We called Beltone with an issue with Dad’s hearing aid. Diane Gardner, Audiologist, answered and had time to look at it that morning. She was able to fix the problem immediately. Best of all, she came up with a long term solution as well.Excellent and timely service.

She assessed my dad’s needs and then offered & explained the options available and made it seem clear and simple. It all made for a pleasant and efficient experience for my reluctant dad. I contacted Beltone to schedule a last minute appointment for a hearing exam. The staff was very informative concerning the services offered and also provided me a list of appointment dates and times. I was able to be seen the same day with ease. The staff and audiologist were professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services!

So first, I never knew how loud I was until I tried on my aides. WOW! I fell in love with my hearing. Unfortunately, my Dads dog chewed them up. So the company has stood by my warranty and I am excited to say I will be back in the hearing world soon! Thank you RESOUND!
