I just got an RV spot from Brenda and she was very helpful. Ive been using Public for storage for years, but Brenda told me about things Id never known. Shes very thorough when you get set up and the spot is great! I highly recommend Public storage.

You vacate on 3rd of month. Instead of keeping rent they could refund a portion. Especially when they will rent it again. If I could give a zero I would.

Horrible place, worst manager ever, she is super rude and cusses at the renters in front of other people. I would spend your money somewhere else.

Brenda was awesome and enthusiastic despite the heat and social distancing. Got me checked in super fast and made sure we had everything we needed. Unit was spotless and the door was super smooth with a good sliding lock.

Very Nice Folks. What can I say. Its a storage business. Clean units and grounds. Very friendly and helpful. If there was a High Standard of customer service, Mrs Michaels would be the Gold Standard. OH! Cant leave the rest of the bunch out.

So just a forewarning they dont lock you into a contracted rate for vehicle parking spaces so where you start out at $38 a month or whatever price I did two years ago for the two spots I have in there now Im almost $50 is it cheaper than other places in town yes but at the same time but its an uncovered car storage your vehicles are out in the elements its just a parking space they want to keep playing games with people and raising rates in the middle of covid-19 cuz they raised the price twice since covid-19 has started so theyre trying to price gouge people because they know more people want the spot somebody thats going to customer for 2 years now apparently is it probably going to pay some farmer $20 a month ago Park his cars out there or I can go get in to another place thats like $75 ended inside or at least they have covering so what I rather pay you an extra twenty-five bucks and get my car actually covered from the hail or have it out in the open not that anybody cares just a forewarning before you try to use this place the people are very nice the place is okay maintained Ive been very happy but again Im paying for a parking spot for $100 a month for two vehicles why do you got to keep hiking up the price on people you getting a $83 a month wasnt enough Im getting punished for sitting in the spot longer is that what it is

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have never left a bad review but when we first walked in they asked us to do a review but now that I’m moving out I’m updating. This place is super unprofessional. I called saying we are moving out in the middle of the month and when my husband actually got everything he went and verified that we were all done and the lady said okay everything is good to go. Now they are texting me for late fees and I called and the lady on the phone was very unprofessional and rude saying it’s not in the notes? Well I don’t know how many times we have to tell y’all we are done with the unit? Very upset and disappointed. When we walked in we thought it was to be a very pleasant experience but moving out has been a nightmare. DO NOT COME HERE

Husband went in to get 2 parking spaces for our vehicles. We are military and needed something to storage our vehicles. He walked in, they were friendly. They greeted him and they made him feel welcome. Would recommend public storage for anyone’s storage needs.

Brenda and Jennifer were kind, helpful, and quick. I give the staff full marks. Also, having a staff member who lives on site is an incredible boon for the location.

I have been with this facility since Aug 2002, and I have never had a negative experience. The current managers, Brenda and Yazmine, do an absolutely amazing job of ensuring client satisfaction. Most recently, when I needed to downsize my locker size, both Brenda and Yazmine displayed remarkable creativity and flexibility in devising a new arrangement that I can live with. I have also known the District Manager, Ms. Tiffany Merrill, for more than 10 years, and this store is yet another example of Tiffanys competence as a supervisor.

Brenda & Jen made my move in easy & fast. Very polite & patient since I had issues with my reservations.

From what I personally can relay, as an observer vs.Tenant with this storage facility. Is the Hospitable and attentive New owners,which have really cleaned up the place.there are Some minor maintanence errors like mini pot holes in the gravel and i personally feel the storage areas could be more maintained cleaning wise. Other than that though this storage facility is quite secure and accomidating to its users.

This place is clean and was perfect for what we needed. The prices are the best Ive seen, especially for the service. Pamela was so nice and accommodating. She is so knowledgeable but quick and respectful of my time. She also referred us a moving company that was able to come out last minute and saved the day. We loved her service enough to get her a gift card. It means a lot to us. We were already so stressed out with the move so her positive attitude and helpfulness made a difference. Give that woman a raise!!

Walked in to get info on some storage units for a 1bdrm apartment the ladies inside were very informative and made sure I had the right size and gave me prices. Told them I would be back in to get a space when moving out of my house in September.

There was great customer service, however the prices were very expensive. I went to a local storage unit, down the road, and they were about $80 cheaper. I would only use public storage if it were my last choice.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this place. The first was my own and the second was with my son. If I would of known I would of told him not to rent from th them. I will never rent from them again.

I have used this storage unit for a few of our clients and have always been pleased with the results. Pam, the site manager is amazing! She is always super pleasant to work with and always in a good mood. She goes out of her way for site tours and every unit I have seen has been spotless. If you need storage in this area I would recommend coming here first!

Walked in and Josh provided us with everything anyone could ask for from a storage company. He made sure that the size of the unit would be enough capacity for what we are storing, he showed us the actual unit, explained the lock and keys, the electronic entry system, as well as the insurance situation and options provided. He then thoroughly explained the lease/contract and went over everything we needed to know about the unit/facility/company. Great customer service skills and a very professional individual. We are very pleased with our encouter and the service we have been provided by Public Storage and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

My husband and I were running a couple hours Behind and when we arrived to this location Rollando greeted us with a smile and told us he was hoping we would show up. That just made our move to Colorado Springs that much better! Office and site are really clean as well.

Pamela was very helpful and nice getting us set up with a storage unit for our belongings while we wait for our apartment to be available. We got in on a great 1st month discount. The security is fantastic and I feel good leaving my belongings there and knowing they will be there when I come back to get them.I would definitely recommend using this location

The gate malfunctioned and damaged my car and the insurance company dragged their feet for over a month just to tell me that since the gate had never malfunctioned before that the company wasnt negligent and that is was just an unfortunate accident and I would be responsible for fixing my own vehicle. Guess Ill have to take them to court.
