Amazing cupcakes in really cute packaging! My wife and I each got a cupcake in a jar and I had never seen anything like it before but its such an incredibly tasty idea. The two jars were filled to the brim and layered perfectly with our chosen cupcakes (I got lemon drop and my wife got cookies and cream) and were so delicious. Plus, at the end of the cupcake, you get two mason jars to wash and use! We cant wait to go back and try new flavors!

I won’t say these are bad cupcakes but for almost 50 bucks for a dozen after taxes (4 bucks a cupcake) they aren’t worth it. Prices have gone up way too much here, sad because this was my fav place for cupcakes. When prices are better I’ll return, sorry.

The girls working the counter were extremely kind and helpful. I have an allergy to food colorings/dyes and they helped me narrow down what I could and couldnt have. The reason for the 4 star rating is because I could literally only have one kind of cupcake... vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. Literally everything else had food coloring in it. We bought a 6 pack which had the vanilla cupcakes, hot fudge cupcakes, strawberry and lemon drop. My friends did seem to enjoy the other flavors. I unfortunately wont be returning though due to lack of options for myself. I would suggest more options for natural food coloring in the future as well as more natural ingredients in general. The cupcakes are kept at room temp which tells me there is a lot of preservatives and other artificial things in them.

Delicious and fun flavors.Staff has always been helpful and polite.Only reason for four stars instead of five is speed of service.Still love this place and will be back.

Went here with my family after church because we had a coupon and it sounded delicious! we were the first customers of the morning, and the employee who served us was very rude to my mom. we tried the caramel crunch when we got home and it was delicious. still have 4 more to try in our refrigerator! a little bit expensive, but good cupcakes. sadly, we were very disappointed with the service. probably wont be coming back.

First time in and will definitely be going back. Picked up four different cupcakes and they were all amazing. Got a carrot cake cupcake that had nuts in it. I hate nuts in cupcakes. Didnt even matter. That cupcake was so good, I could care less about the nuts. Maybe a little pricy but worth the money.

An overpriced cupcake place, tried one of their cupcakes which was awful and for about $5. You can get better tasting cupcakes at walmart/target.

I had honestly forgotten that I came by here and got a treat the last trip to the springs until we walked in tonight to kill time waiting on our table down the street.I took one look at the setup and remembered EXACTLY where I was and I was so excited! I hadnt written it down in my place I have went so I was kicking myself trying to find the spot.They were almost cleaned out because I came 15 minutes before closing. Their options are great for a quick fun dessert. Cupcakes are moist and baked fresh daily. The icecream is so creamy and good. They have cookies and cake balls as well!I went for a 4 count classic vanilla cake ball cup to share with my sister before our dinner. Sweets are always good first LOL!They did not upset me at all. Totally worth the sugar. Worth the carbs. And worth the money.The atmosphere is so fun and it is very clean. Service is great and does well at helping you out deciding what you should try. The price is completely fair for this special kind of dessert bar.I am so glad we happened upon it again and one of my big reasons for writing my review is so I dont forget where to go when I visit again!

Incredible cupcakes and tons of flavors and options.

Its like a dream come true. We have visited twice and have chosen a variety of flavors and have not been disappointed. Still cant pick a favorite and the options are ridiculous (in a good way). Bought a mixed dozen instead of a birthday cake and the girls loved it. Gluten-free dairy free husband was amazed.

Amazing cupcakes! So fresh and tasty. Their frosting is amazing and I love all the different flavor choices. Snickers, red velvet, lemon drop, key lime, strawberries and cannoli were just a few we have tried. All of them were delicious. We will definitely order more in the near future.

The cupcakes were pretty But pretty standard, nothing special. LOADS of frosting on each. We got the margarita which had too much salt, the birthday cake which was just a vanilla cupcakes with sprinkles on top, the Oreo cupcake with crumbled Oreos on top and the peanut butter cupcake which was just a chocolate cupcake with some peanut butter in the frosting. Like I said nothing special, gave them out and none of them were finished all the way through. The three stars is mainly for the ice cream shakes which were very good.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this place! The cupcakes are amazing and I definitely will be coming back for more. My mom had ordered me some cupcakes that were going to be delivered on my birthday. When the grubhub driver did not deliver the cupcakes or delivered them to the wrong place, we called to see if there was something that could be done. My mom spoke to Wendy on the phone and she offered to hand deliver some new cupcakes to my place! She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. I recently moved to Colorado and was spending the day away from family. She helped to makes sure that I got those cupcakes to celebrate. THANK YOU WENDY! Can’t wait to come back and try some other flavors!

Tasty cupcakes and ice cream. My wife and I stopped here on the way out of Colorado Springs and were sure glad we did! A cupcake shop open on the weekends, and they had many different flavor options. We had the Peanut Butter and the Fudge Sundae cupcake, and the Choholic ice cream. All were outstanding (especially the ice cream).I wish they had one of these in our area, because Id love to have it again for a treat.The place was very clean, and the staff was nice. Womens bathroom has a standing changing table like one would have in their home that was a nice added touch. Way better than the plastic fold-down ones.

Cupcakes were alright. Kit Kat on mine tasted stale though. Absolutely 0 customer service skills from the people working this evening on 12/30. No hello as we entered and 3 employees were around. No thank you at any point, or goodbye as we left. Completely cold service. Even my husband said “I thought they’d be a lot friendlier for a cupcake place...” as we walked to our car. I’d skip this place and take my $$ elsewhere.

As someone with celiac, I really love that they offer gluten free options. Their cupcakes are so delicious and moist, which can be really hard to find with gluten free baked goods. My family also loves their regular cupcakes as well. We love popping in for a quick treat.

Great cupcakes. The atmosphere is great, clean, and nice. They also have a great variety of cupcakes and other desserts. They serve ice cream, tons of cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, and more (as well as a lot of different beverages). In the picture below, there is the King Cake cupcake, hot fudge cupcake, oreo cupcake, and cookie dough cupcake. Some of these are seasonal and they offer different types of cupcakes every day. Very good overall.

Every year I go there to get my kids their favorite cupcakes for their birthdays. However, last time I went for my daughters birthday to get a red velvet cupcake for her for some reason they changed the recipe and the icing was LEMON which was very disappointing. We ended up throwing all 6 in the trash because no one would eat them. With these cupcakes being almost $4 a piece we will be using a different company moving forward.

The price per cupcake was a bit high and I was skeptical....but then I tried the lemon cupcake and was blown away! So light, moist, soft and flavorful. It wasnt too sweet and didnt taste like the usual cupcakes sold elsewhere. Whats more ....after the fact I wasnt left with the usual greasy, sugary coating in my mouth like at other bakeries. So glad I gave this place a try!

THE best cupcakes Ive ever had! Ive tried several flavors and theyve all been amazing. I tried the lemon today, and the cake part is soft and not crumbly, and the icing is not overly sweet. Other good ones are cookies & cream and chocoholic.

Only been there a few times but really good impressions so far. Its cheaper than my local location and the staff was nice and careful as to not give me anything with dairy in it (which my family and I appreciate as we have dairy allergies). There arent too many GREAT Gluten Free Cupcake shops in Colorado Springs. We like that they always have some available.This location is never busy which makes it feel open and personal.We will continue to come and get delicious cupcakes.

SmallCakes makes wonderful cupcakes.....hard to stop with just one! My favorite is Hot Fudge Sundae Cupcake enjoyed with their fabulous vanilla shake! Very indulgent but soooooo delicious! Love SmallCakes!

First time visiting this place today and I was not disappointed. My brother and I had Brownie Bling and it was rich and flavorful. The cupcake was delicious to put it simply. My son had the Sundae Brownie and his was gone in about three bites so I know he enjoyed it as well. We ate inside and the decor was fresh and the restaurant was very clean.

Nice, friendly staff. Cutesy atmosphere. Everything down to the packaging is adorable. Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible.This place is the best.. for some perspective, I had a job that required me to travel. Eventually I spent time in each of the lower 48 states in the continental US, all the major and minor cities. I prefer the ma and pa shops to eat, and have some favorites scattered about. This place blows them all away. The cupcakes are in the top five, but the icecream.. This is the best icecream in the country in my opinion.

I went in to get a couple cupcakes and I felt rude hes. The women took my order and then proceeded to be rude after I asked for an extra box so I could separate them since I was buying for some coworkers as well and I wanted to keep one for myself. Then I asked for a peaches and cream cupcake and instead got given a sundae cupcake. I’m allergic to nuts and didn’t waste the time to go back in since she was already rude will not be coming back and I’ve been coming for over a year now. Wendy ruined the expiernce for us.

Went with our girl scout troop. Shop is adorable and the cupcakes and ice cream are very tempting. We did a party package where the girls decorate a cupcake and got to choose a premade cupcake. The girls had a great time and I love watching them decorate their treats! I would recommend the party package. Its affordable and includes the cupcakes!

I went here because I received a mini cupcake from our home builder. It was really delicious so I decided to come here since we were up here for a birthday. Unfortunately, they did not have any minis. I think you have to special order them so we bought 4 regular sized cupcakes. My kids loved their cupcakes! i thought my cupcake was on the sweeter side (strawberry margarita) so I couldnt finish it. Ill have to order their minis and re-review. Overall, it was ok.

Cupcakes were DELICIOUS! However, customer service was less than desirable. We were the only customers in the store, but werent greeted or acknowledged until we were ready to purchase two cupcakes. The owner/manager and one employee on-duty spent most of the time in the backroom...not the best way to promote a business.I was also concerned with the fact that no gloves were used when serving or moving cupcakes from the backroom to the sales floor.

The cupcake was good, but I was super disappointed that they didnt have mini cupcakes when I was there. I just assumed from the name that there would be a ton of mini cupcakes. Disappointed.

My husband and I stopped by at 11am on Sunday the 22nd to grab a dozen cupcakes. Just a variety of whatever they had on hand. We pulled up to find the counter girl locked out, and waiting on the young man to open up. We waited till about 11:15am the young man who was opening looked like he had just pealed himself out of bed. He opened the door to say, Hey, Im opening up but the cupcakes are still cooling, and nothings out yet. I then stated, I thought you opened at 11am, how long will they take to cool off? He said, eh, a while, nothings out yet. Yea, Im running behind. He was short and very whatever about the fact that he was running behind. No apology or trying to make it right by any means. Just let us in and ran to the back, never to be seen again. We waited inside for about 5 more minutes and decided to take our money else where because it didnt seem like he really wanted our bussiness. Bummer.

Extremely delicious and very beautiful cupcakes! Sweet atmosphere and great service. They are worth every penny! Some of our favorites are Birthday Cake, chocolate one that looks like a hostess cupcake (But so much better! ), lemon, Canoli, and pretty much all of them. Lol. They also have really good ice cream!

This place AH-MAZING. The best cupcakes ever, thought they were kinda expensive for the cupcake but the size and quality of the cupcake it WELL worth the price. They are a good 30%-40% then anyone else in town and always have the best flavors, with the changing menu every week.

We went a little late in the day on a Saturday so there wasnt as much of a selection as possible but we knew we were running that risk when we went in. The staff was friendly and helpful, the store is cute with plenty of seating, and the cupcakes were delicious. There was a large group with small children while we were there so it was loud and we had to use outdoor voices to be heard but the experience was otherwise lovely.

What a treat--so many cupcakes and so little time! I sampled the Birthday Cake with real sprinkles, Pink Chocolate, and my absolute favorite, the Peanut Butter cupcake made with peanut butter cream and topped with crushed peanut butter cups. The cakes are moist and scrumptious but it is the array of frostings that take your taste buds over the top. The Cupcakery’s atmosphere very quaint and relaxed. The staff is absolutely friendly and the service is top-notch. The owner shared with me that they will be making cupcake infused ice cream very soon. This summer is going to be delectable when ice cream is served up with these amazing cupcakes. So if you have a sweet tooth like I do, stop in at Smallcakes Cupcakery and tell them the Colorado Springs Food Guy sent you.

This place is the closest to Sprinkles Cupcakes I can find. Such yummy cupcakes!!! For a mid day snack or birthday party, Im a huge fan & a regular customer!
