Id love to give this business a great review, however you will not get what youre told. I brought in paint for an exterior paint match, not only did I have to argue with the technician, whom was extremely rude, to get my paint made the way I asked for it to be made, Im quoted a price of well over $50. That is more than double any other paint store in this entire town! It took 24 hours to do a basic paint match, and when I called to confirm the pickup, I was told that overnight the prices have changed, and I will be paying $62 for a gallon of paint. This company bates and switches its clients, shop at your own risk! Also, watch out for the BS line about environmental fees!

Waste of time! Sat up front for 10 minutes and had to beg the back room to get service, I dont get how this is a store! Get it together!

Me and my wife started our own paint business back in May of last year, and they are the first company to work with us and gave us a company credit.Not only that but they are very friendly and knowledgeable in things. I LOVE the new location on the NW side of town. Cute shop, same helpful staff & all of the products I was looking for! I walked in with questions about staining a project. It was wonderful to talk to someone who understood what I was looking for, answer my questions and give me guidance in the right direction.

They no longer answer the phone, have to drive there to order at the new location off Powers. Its seriously inconvenient to drive to order, drive to see if order ready, drive back to pick it up. Think they maybe only want to do business with contractors now? Got a better discount at Lowes on the same product. Shame, miss the previous owner who retired. They dont even answer texts most if the time. Phooey!

Very pleased with my experience with the Paint Spot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They were helpful in assisting me with my painting project. They sell quality paint and are quick in getting your order prepared.

Terrible experience and worst customer service. I came here to get 2 gallons of paint to touch up a couple spots for a new Keller home that I had built in 2016. The paint color was provided to me by the builder, and Paint Spot had the paint info and colors for my home saved in their computer system. After getting the paint home and applying a coat, it was obvious that the color was completely off. Im not upset about that, mistakes happen. What I am upset about is calling them to explain, and being told in the rudest possible way that the paint didnt match because my home either had extensive UV damage, or the builder mixed paints together incorrectly when they did my walls. I asked to speak to the manager, Mike, and I was SHOCKED at the way he spoke to me. He barely let me speak as he cut me off, and then insisted again that my home had UV damage or it was the builders mistake. Luckily, I found some leftover paint in the basement and tried it out. Perfect match, UV damage and all. So I drove back, got the paint matched, and listened to Mike go off again about how its not our fault. That might be true, but the way he handled this situation was so completely belligerent and out of line. He literally told me he didnt care if I posted a bad review because this happens all the time. No idea how this loose cannon got promoted to manager.

This business has blocked off the only two handicap accessible spots for the businesses near them by putting large concrete blocks in the way with signs that read Paint Spot. Basically, if youre handicapped, they dont care about you. They care about their customers, only. One thing I will never be.... A paint spot customer!!!
