This is the U-Haul center our UBox arrived through and with our recent experience, the customer service was top quality. The freight management team went the extra mile, taking the time to communicate with us frequently and passing along updates to our UBox status. When it came time to rent a pickup, the associate at the checkout desk did a phenomenal job also. Hands down 5-Star Service from this U-Haul center in front of the turnaround at Galley Rd. there.

This place has abysmal service. Just absolutely poor management.Set up a hitch appointment for 4:30, arrived at 4:25, and proceeded to wait for another two hours for a one hour install. No prioritization. No ability to update customers to the status of service. Go somewhere else. Do it yourself or just reconcile yourself with time wasted.Would not recommend this place to anyone. U-Haul needs to relook at their hiring practices and their service quality. This place is a desolate hole of a time suck. Go somewhere else.Save yourself time. Dont come here.

Pay the extra and rent somewhere else! The truck we were given was negligently maintained and should have never been driven off the lot. 6 miles into our trip the drive axel DROPPED OUT of the truck causing us to come to a screeching halt in the middle of the road. Luckily we had slowed down or we, and possibly others, would have been seriously injured.We spent 5 hours sitting on the side of the road waiting for uhaul to resolve the issue. Ultimately they towed us to our location but refuse to refund our rental fee and have completely ignored our e-mails. Given they cost us most of our moving day and almost killed us, a refund would be no problem. Rent somewhere where they take care of customers!!

The facility itself is immaculate and well kept. The customer service by hourly employees is good. It’s upper management that doesn’t know how to deal with the public in any capacity.My husband and I spend thousands with uhaul each month. Sure we’re return equipment late, but we always call to extend and we always pay.We also have an RV we are fixing up to sell (we flip campers) that we store there. We’ve been working on it around the clock to get it done and we’re told this is not an issue.We came early at 4am and we were going over the days tasks when management loudly beat on the side of our camper and hurled accusations and threats.He claimed he was repossessing the van we rented (and paid for) and kicked us out of the property.We tried to explain to him that we are paid in full and only two days away from getting the camper road ready.He wouldn’t even let my husband explain. He was belligerent and offensive.Uhaul is a business and we are very good customers. This guy doesn’t seem to understand...that’s a GOOD thing.

Didnt get the truck I needed! I made a reservation for a 26 foot truck and had to take a 17 foot truck! Then when I returned it they said I went 400+ miles and in reality only went 209 miles! They charged my card almost $500.00 and still trying to get that fixed! Basically I wont be using them again!

WORST COUSTERMER SERVICE! My husband rented a van at u-haul online.We prepaid and had confirmation of paid rental. We were informed of when and where to pickup our rental and no check-in no wait. But when we arrived we were told that our rental wasnt available yet and we had to go into the office. We waited online for over 40min. Then we were informed that our reservation had expired during our wait. We showed the guy checking us in that we had already prepaid but he insisted on another card just in case. He promised me no charges would be placed on my card. But they have now charged us three different times, three different amounts, on three different cards!!??! Now they will not return my call or my money!!

Called three weeks in advance to schedule installation of a hitch on my truck. From there, it all fell apart. Its the call center that is the problem. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I work in customer service and sales, if our mom and pop did business this way we would be out of business.

I waited in line over 35 minutes to rent a trailer I had reserved online. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. I was at the front of the line behind ONE customer at the rental desk the whole time. Except for the last 10 minutes when there were no employees in the office until I was finally helped by an associate.Absolutely unacceptable.The representative was kind, polite and efficient. But this location is awful.

I believe her name is Randi. She was very professional with the situation we were experiencing with a trailer we tried to rent. Got it hooked up and it was having electrical problems. Came back in and she had a line of people waiting for service. She was very busy but still remained very professional, helpful and polite. Still was a great experience the way she handled it all. Check-in: Their unrecognized device validation codes were not sending when I went to pick up my truck; not a problem for this location, except that they are so understaffed that before I could get to the desk to ask about my self-check-in issue (after waiting in line for quite a while) the e-mails finally started coming through and I was able to complete the verification.The first truck they assigned me wasnt where it was supposed to be; in fact it hadnt even finished being checked in and cleaned.I had to switch trucks, so naturally the dolly and furniture pads Id reserved werent in it (no big deal, go inside and ask). I get sent outside where Im told that theyre out of the utility dolly that Id reserved but that theyd give me an appliance dolly at the same price (this is the only reason for the 2-star rating. Id gladly provide a 0-star for them otherwise, if it were possible).Drop off was before they opened. The website indicated that the truck had to be on the lot, which I was and they even confirm your GPS location if you allow it (which I did).On my way to drop off the keys in the after-hours box, an employee informs me that I have to move the truck because they have to clean it. I did, because I was in a hurry, but thats HIS job, not mine. I had already checked the truck in and was no longer covered by the insurance on it. This is a bad employee and I wish Id grabbed his name.

Ghosted by Academy Uhaul - Had a hitch installed and was over charged by 85 bucks manager promised to refund the money ... it’s been over a month and she has stopped answering my calls and texts. Guess I’ll have to hound the corporate folks to see they will help out. .. also RESERVED a 5x 10 and had to go to 3 different places in Colorado Springs to hunt it down.

The absolute worst uhaul experience ever and it wasnt the uhaul itself it was the customer service inside. The young lady helping when I picked it up was awesome. Then bringing it back the young Hispanic man inside was absolutely rude, disrespectful, condescending. Please please please go to another uhaul place unless you want to be disrespected

Called to schedule a small pick up truck. the lady on the phone scheduled it for the wrong date, and was too incompetent to reschedule. she told me, that i should i wait for the date that she had put, and then work it out with the person that im picking up the truck from.i just called again, got a different person that could work it out.2 hour wait to pick up the truck. I was not informed, that i had til the next day to return the truck. 30 minute wait, to just drop it off. employees were there, but no one was doing anything, as usual.this was awhile ago.

I spend $147.90 a month for storage and 2 days after the snow there is still a ton of ice on the ramp to my storage. I fell on the concrete and almost fell several times trying to get in on the slick ramp for my indoor storage :( I alone spend enough for them to take better care of their property and yet many people pay for terrible service.

If you want to get ripped off then go ahead and use uhaul other wise find ANY OTHER way to move your items they advertise $29 rental and all the sudden $140 later and they have your card and will not only charge your estimated amount but then they will charge your real total also and then hold on to it for 4+ days because I just have $52+ laying around at this time not only have I contacted the location for them just to say well if it doesnt come off then call us back and when I do the live chat it does NOTHING!! Scam artists for real

Wildely disappointed with my experience at this location. Ordered a hitch WEEKS in advance and was only told it didnt show up the day(s because I tried twice) I was supposed to drop off my car for installation. When I complained the GM just told me there was no updated tracking information and this is a common problem at this time... Because that makes it okay? At this point Im also convinced they only have an allotted number of phone calls they can make in a day since I had to call THEM to reschedule my appointment or get updates and no one in that place called the shipping company to figure out what was going on. Ended up just asking for a refund, but dont worry guys. they are aware and are working to fix the issues that causes this

Worst uhaul/storage facility i have ever been to. I was a customer for over a year and decided to leave because the staff and manager are the rudest people i have ever dealt with. No customer service skills whatsoever. They also violated the american with disabilities act and I am seeking legal action against them. Lastly, they have very loud alarms that go off if a storage unit is opened without proper access but they completely ignore the alarm. Did not make me feel confidant that my storage was secure at all. I would run away fast from this place and corperate Uhaul should note that it is time to do some spring cleaning and get a real staff in place here.

Reserved a cargo van through their website day before I needed it. Once my husband and I got to the location we waited 10 minutes and then was told we had to drive to a different location because they didn’t have what we reserved. Not a friendly staff in top of that and we are now an hour behind our schedule.

I went to the Uhaul off of academy at 1193 N. Academy because I needed a 20ft box truck to move a few things, I had just gotten off work and came in.When I came in there was a young man I believe named Justin Jaques, he was on the phone with who I assumed was another customer, I walked up to the counter expecting an silent Ill be right with you or something similar, but I received no such acknowledgment, after a few minutes waiting patiently another employee came in and went behind the counter, i waited awhile hoping he might ask me if I had been or needed to be helped, but nope. Then after a few more minutes a lady came in and also went behind the counter, but she also just let me stand there without offering any assistance...eventually I just took the whole situation to be a sign to either try another day or another establishment, and so i left without a single employee out of 3 helping me or even acknowledging I was there.I will never visit that location again.

Edit/update:We have now been waiting two weeks for our promised weight tickets for the u-boxes. We have called every day for the last 7 days and each day are given the run-around on the status of the tickets. The phone representatives are less than helpful. They actively refuse to let us speak with a manager or supervisor. We were told that Ryan would be in touch, but he has not and he refuses to answer his phone. I dont understand how U-haul can continue to operate like this when they treat their customers this way. Not only have they violated their contract, but they actively refuse to provide customer support. I have filed a complaint with BBB and arbitration against U-haul - if anyone has other ideas I am all ears!Original:Unfortunately the local transportation office further messed things up which cost us a potential moving day plus the money we paid for labor to help pack the boxes.Ryan was able to deliver our boxes and ensure they were picked up on time, and was even able to help us get an extra box in a pinch. He was very professional and helpful through the process.We were told we could get weight tickets for the boxes, but after 8 days we still havent seen those tickets. Overall this location helped smooth out mistakes made by corporate, but the lack of communication by U-haul and multiple unknowns throughout the process has made this a frustrating moving experience.

Called to schedule a reservation for a trailer to have my husband pickup so we can tow our car. Confirmed it, paid for it, got my receipt. Then got a call about 2 hours later asking where i was and if i still wanted to pick the trailer up. The woman i spoke with Paula? idk, put me down for pickup at 9am when i said 1:30-2:30pm. She put down the wrong Uhaul place. The one i called and requested pickup at was this location my husband showed up he wasnt even on the reservation like i asked and they didnt even have the trailer at that location. Screwed us over big time as we needed to get our ONLY vehicle towed so it can be fixed. Highly disappointed of the lack of effort here. All my requests were very clear, and im confused on why this many things were completely wrong this put us in a huge bind.

Well there was no problem getting the U-Box to my house but when I went over to this location to pick-up my lock (I forgot it when I unloaded all the items) they cut it without telling me even though I technically had it rented out for another 10 calendar days. I wasnt too happy about that plus the fact I wasted gas driving there and paid the U-Haul lock out of my own pocket. If you are going to cut a lock please call me first as a courtesy.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this store. I have worked with this store one other time and it was fantastic. It gave me hope that not all UHAULS were the same. I guess it was way to good to be true. After yesterday’s events of a gentleman who works in the ubox center threatened to with hold my clients items that had come in from another state, we do not recommend this store. DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL FOR ANY REASON. Even after one of my team members spoke with the “manager on duty” it is very clear that this is the type of negative behavior that is endorsed and promoted at this store. It is completely unacceptable. You are supposed to be in the business of customer service and it is your job and why you have a job. But for some reason these rules do not apply to UHaul employees or managers. NOT TO MENTION this store called one of our mutual clients and had told them to cancel a job with me that was worth over $600. I have a family. You just took that money away from me. How unprofessional and how low this store was willing to go to get the last word in is sickening. I do plan to take legal action against said employee for slander against my name, will be seeking restitution and you do know who you are.

So, Ive just left this u-haul location for a THIRD time without being able to be make a purchase. The same thing happened about two and three years ago, respectively, but I thought I would give it another chance. Apparently, if you are a woman and waiting in line, you may as well just get back in your car and leave, because they will wait on every man standing around you, even if they came in a half an hour after you. Once is a bad experience. Twice is a possible coincidence. Three times is a proven pattern of discriminatory behavior. All I wanted was a couple rolls of packing tape and a large bundle of moving boxes. What I got, was 40 minutes of standing around with my wallet in my hand, while EVERY male customer was addressed or assisted, until they finally took the THIRD customer who had come in after I did, and I just walked out. Three simple words would solve this problem...who is next? My advice, if you are a woman, try elsewhere.

I had a truck reserved for over a week. Changed my reservation online, just like the website instructed, to get a larger truck which was available, according to the website. I received a call today, 2 days before I am scheduled to pick up my truck, and was told that the truck I requested to switch to was unavailable and that since I changed it online, that my reservation was just going to be cancelled. I will never give this company another dollar.

I showed up for my appointment to have my hitch installed along with wiring. They did not have the correct parts on hand, they had a wiring kit that would work but it wasn’t the correct one, therefore it ended up costing more. No big deal, I told the manager and he adjusted the price accordingly. The issue I’m having now is the wiring. It looks like a mess under my vehicle. Now, 6 days later, there is a wire running the complete length of my vehicle, dragging on the ground. The top half of it is draped over my exhaust as well. They must have had a special needs wiring team the day of my installation. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe they would call themselves professionals. I would give them negative stars if I had the option.

Great service! Justin installed my hitch even quicker than I was told it would take. This is probably the 5th time Ive had a hitch installed over the years and the only time it was installed without an issue or added expense. Im very pleased with my experience and Justin is very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a hitch installed.

Needed propane refilled and was told the tank was over ten years old and couldn’t refill?I went and goggled it and it’s 12 years from manufacturing date.Had to drive a few miles farther and was told it’s 12 years from manufacturing date. Still have two years before required recertification,not sure if it’s a company policy and I’ll probably never get my propane refilled there again?

DO NOT GO HERE.They are totally understaffed here.I called ahead to place a reservation on a storage unit and gave the gentleman all my information. He said it was reserved and I show up the next day from out of town and the reservation was nowhere to be found. (See note below and other reviews about the line)Asked to pay ahead a month, (1 month was free with trailer). I swiped my card and everything and come a month later I get a call that Im overdue. I even checked my account online a day before the billing day to make sure ($0.00 was due). Tells me they do not update their records adequately and they ignored my request to pay ahead.When they call you, if you miss it-you might be screwed because its a 5 digit number that most phones register as spam. Unless you know why they called, you may not be able to find the person at the location.There is always a line, bring a meal with you if you go (do not recommend).Trailer return is somewhat uneventful. They charged me an extra day when I returned close to after-hours. I asked specifically about it and was told I wouldnt, but the agent was probably just misinformed, not dishonest.Just dont go here. Anywhere else.

Not only did they not honor the first month free when using a uhaul to move, they charged me an entire month for the last two days of storage and refused to prorate the amount. We were assigned the worst looking 4x8, asked numerous times to change. Wouldn’t allow. We asked if it would be safe for all of our stuff moving to the east coast. They swore up and down our stuff would be safe. Everything got wet as we traveled back. Everything. Our little bit of life we decided to move elsewhere. Ruined. Totally ruined. Artwork in progress, television, clothing. It was all soaked and ruined. Claims department is a joke. Customer service is trash. Went in to get some boxes and seen this HUGE line! But figured it would go by quickly but little did I know I was wrong. Been in line for over an hour and still waiting, and that’s with people just leaving the line. 300 Reviews and the service lives up to its name. Fast and friendly. They finally got this right. My hitch was installed on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in less time then they promised. Mike helped me with the wiring and verified it works and even replaced the parts free of cost. When we picked up the trailer they had it all ready and I was out the door in 20 minutes checking the equipment and starting my move. Thanks guys for the great service you made it easy and friendly

I come here just about every month to get propane for our grill and camper. Almost every time i push the button outside, Nobody ever comes. I have to go inside to wait in line just to ask for someone to meet me at the propane fill up. Im currently here and have been for 45 mins. I had about 5 or more employees walk past me and not acknowledge me or anything. I finally had Scott an employee notice me and help me. He did a very good job, especially since he is in training and had no body there to help him. This happens everytime i come here. Will be trying a different location.

We checked a curb and blew out the rear passenger tire. Roadside took 4 hours to come replace the tire. We were told they would waive the fee but upon arriving the next day, uhaul decided to charge us for the tires and returning the truck late. Even though we had to wait four hours to replace a tire. Do not go here. These people do no care about you. The female manager here did not even bother to try to listen to us to waive the fee.

Jared did a great job with the wiring install on my truck and assisted with other technical matters to get my truck ready to go. The staff was great and they reciprocate customers that have a good attitude. Highly recommend this place if you need comprehensive uhaul services

I rented a truck for $19.95 for 20 miles. I went 16, so I was in spec of the 20. I also gassed the vehicle to 7/8 like i left the lot with. I understand processing fees and having the customer gas the vehicle, but how does a $19.95 truck end up being $54.48 after transaction? Never going to rent a truck from uhaul again and will suggest anyone else to do the same.

Showed up at 4 am to pick up my uhual with the mobile app. Got my key out of the 24 hr lockbox and it was to the wrong vehicle. I paid over $200 for a 10 truck and the key was to a small CARGO van. Called customer service and they were trash couldnt do anything. Asked me for another $200 to rent another vehicle. I am moving out of town on a very stick schedule and now everything is completely screwed up. She said they could refund my money but it would take a couple of days. Do not recommend the 24 hr uhual app.

If you are simply looking for a truck to rent, maybe consider this location. However, if you need anything else coordinating with them is a nightmare. When we showed up for our reservation with a 26 truck, they did not have the size of storage we reserved, they ended up charging us extra since it had to be split into smaller rooms and I couldnt leave with nowhere else to take the truck, and now I have been trying to get a receipt for over a week. May be a one-off situation, but that was my experience.

What a mess. I reserved a trailer and half a dozen furniture pads for our move. We had a huge issue getting the trailer lights to work. Then we get home and realize the furniture pads were not in the trailer. They were suppose to issue me a refund for the missing pads. I am still waiting on my refund. Also, the associate that was helping us was extremely unprofessional. She was cursing and talking bad about a fellow employee the entire time. I have to move again in 6 months and I will NOT be using Uhaul.

STAY AWAY...STAY FAR AWAY!!!I put it at one start because I couldnt do ZERO! I want to echo what other folks have said, absolutely horrible customer service. On Tuesday, 5/30, I scheduled a hitch install. The hitch install was supposed to be on Thursday, 6/1, at 3 p.m. On Wednesday, 5/31, I received a call saying that the parts for my hitch install were already reserved for another customer. They put in for express shipping of the parts or so they said. As of today (6/2 at 3:30 p.m.) I still have not gotten in to get my hitch installed. I actually spoke with a real person at their store at 2 p.m. today and they told me they were still waiting on a part and they could get it done on Monday or Tuesday of next week.The most frustrating part is that they are too busy to answer their phone. When I call their local number, it always directs me to their call center in Texas or Phoenix. This will be the last time I deal with Uhaul for any purposes. Absolutely unfathomable that I cannot talk with someone directly at the store when I call to find out the status of my hitch!

This company is awful! Their customer service is the worst I have EVER EVER seen. I called roadside service 5 times, was placed on hold i dont even know how many times to never gotten answered and was disconnected all 5 times after waiting for 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and got disconnected. I gave them my number never got a call back. I filled out finally a request online and they called back almost 4 hours later. We only got the truck partially filled because the tires were so bad it was continuously stuck in our driveway. My RV, Small Car and acura loaded up more stuff then this truck did because it was stuck for over 4 hours. It was a waste of our time and energy. It was an awful day and they are awful. I have literally never seen such awful customer service.

I came to buy a lock at 6:30 and now its 7:22 && I STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN . They have 2 rep here and they take forever with each person and show no hustle in trying to accommodate each customer. They take their sweet time. Dont come here if youre trying to just buy a lock . Youll be here for at least an hour in line... Whoever owns this Uhaul should seriously think about hiring more people or training their employees to work efficiently with a long line. This is so ridiculous.

Arrived to pick up my reserved U-haul this morning and this company has changed their policy to the point where you are unable to rent anything without having a secondary person who can verify who you are. Last time I rented a U-Haul they did not require this. What the hell do they think requiring a verified contact is going to stop if someone wants to steal something they are going to do it anyway and probably not pay for the damn truck or trailer anyway. the representative at the counter was rude and unhelpful. She seemed to not have the knowledge capable of working the counter even as well. This place is a joke. Save your time, Save your money. Go somewhere else.

This is the worst place ever! Terrible service, long wait times for anything. The management is the worst ever! My dog ate rat poison outside of their storage facility, and the general manager refused to come out to the store to give me the msds sheet for the exact poison that my dog ingested so I could get help for him immediately! The next morning he did not even ask me if I still needed the msds! Totally heartless! I asked another person and they did get me the msds. They told me I should file a claim with their insurance company. After taking my dog to the veterinarian and several hundred dollars later i filed a claim. my dog had a one in ten chance of surviving. During this time my car broke down in front of my storage unit at this facility. So they decide to call the police on me saying Im sleeping in my storage unit. Obviously I was just trying to fix my car and get it out of there! The next night once again the police are called on me. Come to find out for first degree motor vehicle theft and burglary of the key box and of the uhaul truck! The general manager gave me permission to take a truck making one load to move my belongings out of the storage unit. I thought this was in a way for him to say sorry about my dog. But in reality it was to press the charges against me too try and get rid of me! I messed up and told him beforehand that I was going to drag him thru the mud on this incident with my dog by leaving a review on here for everyone to see! Well here it is still going to court and will take it to the end! Its really sad when a person has no compassion for animals and also for humans to only save his reputation and possibly his job! I believe they all are corrupt including the regional management! No good in my book, and Im sure many more! I hope they all get whatever God has in store for them ten fold times one million! And their insurance company denied my claim! Im glad Im able to shine some light from the free world instead of being locked up not being able to say or do anything! Thanks for reading! Beware! HUGE facility! A lil slow, but thorough. Staff friendliness 6/10They fill up propane tanks to 100% capacity for $15 as of this writing! Most propane exchanges only fill 75% for $20!

They canceled my reservation. Ordered the truck online and the email sent to me said I was able to pick up the truck any time. Had to wait in line 30 minutes because they were understaffed. Totally messed with my moving schedule. Would not recommend online ordering if you have to wait in line just the same

Went there this morning needing just a quick part. Was greeted by a very for lady and she proceeded to be rude the entire encounter and purchase. Got home to have it installed but ended up going to the dealer ship cuz it was harder than it should have been. Come to find out little miss rude ass sold Me the wrong part. 🙄Update- went to return the part and crystal and the GM were very kind and apologetic. 🙂

1st of all I had reservation for 7 oclock and I had to wait in line for almost 25 minutes because there was one person working at the counter then she made me feel like I was a criminal called my cell phone and then called my wifes cell phone to verify I was a good renter then I called to let them know I was running late and that person was pretty much an idiot had no info for it being 50 minutes late then I go turn it in and a rude lady came out with an attitude said park it over there so I parked it went to go give them the key and they want me check it in online I said Im not doing that your right here so he took the key I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL EVER AGAIN WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER

This was one of the worst experience Ive had in costumer service. It took forever to get a trailer and when we did finally get one it had a lot of oil on the floor of the trailer. Then it took 20 minutes to even check it in. I do not recommend this place for any service.

This place was extremely unprofessional. One employee had her child tugging at her shirt trying to get her attention while she was speaking with a customer. The other girl asked for a secondary contact and instead of adding him to the record she called my father on speakerphone in front of the whole store and told him to kick my ass if we dont return the truck on time. Extremely unprofessional. They also didnt have our trailer ready for us after we had already paid for it and charged us for a 2nd day. The manager didnt charge us for the mistakes but we will NOT be returning to this location.

I really thought that I needed to develop patience in order to become a more well rounded person, and the universe delivered big time by sending me to this uhaul location. This is like a forced anger management class for a bunch of people on the busiest day of the year. Not only am I getting hooked up with a crash course in quiet patience, but all my friends are learning how to give up doing fun stuff on the weekend in order to wait for uhaul to get their ish together and get me the truck I reserved. All this personal development for the low low price of all the hidden fees and expenses imaginable.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We scheduled a hitch install for 7:30 a.m. 2 days ago, and prepaid for it. Drove 30 minutes to get there, and were told after we arrived that they had overbooked and it would be at least 2 1/2 hours. No Im sorry this happened, no attempt at any kind to take responsibility for their screw up. When I said I couldnt wait and needed a refund, I was told that I would also have to wait for that, too, because the owner was too busy putting on other hitches. Unbelievable. If the folks here would have made any effort at all to provide even the lowest level of customer service, they might have kept our family as a customer since weve been there 4 times now. Save yourself the time and negative experience and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Terrible management. Be prepared to wait in line. On one occasion the front doors were locked 15 minutes after opening time. We went to the side door and found it to be unlocked and saw there was a manager sitting in the office behind the counter. Instead of taking responsibility and taking care of the customers, the manager said he doesnt know where the front desk clerk was and wed have to wait to be helped. The manager went back to the office to sit. 10 minutes later, the clerk showed up. Thats not what management is!

I rented a trailer at 5:00 in the evening & returned it at 8:00 that same night. I looked at my bank account charge me $68 and it should have been 34. So I called Uhaul and they said that I did not return the trailer for another two days. Beware of the crooked people out there.This u-haul company is one of them. First and last time Ill rent from this location.

Total waste of time - went there three times to get a hitch out on over almost two weeks. Waited an eternity to get someone to come to the front desk. Day finally arrived, took time off from work to get this installed. Got there, per usual waited forever for someone to come to the front desk. Then was told they didnt have the wiring this day...got a call two days earlier confirming everything was ready to go. Total waste of time and disappointment. Go somewhere they will value your time and money. Worthless here.

Ive gone to this store 3 times for different reasons and everytime I had to wait in line for 30-45 minutes while other employees came in and out leaving 1 person to help the long line of people waiting. The employees were so rude that all the customers ended up leaving mad spreading the negativity! If you dont like your job and are not a people person dont take a customer service job! I will never return to this store and I hope everyone else mistreated does the same.

This franchise owner is a complete bum. How do you not have enough employees to work or a back up plan in place if it gets busy. Sat in line for 45 mins to tell us we can’t even book a reservation. Unbelievably rude people who pretend to be a whole lot busier than they actually are. Understaffed counter with employees who move with catatonic fluidity. Employees are obviously unhappy to work and be working. Very disappointing compared with other stores Ive had service with in the past. Recommendation: find another store.
