Jeff was amazing in checking out my printer. He was efficient but also truthful. To check out printing ability, I would have to pay $50 for new cartridges but he steered me to checking out a better printer for the same cost of the ink cartridges---and it would be New with a warranty. Honesty is a valuable asset.

I called the morning of July 24 I was staying down the street at the Baymont Hotel int town on business and asked if they had “original” HP ink cartridges? I told him which ones I needed and he said he had them. when I went in one was a refill I told him I didn’t want the refill but that was all they had he said don’t worry if it doesn’t work bring it back and we will give you your money back I never had luck with refills. Anyway it didn’t work I put it in and tried to align the cartridges and lining up everything and nothing work I came back two times I got here a little bit after five they were already closed today I was in the area I got here at 4:30 it clearly says on their doors are open till five Google says they’re opentill five and I get in there and the girl behind the counter looked at me like I was being inconvenient because she was ready to leave and already closed everything out. She called to the owner he was on the side of the road with car trouble which is not my problem and that I had to come back tomorrow and I drove all the way here from Peyton anyway he showed up while I was trying to leave a message on their website and I called and he said come on in I’ll give you a refund and he was having a bad day obviously because he was having car troubles. He gave me a refund but kept the tax... I guess sales tax is no refundable???? Accused me of using the cartridge which I did use the cartridge but it didn’t work...I tried several times printing a test page and aligning cartridges. I told him what I did and that I wouldn’t cheat or steal from anyone and tells me “I don’t give a f—k. I like patronizing small businesses but this place is bad business!!!

So I called and he was extremely helpful because I could not find the hp 65 printer cartridge anywhere !!! he said he had some but going fast so he held two for me . well when I got home my printer just had a problem so when I called him ? he said no problem bring them back . So today I brought them back and he was very sweet and pleasant and with absolutely no issues !!!! He returned them . SUPER NICE GUY !!!!!

Alex is a great guy. I have worked for him in the past and can say he is here to help his customers. He is very knowledgeable and truly does have the lowest prices in town.

I called to check if they had the cartridge I needed in stock. They said they did. I stopped by the store and was quickly on my way. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. AND...the cartridge cost about half the price as at any of the big box stores.

Cartridge World and Alex really saved the day! The company I work for ran out of toner and our corporate office couldnt have any delivered for about a week. I called everywhere and no one had the toner we needed or could get it fast enough. I called and spoke with Alex and he not only gave me ideas of where else to look (because he didnt have it in stock) but also offered to order it and have it to me by the next morning. This was the only place willing to do that. Thank you for saving the day and helping a stressed out receptionist!

I can not believe that a franchise would allow Alex to carry their name. This store is absolutely horrible. The owner Alex, appears to be okay at first but he is very sneaky and dishonest. He is the most dishonest person I have ever met. He will quote you one price then every time tries to charge you more than what is quoted. He has flat out lied on many occasions and will need to change his ways or I see his business going down the drain fast. You cant treat customers like he does and stay in business!!!
