The staff was very nice and kept me updated every step of the way. The service was excellent and the car was completed before I thought it would be. So happy to have someplace like this when I was 600 miles away and my son had to deal with his first accident on his own. I would definitely recommend to others.
Our personal experience was a disaster. Car was in the shop for a month. The initial quote was wrong by a lot of money. Updates were not even weekly on the progress of the repairs. Thankful our insurance company was involved. Didnt even have an employee walk around the car with us initially to assess the damage when the vehicle was dropped off. Im optimistic this was just our experience with Caliber but it was not pleasant. One star for the work being done properly. Still have to take the vehicle back for another piece to be put on almost two weeks after the job was completed. Post-Covid everyone is hustling to keep business moving but at least there could have been more effective communication throughout the repair process.

They told my wife they didnt have the check and when they found it, didnt even apologize for their mistake, and after pointing out a lose part from the point of impact, the same part flew off while driving down the interstate..disappointed would be an understatement

The shop gave me daily updates texts on where they were in the repair process, and asked me to contact them if they had any questions, and the car was ready about a day early.

Terrible experience! I was recently in a car accident and called my dealer, Dodgeland, to have my car towed for repair and they recommended me to this facility because they sold them their body shop( they actually stated later that they no longer use them because their work is terrible, they couldnt understand why someone else gave me the reference ), worst mistake ever! First, they overlooked damage to my vehicle from the wreck based on an assumption that it wasnt accident related and left it up to me to hash out with my insurance company. Secondly, my adjuster recommended a new quarter panel during the inspection, but when I called to confirm that the panel being ordered was OEM, they told me that they had already ordered the aftermarket part and changing was going to slow their time frame down, so without my consent to save time they patched together the rear bumper (see pics below) which looks horrible. You can see spacing and glue in the cracks and its terribly misaligned!! The Customer Service that I have received from lower and upper management has been terrible. Waiting on a call from operation manager now after he promised to meet me at a repair facility to review my damages, he never showed or called back. Please dont waste your time or resources on this place, if your considering this place, please take my advise and RUN FOR THE HILLS!
Came to get a estimate on some scratches on my door and Kim came out to look and told me the scratches may buff out, she took her time and got all the scratches out of my door. I offered to pay for her time and materials but she refused to charge me. I told her I got 2 other estimates and they both were over 1500 to paint the door. Im thankful for honest people that are only interested in helping others and building a solid foundation in our community.
Awful experience with the management GT and Chad... over charged. Did work that wasnβt even suppose to be done... let my car sit in there parking for 4 days before I had to contact them... two weeks in the shop 3,000$ later and the rudest manager Iβve ever dealt with... was screaming in our face and blaming his brand new employee for all the problems... terrible service... donβt waste your time.Mr and Mrs Reynolds.

Brought my car in on a Tuesday after someone rear ended me and needed it fixed before Friday because I was going out of town. Nick remembered me from when I went in to get a quote and preordered my bumper and paint right when I made the appointment to get my car repaired. It was fixed and ready for pick up the next day!! Nick even popped out a small dent I had in the front of my car for no extra charge. I got my car back looking brand new AND they completely cleaned the inside for me as well, leaving it smelling amazing. I would definitely recommend!!

I was in a car accident in my BRAND NEW car three months after I bought it and the damage was so extensive I was shocked the car was not totaled (I was T-boned and all drivers side airbags deployed and both doors were smashed). The employees at Caliber were AMAZING in getting my baby back up and running. Everyone who has ridden in my car since it was repaired says they would never have known it was in a major accident. Trey and Nick went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed perfectly and made sure it was done correctly. They provided me with updates throughout the process and were so kind. They also handled everything with the insurance company and I did not have to get involved with that at all. They were extremely knowledgeable and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. One of the parts they ordered ended up being faulty (Hondas fault, not theirs) and they immediately took my vehicle back in, paid for a rental car for me, and fixed it immediately. They also noticed while repairing my vehicle that a previous windshield repair through Safelite had been done incorrectly and actually contacted Safelite to come to their shop and fix it for me while it was there, which is something that they did not have to do. I will forever be a loyal customer so much so that my husband just scraped the front of his car, and Trey was the first phone call I made. Being involved in a major accident that was not your fault is a major stressor, and Im so thankful that Trey, Nick, and everyone at Caliber made the repair process so easy. And Ms. Vicki at the front desk is so sweet! I will never go anywhere else!

My car was in better shape before the repairs. Everything was loose, they unplugged my back rear lights never reattached it & my paint wasnt blended evenly.

My insurance company suggested yall after I was in a car wreck; however, after reading your review, it is very apparent that yall do not care about cars being taken care of through an insurance claim. I am going to find another company to use and i am going to suggest to my jnsurance company that they stop suggesting yall as well or at least do some serious digging into what yall problem is before they suggest yall again.

Nice group, but they didnt live up to expectations. Insurance sent me here. I was promised a fix, and the trim was flapping and paint drips showed up the next day in daylight. I was promised that to make it feel better after the bad fix, that they would fix the rock chips in my hood and detail my interior after repainting and reattaching the trim. They repainted and even left me to reassemble my aftermarket LED taillights they removed before driving home at the end of the day. Update later: it turns out they actually cut my LED lights in such a way that they have come completely un-wired some time since I reattached them (they did leave them wired and they did work when I got the truck back) but now I see where they cut and reconnected wires and it did not hold up. Horrible place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible or NONE at all. I was recommended by StateFarm and I looked up the shop and they had good reviews but with first hand experience I was mistaken. Bryan Derrick was handling my claim he was extremely unprofessional from the start. I never received updates on my repair through phone calls or texts; which is their policy to keep the customer informed so I had to contact StateFarm or them to stay informed. When speaking to the receptionist I got the impression that she didnt have the time or day to deal with questions or concerns and came off with a nasty rude attitude. I was only contacted by Bryan when my car was finished... I came up to pay my decutable and get my car, after I did a walk through with him on my car I noticed they missed some dents that should have been repaired with my claim. I also found broken glass all over my car and my belonging gone though left on the seats and floor when I had my belongings in the side door and put away. Bryan said I would see broken glass for a while and he wasnt going to clean it up. My jaw just dropped because that dangerous and unprofessional that my car was left with broken glass/dirt and my belongings scattered throughout. It is Calibers duty to detail shampoo my seats and vacuum my car before it was returned to me after broken glass was repaired. I mentioned my concern with him he just tried to brush me off and have me take the car and go on with my day which is unacceptable! He told me if I wanted to claim additional damages to my car from the claim he needed to keep me in the rental until the questionable area was looked at my the adjuster. I dont understand it was in the the same area of the damage and Bryan said since I didnt mention the spot when I dropped off my car originally it wasnt repaired... I brought my car to a repair shop to get it fixed because I dont know how to do the repair job, It is Bryans job to notice damages related to the claim not just me to notice some of the details that I missed that is why I brought my business your job is to notice the details not me! I got notification by mail from state farm that the additional damages were approved and they send out a supplemental check to Caliber. The day after Xmas I went to get my car none of the additional damages were repaired and Bryan was conveniently on vacation, No communtion what so ever! On Calibers end Bryan put in my claim file that my additional damages were not approved but they were in fact. The people in this office do not know how to keep my claim file updated, correct and proofread for others! I had to contact StateFarm for them to contact the shop to inform them to do the repair and collaborate my story since Bryan was unreachable. I thought the customer comes first but thats not the case. My rental coverage ran out right before my additional damages could to be accessed. I was charged over 500 dollars during Xmas for my renal car and was never informed by Caliber that they wouldnt extend it due to their lack of communication and NEGLIGENCE which is Calibers fault. In my opinion Caliber should pay for my rental out of pocket for the huge inconvenience and headaches Ive suffered. Trey the general manager was disrespectful in the way he handled my situation too by telling me that my car was finished but wasnt! He only went by the notes in my file and didnt even try to look into my case or investigate what I was telling him, he tried to say the supplemental check sent was or original repairs which is a complete LIE. I had to take matters into my own hands and get documents from StateFarm to prove to them my car had additional damages for them to their job and treat me like a human being not just another insurance check. I also spoke to the corporate office and complained, I was directed to Norbert the district manager who was also no help at all... Norbert was no help also my case got bumped up the corporate latter to the operations manager who Im still waiting on a call back. Horrible management from top down!
Under the circumstances I had a great experience with Caliber. Jenn made sure I was taken care of. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do, I will be using these guys!!!!
