The experience that I have had at this location has been very unsatisfactory, I say this with a heavy heart. Each time I go into the store with my mom, we are not treated with kindness & do not get the help/service that we are looking for. It is sad that we have to travel to different locations because of this. The knife and tool sharpening services are never available to us and we are always met with unsavory attitudes from the manager. I would recommend any other location.

I purchased a grill from this location at the beginning of the this week. Every employee, from the lady who helped try to get it delivered on a short notice to the youngsters who took the time to disassemble it and load it into my vehicle, were all very wonderful people. Even though Lowes is right outside of my neighborhood, i will drive my a$$ all the way into the Springs just to shop here from now on. Super wonderful group. Whoever owns this store and hired these people is doing it right. Management, these gals and guys all deserve a little something extra.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Every employee asked if I needed help. And they offered to help unload my cart. They were able to educate me on how to fix my problem cheaper. Super helpful! I was really impressed! The only location I could find in town that had what I needed in stock too. I’ll definitely be back. Hard to find friendly happy staff these days.

Customer service here is fantastic. Had three employees offer to help me as I walked to the back of the store. Timothy was incredibly helpful in finding me the dowel pin I needed, and when they didn’t have the exact size he cut them down for me. And they’re perfect. I think I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. 👍👍👍

They are s soo amazing Friendly fun I went there on Monday a lady by the name AJ I believe help me she helped order all my pieces for my stuff that I need it I went there on Saturday to pick it up I had forgot my receipt but it was no problem the manager that helped me got me all squared away and she even said she remembered me which is awesome if you remember your customers also she help me gather all my stuff very friendly fun conversation laugh the whole time the next day I went back in there because I Needed more material Again welcomed with a smile by Kim I believe at the register went back to the cutting area three employees asked me if I needed anything that was awesome they then assist me with cutting more pipe and then the same manager from the day before I came out had a conversation with me and then continued to help me we laughed again this place is awesome not just a regular hardware store looks like they have a family as a team there

The people here are very friendly and super helpful. Even though they are located in a high theft area they never seem to be bothered by having to open the locked cased for their tools.

Very helpful staff. I did an online order that was delivered to this store. 3 members of thw staff loaded 12 bags/bales of soil into the back of my truck without me having to help. They were very organized and had it loaded in less than 5 minutes.

They have a lot of stuff; Probably too much stuff. Sometimes when I walk in I feel like they should concentrate on hardware and get rid of the honey and candy, but every time I go in I buy a piece of candy lol. Customer service is always on point

Waited a while for assistance then salesperson didnt know that there was a sale so I had to wait while she went to get a flyer and look it up even though I told her and the cashier verified it.

I absolutely love going into this store. I am always working on little projects that require a specific screw or doohickey of some sort. The staff is always friendly and help me find exactly what I need. A much better experience than the big box stores. And I love that they have added postal service as well. I have absolutely no clue what I am doing, but “AJ” was extremely helpful, and after she was finished mixing the colors my daughter chose I am confident this DIY home project will be perfect. Love the neighborhood feeling here. After recently replacing the lock cylinder & switch I needed new keys. I was pleasantly surprised when I was instructed to try my keys before paying.. The added postal area beats going to the main post office to mail packages. I love this place!!

Monica, and her crew, just made the best trip to Ace hardware Ive ever had! Not only did I get the length of fuel line I needed, but also had matches for the random bolts I had to get. It was a joint effort with great communication amongst the team.To top it off, they had 🍕 in-store, and even sent me off with some!

I always call ahead to see if they have what I need before heading on down to this small store. When I get there I am greeted as I walk into the store. Most often a clerk will ask what I am shopping for and call back to someone else to meet me in the aisle. This makes my shopping trip, quick and easy. I really dont like the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot because I seem to walk in circles to find what I want and most often leave the store frustrated without any purchase.

NEVER GO TO THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY STORE. I MEAN EVER. I called at 1:27pm. Basically across the street from store 7 mins away. Asked are you at the actual store. Or are you outsourced? Female responded, Im in store. My response is, ok. Is the post office open till 2pm today. Her response(here comes a key word here) YES. the post office is OPEN till 2pm today, then wont open again till Monday morning. My response, so its OPEN until 2pm today. Her response. YES. I arrive at 1:41pm. Before 2pm. Stand at counter 11 mins. Finally an attendant is SURPRISINGLY happy to tell me, post office is closed, down until they can fix the system. My response. how long has it been down? His, since this morning. My response, I called. Lady said it was openHis happy to see me disappointed response. Well Im sorry sir. I tell cashier to inform manager I cannot find and all associates are nowhere to be found. I feel like Im in home depot or lowes(thus why Ive always gone to ACE. Especially this one). Cashier seems like she(sarcasm here)cared so my reviews are posting. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER go to this store and theyve ruined me of ALL ACE HARDWARES thanks to my wasted day and time. Regular post offices closed at 1pm. So I was SOL today. And my $$$$ that has gone to ACE for YEARS, will CEASE as of the posts today all over social media. Do not trust ACE especially THIS ONE ever. What a sad day. This used to be a great store with caring employees. Im just taken aback.

Great lil home supply store. Way smaller than Home Depot or Lowes (no lumber, appliances, flooring, limited supply of everything else) but a good place for a quick trip. Keys, tools, some outdoor/plumbing/heating. Recommend checking web first to see if store has what youre needing. Prices comparable and they mail coupons if you sign up for their rewards program. Staff is super friendly and helpful and know many patrons by name. Easy parking.

One of the employees, Brandon, was absolutely amazing. He helped me with everything I needed. He was very polite and I couldnt have asked for a better person to help me.

I started coming here last week to shop local as opposed to big box stores. My first experience was ok. My second experience was bad from the start. They are open til 8 pm on weekdays and I walked in around 7:30. About a quarter of the lights were off and two female employees at the register greeted me saying were closing soon . I wasnt upset about the customer service because I knew what I wanted, but when you look like and say youre about to close without saying anything else, I feel as if my money doesnt matter. As an experienced manager and leader, one of the most important things is that the store is open until the time that is advertised. A hundred dollars at 7:30 pm is the same as a hundred dollars at noon. I do not blame the associates, but I do blame the leadership in the store. They do not encourage motivation to reach sales goals, but encourage employees to make it home early. I would rather spend more at a store with a motivated staff who wants to sell til closing time.

Having lived in the area where this store is located for many years I have at times shopped here knowing prices would be slightly higher than Home Depot and Lowes but because of driving convenience it at times is the place to go. Today was quite disappointing based on past experience. I stopped to have 2 keys made. The elderly gentleman located at the back of the store called for someone to assist with keys. Meanwhile he continued to hunt and peck on his keyboard. After some heavy sighs and becoming thoroughly acquainted with the merchandise in that area I finally asked if it would be much longer. He stated well I did call fore someone. Yes he did but he should of been persistent. Meanwhile he continues to hunt and peck on his keyboard. Finally I ask will it be much longer after having wasted 12-15 minutes of my own time waiting. I ask for the keys I want duplicated back. He hands them to me and as I began walking out someone yells sir I can help you. I just continue my walk out. I really doubt if I will be frequenting Hancock Plaza Ace Hardware very often anymore especially to have keys made. Hopefully this short treatise wont cost anyone their job - my intent is to let management know of these experiences so that they can correct them and address the fact that people come here to spend money and leave not to be made to wait and then spend money.

I went in to have 2 propane tanks filled. The person dehind the counter told me to go out and wait by the propane filling station. 15 minutes later still no one came out all the while one after anouth homeless pan handler asking me for change non-stop. The company and area should be avoided by all means necessary.

Im not a review leaving kind of person but I have to today. Today I went and thinking Im going to be proactive and get things done. I just bought a house and needed smoke detectors. I bought 3 of them not realizing o e of them was a carbon and smoke detector. It was $45.00! I have 2 children and as any mom knows its not easy shoppinh, its a quest. I went to return the item not knowing which item was $45.00 I completely confused the ladies at the register and I knew exactly how thry felt and going through. I want to thank these ladies fir being patient with me and my children, who were still screaming and trying on hats and glasses. I got what I needed from them and I hope I wasnt too much og a headache for them. THANK YOU LADIES!!!
