Hadnt been in years because my lungs couldnt handle the overpowering scents inside! But this time I didnt have an asthma attack, and they had alot of beachy stuff that would look great in my apt, lol. Even though the coupon my friend gave me was severely outdated, they honored it!

I love shopping here. I wander through all the aisles and find just what Im looking for. Usually I also find some neat thing I didnt know existed. For example, I found these sticks by Spatty for getting the last drop of lotion or makeup or mustard or whatever. It says cosmetic, but I can think of tons of kitchen uses also. I plan to get more for stocking stuffers.

I love this store! Everyone is so helpful and nice. I was shopping for a shower rod and they had exactly what I wanted. I hope this store can stay open for this community and the employees.

Went to return an item and the clerk at the customer service desk was so rude and didnt listen to anything. when her manager asked what the item was we were returning she said she didnt know. even her manager was like then open the box to see what it is!!! everything i ordered from here showed up broken or the complete wrong item. merry christmas... not. I have 3 more items coming and i hope they are correct and in one piece!

My husband and I were out spending a bit of money for our new house that we purchased. We found several items that we fell in love with, one being the white Bee & Willow dish set. We bought the only box set left and we’re going to buy the individual pieces to try to make another full set.While checking out our cashier offered to order the dish set online so we wouldn’t have all these single loose items, the set would be shipped straight to our door. We made the purchase at the store with a guarantee that the dish set would be delivered by the 24th of December. Dec 20th an email came Stating The company over extended themselves and had to cancel our order. Our refund will be returned into our account 2-3 days. Here we are on the 27th of December and now I get a call saying that being we paid for the order at the register we would have to come back into the store for the refund. More time and gas wasted, extremely frustrated!

This is truly a Go To store for almost everything. The volume is there as well as the quality. You will discover the hard to find items you are searching for, all your kitchen needs as well as many unique items you may not have considered.

Good selection of items, but at pretty high prices! They do price match Amazon though (I asked about it and recieved a price match on a coffee machine. I am not sure if they price match every item), however I couldnt see such advertised anywhere. Despite visiting the store on a few occasions I could not find the beyond department.

Great place to find all sorts of interesting things. It really reminds me of my childhood favorite store, but without the soda fountain and grill.I would like to give 5 stars, but the bottleneck at the checkout leaves me a bit flat. It dampens the entire experience. 4 good solid stars!

Its a typical Bed Bath & Beyond in all respects. I love to buy my smaller appliances (steamer, scale, etc.) from BB&B because of their marvelous coupons. Their prices are often competitive with Amazon and other big stores, but when you add 20% off it makes it a much better deal. Make sure you sign up for their email listing so you can get those deals! I gave this BB&B four stars because it was smaller than the one I am used to (there is no cosmetics/vitamins section) which was very disappointing since this is the largest BB&B in the area

I had forgotten the store was quite large. I had researched an item online that was only available at this store. I would say that it was a quick in and out but I got distracted. The store was so neatly organized and they have so many things that I browsed a bit. However, the item I was looking for was displayed neatly in the center aisle and priced! (Now a days stores think it a crime to post prices). The staff was beyond friendly and I checked out with no issues.

First time visit to the Harbison location. Very huge, very nice and lots of deals. I found a beautiful tree skirt and check out was a breeze. Would definitely go back if traffic wasnt so bad. And dont forget your coupons!

Bed Bath & Beyond its a great store has really nice quality bed linen also a lot of decent quality items for the kitchen and a lot of unique miscellaneous items. The stores always been clean and kept in order. The customer service has always been good. If youre looking for a wedding registry or anything like that this is a great place to have it

I absolutely love this store. I could stay in this store 2 or 3 hours just walking around and looking at all the stuff in there. And I love there 20% off coupon. Especially when you can use more than 1 coupon per transaction.

I drove 40 miles because I needed it NOW. Iwent in for only 1 item. Had to ask where to find it. The guy knew and immediately pointed me in the right place. Got it-paid and was back home in a little over an hour. Normally I would have waited on Amazon but my makeup mirror was broken! Great help from BB&B.

Bed Bath & Beyond is life, and even though I hate that it is, it couldnt be more true. My daughter laughed and said, They have everything, literally. Even though they can be a little more expensive on some items, generally I can always find the best quality items at a fair price. Im so glad we have one close by. I love to hate them because I love them so much.

Went to buy one thing, a kitchen towel rack which I bought, but they were having a sale & left the store with a jewelry cleaner, marked 75%off. Found some posters that look nice on my walls.

Very poor customer service. Was looking for a wedding gift for a close friend. Went to the Bridal and gift registry, the young lady Jessica didnt even acknowledge me. However, when a Caucasian customer entered the area, she was promptly greeded and assisted. I will not be returning to this location. This has completely ruined my experience.

Do not do your bridal registry here! I received a lot of gifts off of my bridal registry from Bed Bath and Beyond! In addition to a lot of gift cards! There was ONE item that we received that we wished to return! However, since we did not receive a gift receipt we were only offered a refund at a severely discounted rate despite the item still available at full price online! We did not want cash just a store credit to purchase additional items! I told the customer service employee, Tasha, that I thought this was crazy, and she was VERY RUDE and condescending! I also submitted a written complaint on the stores website without response. I also called BB&B and they said the issue was forwarded to the store manager for response, in which the manager never responded. I do not know what else I can say except there are a lot of other store in Irmo and surrounding areas to do bridal registries that care a lot more about their customers!

I like shopping here, I receive coupons in the mail consistently. If you are shopping for your college student or just want to add additional household items to your home this is the store.

No matter what it is keep your receipt. Theyve changed their return policies and are not very helpful when returning merchandise that is obviously defective. If youre not willing to keep a receipt for a couple of months I would suggest shopping elsewhere

Terrible customer service, I ordered an item and never received it. I called they offered a refund and said it would take 30 days for me to see, I waited 30 days it never appeared. I called again and they say they did not process the refund correctly and now I have to wait another 30 days. Ebay refunds in 24 hours if a company like Ebay can process that fast what is Bed Bath and beyonds problem . The customer service rep had no explanation for why this happened just assured me she did not screw it up this time, I guess 30 days will tell.TERRIBLE SERVICE

Used to love this place. We are redecorating our home, and got a flyer for a big sale they were having. I went to get some curtains for our living room. First of all my family and myself are blessed enough to be ok financially, but I still like to save money. We get there and the curtains in the flyer were 19.99 for two, and I had a $10.00 coupon, heck of a deal. Well, the ones I went for were not there, not a big deal, they had plenty of others I liked. I pick out another set, they were ALL labeled as being $19.99, they even had little $19.99 stickers, went to get those and they Lady told us those were labeled wrong by accident and they were really 34.99....ok.....and she also said I could probably get them online at $19.99 and she could order them for me, but Im impatient so I kept looking. FINALLY found a set I liked, again they were $19.99, giant yellow sale sign with their price above it, get to the check out line and low and behold they ring up as $89 for the set, I informed the cashier, she went and looked and another lady came up and said that it is a bit confusing but the only ones that were on sale right there were on the very bottom. I was overly annoyed at this point and then the girl who priced check for us tells my husband, maybe yall should try Walmart for better prices!!! Like, I like Walmart but she meant because we obviously didnt have enough money. I couldnt believe it. We were never rude, they mislabeled everything, apparently where they put stuff wasnt where it should be because the sale stuff wasnt the real sale stuff. So you know what Bed Bath and Beyond, we will go to Walmart, hell at least there if something is labeled as $19.99 itll be $19.99. And just FYI to whoever reads this, I found the same exact curtains they had for $89 on Amazon for $14.99 so check around, they have cute stuff but if your poor🙄 like us shop around because theyre overpriced now for sure.

Awesome cookware (respectable and trusted crafting/manufacturing methods and brands). Quality Japanese steel available to purchase (albeit not Hattori Hanzo caliber, but good). They really do sell quality stuff at fair prices. Just be warned when buying any of the random quick sale wierd stuff. You might get a truly useful device, or a glorified paper weight. If worried, stick toreal estate owning products. Those products have central, large, dedicated placement. Go nuts. Buy 12 different types of cutting boards. And bring the coupon to make it super worth it.
