Today we received a shipment partially delivered by FedEx. Your driver refuses to deliver to our doorstep in our subdivision but instead leaves deliveries on the ground near the mailboxes, where anyone could steal them!We have no way of knowing that they have been dropped on the ground there!We have complained multiple times with no effect! Even to the driver who says he doesn’t have time!Please tell the driver that they are paid to deliver to the doorstep!
Shipped with fedex because I assumed they would be more reliable than USPS. They failed and the birthday gift I shipped is now late. They are on the phone with me right now telling me the will not partially refund me for their error. Will never use these jokers again.
The store manager took my items to be shipped and placed my label on someone else’s packages and shipped them (he confirmed he did this after I had to go back because my sister received the wrong package), and he said there wasn’t anything he could do, refused to give me his district manager’s number after I repeatedly asked for it. He was zero help and so rude!
The guy took 10 minutes to figure a quote on a poster board. Even though prices are stated right on the wall. They did it in decent time but when I went to pick it up he charged me $5 more than the quote. When I questioned it he said “ oh that’s the laminating”. But it was a quote for a laminated poster. Get your damn act together !!
Joe, and all of the staff Ive encountered have always exceeded my expectations of customer service. Just left there tonight and again they did outstanding. Thank you all very much!🙂

Great customer service all the time. Joe, Tom, Sam and all of the other staff have always treated me with much respect and friendly manner. There are times when they get busy and I may need to wait 5 mins or so but certainly understand they are doing their best. Def my FedEx of choice. :) Keep up the good work. :)
I NEVER write reviews, but honestly, this has got to be one of the worst business locations I have ever worked with. Im not saying that just to be dramatic.Over the past five years, my department has spent (literally) thousands of dollars on printed display boards, foam mounting and lamination that this FedEx Office has produced for us. Over this time, I have come to realize that the manager, Chris, is a complete and utter jerk. He has consistently demonstrated zero appreciation for the business were giving him, as well as zero patience and zero tact in dealing with me as a customer. His demeanor is always arrogant, scrutinizing and condescending- he is more than willing to explain every nuance that I need to understand and employ in order to make his job easier. He eagerly goes out of his way to ensure I know just how difficult I have made his work by not performing all the details up to his ridiculous textbook standards. When I walk in, theres no smile, no greeting, no acknowledgement- just a blank, open-mouthed expression that suggests, Oh you again. On other occasions, he prefers to simply complain about my coworkers to my face. Very classy.FedEx, I hope you know you have lost our business by keeping this guy on board with your company; were happy to go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who exhibits some discretion, consideration and common courtesy.
Came into this store on 10/11/19 to get some copies printed of some artwork that I made for an event that Im putting on here in town. Thomas (customer service representative) did not seem eager to help me and was standoffish at first. I was here before 2 another customers arrived, and Thomas decided to ignore me and help out out those individuals before assisting me, even though I showed up here well before the other.It was very slow when I was here, and this experience is fresh in my mind - as Im typing this review in the parking lot. Because of that, I can definitively say that it was not unintentional and Thomas was just rude with his approach. Thankfully, he was able to sense my frustration and recovered, which is the only reason that I am leaving a 2 star review in lieu of a 1 star review for this business today.
Came in a with a VERY last minute, large order and the team working was extremely helpful and accommodating! They had just moved to this new location and didnt quite have everything set up and running but did everything they could to fulfill my order. The staff was extremely friendly both in person and on the phone when I called to see if they could help me. They were honest about being only partially set up and let me know what they were capable of right up front. The girl working with me spent time going over all my options and helping me decide the best approach without belittling me over my lack of printing/shipping knowledge. Would highly recommend!
I had a very good experience at this FedEx Office this morning on my way to work. Tommy, the lead consultant, was friendly, treated me respectfully, and took care of my business quickly. The location is very convenient right off of W. Garden of the Gods Rd., there is plenty of parking close by, and the inside of this establishment is bright and inviting.
Was a bit annoyed when I had called in my printing order and was rudely told that I’d have to wait 20 minutes ect. But I did wait and after going inside to pick up, Megan, who had also been the one to help me in the past, took it upon herself to clarify what I should do in order to avoid a long wait in the future. She also thanked me for waiting and was very sincere in her customer crevice. I also noticed that she had been the o Ly one working and that’s not always easy to manage! Even more so did I appreciate her kindness and ability to face the discrepancy head on, instead of ignoring it!
I use both FedEx and UPS for business and personal shipping, and I have to say I prefer this FedEx location the most. It has never been busy so I get helped immediately, and the employees have always been very friendly. It has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere as well. No matter what Ive visited there for, Ive always been taken care of quickly and had my business completed in less than five minutes, every time. Would recommend this location very highly for anyone.

I was in a panic, needing some important Certificates done for an event that night; the specialist there put me right at ease. He printed them on the spot (you can also submit your print job online), and I was astonished at how reasonable the charge was. Thank you!

Called Customer Service and they were not helpful at all. They argued with me about the status of my package. I called this location and spoke with Sean. He is awesome! He confirmed that I was correct about the status of my package and apologized on the behalf of customer service. He gave me a few options, and took the time to clarify everything. Sean you are the man!
Came in to drop off a phone to be shipped. The box had a lithium battery warning on the outside. I handed it to the store manager, Chris who looked at it and shook his head and consulted with another employee. He told me that they could not ship the package because of the battery and that I had to go to the shipping center because they had a hazardous materials specialist.Lucky for me the shipping center wasnt far. I took it to them and they told me that it didnt need the label since it was ground and that the label on the box that Chris said wasnt sufficient was exactly what they would have to put on the box themselves.No reason to go to the FedEx office when the shipping center is so close and Staples is right next door for any office needs.
Thomas is the most personable, kind and helpful person. I love his energy and will always return for any printing or other shipping needs.
Tommy (Thomas) is a lazy employee, I had 8 small envelopes to ship for work. He said he would do it later when he had help at the store and would email me my receipt because customers might start walking in. I was the only person in the store, and Im a customer. Ive always been able to ship and walk out with my receipt and tracking number. Whats the deal with this store?!
Idiots charge me 0.17 cents to print something in color WHEN IT IS CLEARLY JUST BLACK AND WHITE. Then also one time I came here to mail a package. The guy asked me what was in the package. I was stunned—no-one at a shipping place has ever asked me that before. It’s not like I’m shipping anything crazy it’s just that I thought there was some element of privacy in this stuff. Anyway, he asked again after I told him it wasn’t anything hazardous. Well, I don’t know about you but I’d rather ship my stuff at the post office rather than this crappy place where everything SHIPS TWICE AS SLOWLY AND AT DOUBLE THE COST of shipping it USPS. Seriously I’ve shipped lots of packages (for ebay, etc.) and I know from experience FedEx is the worst shipping company.
The staff here are highly educated when it comes to helping me think through my printing needs. They ask great questions and help me land on the right printing product.
Sam was cool. Im non techy by choice, cuz it boils my blood. He helped out with some copies, had a good chat, was friendly with everyone else and solved a ladys prob with a swiftness unseen by most. Give him a raise or 150k/year to run a few stores. Yall need a guy like this in upper mgmt.
More expensive to ship than the Fed ex store .5 miles north of this store. The staff here also isnt the most friendly either. Between Fed Ex and Walgreens I have no reason to return to this store. They are just middle men and I prefer the source.
I went in today march 29th and all i had to do was print some things out. I wasnt sure how the process worked so I went up to the counter to ask how I could get some pages printed. The older gentlemen, short spiky hair was SO rude and made me feel so stupid. I left right after he spoke to me. I wont be back and its sad its due an employee treating me poorly. Very disappointed.
WORST FedEx/kinkos in COS. Empty store @6pm with no line and was told by the manager I would have to wait until the next day to have my brochures folded....BS! I was told by the Academy store it only takes a few minutes so I went to the location on Academy and was treated with amazing service even when they were busy!
Tommy is very rude! I tried to connect to his ATT internet and it would not connect. I asked for help and all he said was Our internet is Really slowSlow is OK if I can connect. He offered absolutely no help. I explained I have the files on my laptop. Is there any other way for me to get them to youHe said if I had a flash drive I could copy them. I didnt have a flash drive with me and he offered no loaner.Poor customer service. Last time I will ever use FEDEX for anything.
Just left without being help out. Waited over 10 mins. Wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged. Only one person working at the store. Ended walking away after 15 mins of waiting.
They come up in Google maps as being a notary but they havent provided this service in 10 years
Ive used this place a lot and have always been pleased with it.
The man that helped me was unprofessional and even dropped the painting I had brought in to be scanned. He creased the painting, which is now in need of repair.
Expect to be told to use the self service machine even when no one else is in the store. Then to be ignored when it doesnt work. Frustrating waiting for this self serve and then other people walk in and were back to being ignored. Ups from now on for any Printing needs.
