THIS 7-11 has been my home store since early 2000s... Although the midday and night shift employees tend to change frequently, the early morning shift is ON LOCK! Gaby has been running THIS store since my first experience and SHE should be an owner. She is the most efficient in every aspect of the operation, from 5am-4pm. If she EVER leaves, I WILL take my business elsewhere... Maria is her copart on that shift and SHE works just as hard... They need to be recognized for their dedication! Thank you ladies for making it home for me π
Gaby the chiquita lady in the morning is very helpful I go to this place for about 12 years every day for my coffee and gas once a week .
The soda is good the machine is well maintained
They overcharged me for everything I got, ignored the prices on their items, ignored the sale, then when I tried to tell them, they just spoke louder at another worker instead and ignored me. You can find better gas or convenience within a couple of minutes and it is worth the extra time.
I paid for $60.00 for Gas. Then Immediately walked outside and the pump would not turn on. I went back in to ask why? The clerk told me that I only have 3 minutes to get outside and begin pumping. She further said that the $60.00 would be refunded... but she does Not know when! She then said that IF I wanted gas I would have to pay AGAIN AND RUN outside to pump.Well I was on empty, I have a diesel truck and there was no other station near by.At any rate I am still waiting for the refund.NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.I WILL BE CALLING AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.
Is there a phone number that they will answer ? I lost my wallet here and i been calling to see if anybody nice found it and turned it in but NOBODY even answers to the phone number posted π©
We are contacting the Better Business Bureau. We should have done this months ago. About 2 or 3 times a week this location is chained from the inside with the same note (system down).The lazy management/employees need to go. This is not right. Either get new management and better customer service employees to be open 24/7 LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE or shut it down until you can.

I recently walked into this store and heard a loud conversation between an owner/ mgt and employee, in which the employee was being cussed out. I felt sorry for the employee, and angered towards the owner. I spoke with the owner, asking why she would be cussing and yelling in the store with a customer in the store? Her response β Iβm sorry I didnβt see you there β and that thatβs is how they talk ? What kind of business would act this way? A terrible one! Iβll get my items elsewhere from now on. Definitely not Deserving even the one star, itβs seems I must give one to share this review.
ATM machine no way to get money if it is not filled and no bags to put your items in after you purchase them. Makes no sense i have been in this store in and out for a week same nothing has changed

Worst customer service ever ! I simply asked about why I was being charged so much and habib or whatever the hell his name was couldnt even explain why he was just saying they were different brands and thats it when I could clearly read what the sign of the deal said. And the managers in the back not doing nothing or saying nothing !! CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!! Learn your merchandise and get your attitude right or get a different job !
Did someone say hotdog? I love the hotdogs at 7-eleven but at this exact location, there are too many bums hanging out outside.

You cant buy no more than 150 on gas or diesel i never hear that in my life and yes cashier attitude is bad
Off the cashiers are rude turn on you dirty looks acting like youβre bothering them when you asked them for something the pizza was just horribly cold and hard and they still sold it to you then when I ask you for ID can you look over 18 for a scratcher and that like itβs a party inside the store when they should be working music on so loud you canβt even hear
