenda product for me. The young lady at the cashiers station was friendly and the place was clean. I always love going here. Great experience today

My wife and I like shopping there. They have a large selection of vitamins. Their staff are very willing to help you find whatever your needs are in vitamins.

If Whole Foods and Trader Joes had a baby this would be it. It has more of a selection like Whole Foods with the prices of Trader Joes, awesome! Plus the people working there were very informative on the product I was looking for. Plus they had delicious Colorado peaches that I had to try while I was in town!

New building, clean store, lots of really good items. Only carries natural and organic brands, so you wont find most major brands. Does not use plastic bags, and provides boxes instead. And while more expensive than King Soopers, they have a bigger selection of natural foods and are cheaper than Whole Foods.

I love this place. Natural Grocers is clean and professionally laid out, yet it has that homey atmosphere that I always loved about such stores which are locally owned, and not part of a big chain. Tops in variety and selection.

Some of the people working there were nice, others were rude. I was looking for two products my nutritionist said they may have at Natural Grocers. When I asked for help finding one of the items the store clerk looked at me like I was insane and proceeded to lecture me on how only people doing marathons use that product. Obviously looking at me I do not run marathons but I wasnt asking for myself. Im sure she did not realize that but she was very rude. Made me feel like she dismissed me because of my weight and age. Never again will I go there!

Nice to go here for fresh good quality or something of that nature that is new.. A lot of a different product brands I hadnt seen before. A bit pricy. If that is a concern. Otherwise clean, friendly, and a quick check out. B.Y.O.B. Bring your own bag.. Though.

Friendly people no bad vibes at all. Black people seem to be welcome there which is a plus for me. Only things is not with them but company who sell things at such a expensive mark. I understand you might be limited but whew.

This location is decent size and has a wide selection of products. I was able to find Tamanu Oil for my homemade soaps!! Although Natural Grocers is always a little pricey, this one had a lot of options to choose from and was worth the drive.

Treated aggressively and rudly by security guard for not wearing a mask...im visiting from out of state and didnt know...he told me not to come back to the store...I wont be.

When a member of management tells a customers son that they cannot use the restroom because they are not A paying customer, there is a problem!This particular store has lost my business!I will drive across town and go to Sprouts!

This Natural Grocers is perfectly clean and the staff are great! The parking is attrocious here so try to enter through Navajo St next to the Family Dollar.

Imagine being told you cannot even converse with your co workers in passing as that was wasted productivity and you have defined Brenda the store manager at the Colorado Springs Nevada location perfectly. Never have I worked for such a miserable person. Its head down and work when Ms. Brenda comes walking down the isle. She lacks all qualities that a manager should posses and reflects poorly on the leadership that would entrust her to run a store. Instead of making the work environment pleasant with a team environment with mutual respect-it is draconian. Ignorant on any on participative, delegative, transactional, transformational, or any recognizable leadership style. She has authoritarian leadership down though...if you consider that to be a skill. Between Brenda and Jeannie, it is clear that Natural Grocers lacks a quality HR department thats capable of recruiting talent. Stay clear of the mom/pop business handed to their silver spoon children-they simply will not value you as a person much less an employee.

Today11/06/2021, Tatiana helped me as my cashier. I was pleased with how professional Tatiana was today. Tatiana has been working there for about 2 years now. I would have to say that its obvious that Tatiana has shown how efficient and professional she is. I would like to think that her boss realizes what I was able to see with my short visit to her as my cashier.Steve is also very good and professional as well. Hes in the grocery section! . Thanks to both of these employees I had a great shopping experience at this location. Colorado Springs the Nevada street location. Great place prices also seem to be better lately! Awesome!

Great for produce and snacks

We ordered some fiber 14g from Trace Minerals and Ryan was awesome in filling them out the first time(3 weeks ago). We ordered more a few days ago and Ryan said they should arrive by Friday(2 days ago).We havent heard back (they have an order form with our phone number) so my wife called for me and a woman answered.This woman, at around 330 PM was extremely rude. She insisted that they dont order those by demand- but rather that they order every 5 weeks. My wife explained that Ryan told me that the bottles should come by Friday(that an order was in). She was rude in her voice and language and said to the effect that they only order every 5 weeks. No apologizes or anything like that. No closure in saying, We will follow up with the manager or the ordering person or whatever. Just closed the conversation and hung up.Well, guess what? I found another supplier online that had those for cheaper. Will never buy those from the store again.

Prices are in-line with national chain grocers for higher quality foods. Sign up for their specials... I got doz free range eggs for $1.99!!

Love this place and love what they sell! Its one of the greatest places to get good produce at a decent price. The reason I am giving it a 3 star, is because they have a Raven security guard who is there, right in the front, who never smiles and honestly treats people as if they are below him. From a LEO background I dont think he needs to act like this. Every time I go in, he is there staring down individuals.

In town for business and unfamiliar with the local area, I asked my hotels concierge for some shopping tips. One place she suggested was Natural Grocers. I am glad she did.Natural Grocers sources healthy, fresh produce in addition to packaged healthy food and vitamin items. I stopped in for variety of nuts and seeds and enjoyed the stores expansive selection.The store is laid out with wide aisles, brightly lit shelving and refrigerators, and organized in an easy to follow, easy to find direction. I was not purchasing produce or prepared salads, at least not this trip, but I noted immediately the very fresh selection of produce.I bought California-grown organic raw almonds, a variety of roasted chickpea snacks, and seasoned pumpkin seeds. While visiting I noted great sale prices on nutrition and protein bars.
