It would be nice to know the actual name of the manager at this location as I have had several experiences where one or more items requested were not received. I calling them to let them know they an error had occurred I was given ago around by a young girl by the name of Samantha. I requested a credit of the one item abs was told that I needed to bring my receipt in. I informed her that I was just there not even 30 minutes ago and she could look up my order; I could give her the exact order. She said she couldn’t do that??? Seriously! I have never requested money back all I wanted was a replacement for the one that was made wrong. I have my receipt and I will take it in to get that item refunded and will give my business to somewhere else. Samantha, or whatever het name is needs some good training in public relations and to not to tell lies!

The blizzards are good the past 3 times I went there they got the sizes incorrect, and up-charging me size. Corporate needs to have an adult to supervise the teenagers and make sure they are doing things correctly

They did not thoroughly mix my blizzard. Such a simple thing to not get right. By the time I ate 1/2 my blizzard, I was down to just vanilla ice cream.

My experience with This DQ, not so good.My sister was at Penrose St Francis for a few weeks recovering from a procedure.She was craving Blizzards, so I stopped over and grabbed one for each daily visit.The customer service was less than stellar.Not much on conversation or friendly service.Sorry won’t be going back.

Love Dairy Queen. The accuracy of their product as served really depends on the employee taking the order or making the order.. That being said, I order the same Blizzard each time I frequent ( I deviate slightly from the standard menu by adding an extra topping and Choco sauce) and its 50/50 if they get it accurate, again, depending on whoever takes the order or whoever makes the Blizzard but, I still enjoy it however it comes because I love the Dairy Queen product!

Out on a walk means getting reward. Dairy Queen always delivers the favorite treats. We did sit in the dining room and enjoy our treats even though Maps says there is no dine in. Always good stuff.

Not too impressed with the options for ice cream cakes so pulled one from the back got it home to find it was pretty freezer burned. The crumble on one half of the cake was pretty rough, but no expiration or date made om the packaging..overall wont be getting cake again unless its fresh.

Ordered a cake today last minute for Mother’s Day and they had it ready by the time I got off work to pick it up! Asked the girl (she was really awesome I forgot her name) to write “Tennis” on the cake somewhere because of a family inside joke and she did it no problem!! Thanks for awesome service

The workers are friendly. Only went through the drive thru didnt see inside. Other than that, its dairy queen🤷‍♀️

Not very many food options but a good place to come to get some ice cream and an orange Julius. The staff is always courteous. Ive also gotten a few ice cream cakes over the years here with no complaints! Always pleased with this location. Keep up the good work!

Guys, Dairy Queen hasnt been around as long as it has for nothing. I got a Snickers Bar Blizzard. It was excellent. And they served it up fast. It is unlikely you will be disappointed by their ice cream.

We enjoy this treat stop fairly regularly. Only reason for 4 stars was that they dont participate in the DQ points program.

The ice cream isnt as thick or rich as other DQs.

I love the M&Ms blizzard. Great way to do a road trip. Who ever says ice cream for lunch is bad has not had a blizzard.

Ice cream was dairy queen excellent and the cups are free from confections that missed the mark really appreciate the attention to detail

Ice-cream is good but disappointed they dont have a fryer so no chicken strips or fries etc.

We had a large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and a peanut butter parfait and when my son was eating it he found a hair in his blizzard

First off I just have to say I always go to this dairy queen and order the same thing Ive been getting for the last 15 years a (Georgia mudfudge) which technically isnt even part of the menu any more and they still always happily make it for me.However the other night who ever made it for me went above and beyond and it was THE BEST Georgia mudfudge Ive ever had!!! Thank you!

Best blizzard Ive ever had and thats saying A LOT! This DQ is definitely not stingy with the amount of candy/chocolate they put in their blizzards. It was my first visit to this DQ, but it wont be my last.

My mistake! Was trying to give 5 stars for the ice cream and friendly cashier.

I ordered a double dip cone and not only was it dripping all over the place but it was not dry at all and spilled all.over me and my car. I tried calling over an hour and even the next day but I kept getting a fax beep with no answer. Horrible and money wasted.

Visited here recently, the place was packed, line out the door. Line moved quickly and was worth the wait! Very unique and wonderful ice cream flavors. - sticky not easily melt good for hot summer days. Highly recommend!

This place is okay for ice cream... They need to make it a chill & Grill. Also the business should participate in the rewards program. I have to go across town to the other Dairy Queen locations for these reasons.

Claim to have no food just drink servings, but I saw them handing food to other customers before me. So i went to McDonalds across the parking lot, i got my food sat there and ate but once again saw food being handed out once again. I cant Liars but its good.

Drive thru moves SO slowly. Sat in the line for over twenty minutes just to get two small blizzards. finally get the blizzards and after paying almost ten bucks for two small blizzards theres barely any toppings mixed in. Ordered the new raspberry fudge Bliss dont even think they put raspberry in it. Way overpriced for such disappointing ice cream.

Wanted to grab a quick burger 8/28/2019. To my surprise I did not see a burger on the drive-thru menu, only chicken sandwiches and hotdogs. Plus no french fries, only potato chips in their combo meals. Since I was hungry and love a good chicken sandwich, and was in a big hurry, I decided on the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. BOY, was I disappointed! Tasted undercooked, like I was chewing on gristle or a tendon or something. DISGUSTING! Well I couldnt go back, so they get my review. Where did the burgers and fries go?

Always awesome ice cream! They have new flavors out for the summer... To include Jurassic Chomp! It has peanut butter pieces in it. Staff is nice and courteous. Definitely recommended this place!

This location has a very small menu since it is a “Treat Only” location so only go here if you have a dessert craving. The place itself is relatively clean and the staff seem to do their jobs. The customer service is nothing impressive or special but the desserts are always delicious.

Ordered strawberry Julius but got strawberry banana Julius. Ordered small diet cola drink but got large.

The chili dog looked like somebody took a dump on a hot dog. My son dared me to take a bite and despite its appearance, tasted alright. The hot dog was a little tough. The SMORES blizzard, a little too many chocolate pieces.

I love Dairy Queen. We’ve definitely tried pretty much every ice cream in the city, but DQ definitely still has the best ice cream. Something so nostalgic about being at DQ, it was the only place to get ice cream in the small town that we are from. Fast service too, even when the drive thru was wrapped out into the road, they got everyone through super quick. Thank you!

Just came from Dairy Queen, you would think they want ur business with the economy the way it is right now, out of fries, burgers, chicken....they suggested we go to McDonalds next door..... will not be back.
