Took my mothers hearing aids that she purchased at Costco in to have the tips replaced, and they gladly replaced the tips at no charge to me while I waited. Excellent customer service!!

I needed a simple repair and took my hearing aid to the office I’ve been going to for about 4 years. For some reason, they didn’t want to fix them even if I paid for the repair. Went to Miracle Ear on Kelly Johnson and Cheerish met me with a smile. She fixed it on the spot! My buttons(hearing aids) are very important to me, and I would definitely recommend!

I have always been pleased with the service I’ve received at this Miracle Ear center. Cherish Evans is always pleasant and professional. She is never rushed and is very informative. Because of my experience there, I would certainly recommend Miracle Ear to anyone looking for hearing aids.

My husband and I have used Miracle Ear since we moved to Colorado Springs two years ago. What a wonderful experience! I’ve dealt with two other audiology companies in Colorado and as soon as you pay your money, follow-up service becomes non-existent. Ms. Evans and her staff exemplify professionalism to the highest degree. They are personable, incredibly helpful and thorough. We will certainly use them from now on.

I started coming to this Miracle Ear in 2018. I really enjoy the ladies there. My hearing aids are so small and comfortable. Although the appointment was made for me she offered to test my husband at no charge. He also likes this office.

I have been so satisfied with my hearing Aids. They really improved my hearing. The service I receive is the best, what ever the issue ( I have had one in the year Ive had mine) had been delt with immediately at no cost. I would recommend Miracle ear to anyone who asks me about mine.

Both my mother, whos 91 years old, and I are patients of Dr. Cheerish Evans at the Kelly Johnson location. My mother has been going to different locations of Miracle Ear over the years, but when Dr. Evans became the audiologist at this location, she has received consistently excellent care. Cheerish has extensive education in and knowledge of the auditory system and how it connects to other systems in the body. Shes very caring and attentive, offering to my mother the most modern, state-of-the-art appliances to insure the most opportunities to hear. My annual appointments are for preventive hearing tests. Fun fact: Cheerish is very up on current events, so shes a terrific conversationalist. See her with my strong recommendation.

Upon my journey into miracle ear I was able to encounter two very personable and very kind ladies, Cheerish and Shaquanna.I personally didn’t have a loss and I didn’t require hearing aids. Nevertheless, I learned so much in my appointment. I walked out feeling empowered about my hearing and options in the future. Cheerish was very thorough and made me feel quite comfortable. I would highly recommend this office for anyone whose has trouble hearing.

I met Cheerish about four years ago when I came from Washington to visit my Dad. I found out how much money he had been throwing away for years on Hearing Aids and salespeople that had been promising him everything and giving him nothing... except a lot of debt !!! I had just purchased a set Miracle Ear hearing aids for myself and was so happy with them and the service that I knew that is what Dad needed.On our very first visit Dad and I both realized that he had finally found some help for his hearing loss. Cheerish is such an excellent provider, so very attentive to Dads needs, such a good person in general that, combined with the fantastic Miracle Ear product, my Dad is set for life as far as his hearing goes!I now live in Colorado and both Dad and I go to Cheerish and her Colorado Springs Clinic for our hearing needs. Dad is so happy with his newly upgraded hearing aids but, MORE IMPORTANTLY, the care he receives from Cheerish and her staff. We would highly recommend (and constantly do!) Miracle Ear Hearing Aids and, if at all possible, go to Cheerish to get them. You will not be disappointed!!!

Excellent! From the moment I walked in, I felt like Cheerish really cared about me and wanted to help me. Cheresh was not only very knowledgeable and thorough, but she was delightful. She made sure I had realistic expectations about what I could expect from hearing aids and helped me pick out the right model - she didnt try to upsell me to their highest models because based on my activity, the extra technology in them wasnt something Id need. That was refreshing.The exam was thorough and she went over the findings in great detail. Honestly, so far, my experience with them has been perfect.Ill update this post when I actually get my hearing aids, but so far, the service has been exceptional!

I had to acquired hearing aids and have had association with many other facilities including Miracle Ear in different locations. This Office is by far above the rest in all categories. The Friendly and Knowledgeable staff excel. I drive 100 miles round trip for that reason. Ms. Evans and her group are the Incredible.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. These two ladies know what they are doing and great at patient care. I was reminded a day prior and received kindness from the moment I walked in I’ll be returning for a follow up next year.

They are good and interact well but they do not use a licensed audiologist. Their merchandise us good and they provide wonder warranty coverage.

Very nice doctor and assistant. Also they prepare some coffee, tea, and snacks while you are waiting.

Staff has for years provided outstanding service including audio testing, aid fitting, cleaning and adjustment, and ENT referral as required. Always courteous and friendly and always on time.

I purchased my hearing aid March, 2018...….my last office visit was in November, 2018......in 8 months I saw 6 different people......this office has a revolving door with hearing instrument specialists.....I tell everyone to go to at least 3 places to get their hearing tested and then decide where to buy a hearing aid...….I have even called corporate office to complain about this office.
