One of the best things about Harbor Freight other than for the obvious reasons is that it is one of the only businesses that never closed their public restrooms and always have their rest rooms available through the whole covid they are just a nice friendly group of people and I know for the most part what tools are recommend. Plus its really cool and how they always have some toys and crafts for the kids my son was so excited when his daddy bought him the Big Tool Set from there big fan

Needed to boost the power of my solar system. Took them a little time, but, they finally got the 100 watt panels in. Im running12 panels, paired two in series, producing approximately 40 volts at 60 amps on a clear day. My goal is 100 amps. I may have to purchase a 300 amp charge controller and a 18kw inverter to handle my trailer and motorhome. Im using 9 one hundred amp hour batteries and my goal is either 10 or 12 batteries. I also use a wind generator for those sunless days and at night time. If you use an extension cord, make sure it is large enough gage wire to handle the current. My first cord wasnt heavy-duty enough to handle the motorhome and it melted very quickly.

Store always has what Im looking for, and always friendly service. I dont get everything there, but certain items are great for the price.

They have a nice variety of stuff like tools and such. The isles were exceptionally clean and neatly organized and well stocked. Sign on the door states if youre vaccinated then a mask is not required to enter the store which i think is worth noting. The customer service and willingness to help locate stuff and answer questions was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Awesome service and very clean store.

This is the best Harbor Freight Tools store that I have been. While the location is questionable and the store seems like it has seen a few generations of family, this place has the best customer service.This is like Dollar General meets Sears Craftsman: the prices are just right and the tools or just as good as the expensive brands.

I really like Harbor Freight. Almost everything Ive purchased there has been inexpensive and good quality. Im a hobbyist so I dont use my tools all the time and my tools from Harbor Freight have held up well. And overall, my customer service experience has been positive. I recommend!!

Love the tools and the prices but this particular location needs to get its checkout process together.Ive been here many times and it does not matter if it’s busy or not, you’ll be waiting in line. The cashiers do not seem to have a sense of organization, multitasking, work flow.

Love this place... Not the highest quality of tools, but theyll have the tool youre looking for. They help you get the job done. It may be a one use tool, but theyll have it. No complaints. Prices are great... Especially for members. It definitely pays to be a member.

Have an Inside Track Club membership. Paid for itself just by making small purchases; hand tools, blades etc. Its definitely my go to place for tools. They are great at honoring their warranties. Will replace power tools and equipment right on the spot if necessary so you dont have to go without. Only had that experience once. Appreciated it immensely

This is a very good place to find tools and hardware. Some of the prices are very good and some are reasonable, others are so so.... but the good thing is that the prices seem to fluctuate and pretty much every week they have some special sale. Some of these sales are great and you can find good products at very good prices. They also have an annual membership card that, for a fee, they give you discounts everytime you purchase. This is a very good option to Home Depot when it comes to tools and sometimes they have a better selection.

I know you get cheap tools at a great price, but I was not expecting to get a used welding helmet with spatter on the lens. The location however is pretty clean and well stocked with products clearly labeled and easy to find by section without having to ask an employee where certain items are that you are looking for. The staff was very polite and processed my return and exchange without any hassle. I am partly to blame for not checking the product first in the box, however, how do you let a used product get returned to the shelf? I will still get disposable tools here in the future...

You get what you pay for. Thats the saying that were all too familiar with. Theres a reason why Harbor Freight is nicknamed Harbor Break, and its absolutely true. However, for those that dont want to spend thousands of dollars on tools that we may use once a year, its absolutely a justified purchase. The tools and equipment here is cheap and affordable, but yeah, if you are a daily user, its not going to last you long. Just spend the extra money and get the name brand. These tools are for those that use them once or twice a year or maybe a few more times, but not a daily use kinda person.

Ive been to a lot of Harbor Freights in my travels in AZ, CO and NV. But the personality of this one is just different, and not in a good way. Its been that way for a while. Otherwise, its still a harbor freight that carries what I need.

Can always find something for that occasional use tool. Unfortunately Harbor Freight has decided to charge the paying customers for their Nitrile Gloves that they donated earlier in the pandemic. So a box is now 20 bucks instead of 7 or 8 bucks. More than double the price.

Great tools at a low price, they offer replacements on some of their products. If you are just starting out on your tool collection this is a great beginning place. Also sells motors and of ball things. Check their websites for more details. Many valuable coupons on a regular basis.

Went in for dremel bits and couldnt decide which sets to get. Grabbed a few different ones. Apparently you can get discounts thru email only now, so that was the only part that brought the rating down. Ive signed up for emails awhile ago and still havent recieved anything from them

Great place to get what you need tool wise. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I like how they always have most items in stock. I think if you order anything big like an engine hoist or a small lift then obviously its going to be a speacial order. But other than that, the quality of the tools for the price that they are listed for is really not bad at all. Great place overall.

The parking lot is a rough one be careful because its not often plowed.This location is very rarely out of stock on much and is easy to deal with. The location is a bit out of the way.The staff is friendly enough and is always helpful.

This location is the one I use the most but the other locations have been just as good.Decent size selection of good to great quality tools for substantially less than I expected to pay.Staff is consistently helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always helpful staff & they always stay well stocked with the most needed (as well as oddball) tools & accessories. They have great sales & coupons available so I only pay full price on the main items. Concerning powers tools & electronics you have to do your homework/research against the big brands to know when to buy here & you can save tremendously! For instance their 1200 & 1400ft lbs 20v impacts are the best bang-for-the -buck. Im comparing it to Milwaukee & such!

They have practically every tool on hand from saws/dremals- breaker bar(s)- tool sets- painting supplies- packing supplies and so much more! Its. a good chill vibe once you step inside the staff are friendly and helpful if u need assistance. The aisles are a tad bit narrow so you got to scrunch over to the side if someone is trying to pass you. Otherwise, the prices are moderate to affordable plus add no max amount cupons onto the purchase for extra savings.! I tell you, this place is like no other. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Great prices and great selection of tools and hardware. They literally have tools of all sizes and huge range of job levels from simple home repairs to major job site projects. Also I havent experienced bad customer service at all. Im always greeted kindly as I walk in and checked out with happy helpful people.

Other then running out of a item quickly because its a hot commodity over all experience was good staff was good my only suggestion would maybe indicate how you want the social distancing lines to work better then they currently are some people in 1 spot some in anthoer both going to the same cashier

Ok here is a review you are not going to see often for this place, but sewist this is a great place for sewing notions! Be it for measuring, cutting storage or furniture. Be sure to pick up rotary cutting blades 2for under a dollar.

Love harbor freight and all they have to offer. Unfortunately they get 3 stars because they have abnormally long lines while employees are standing around.

1 star for there prices and selections, But negative 4 for the stereotyping i received at both locations because the way i look i was constantly followed and watched and the only person in retail store history that was asked 20 times if i need any help no B.s and i still spent 300 dollars on needed supplies but while i was being watched like the first Brown man with tattoos that ever came in there store and theres no way i could pay for all the items i had.

We come to this harbor freight looking for a desk which they did not have in stock but then they found out one of their other stores in town did have and I thought it was nice of them to help us out like that

Good price on tools but not real good tools

Harbor freight is a good source for hard to find or specialty tools. For example a hydraulic shop press or English wheel. Good luck finding something like that anywhere else locally. Also, I think the quality of their wrenches and sockets has improved a lot over what it used to be. Maybe not for the professional mechanic, but for the guy who only needs them occasionally, theyre great. Air tools are decent quality and work fine for guys like me. Power tools from Harbor freight should be avoided at all costs however. Also, a great source for different types of clamps and they stock them in large quantities. I recently bought 30, plastic spring clamps in the 2 and 3 sizes for my counter top project. I needed plastic ones so the epoxy wouldnt stick to them. HF had plenty. Good luck finding that many at Lowes or home Depot. I buy a lot of stuff there and will continue to do so.
