We hit a deer and havent had to get body work done in a LONG time so we called to get an estimate. My Dad took it there since I work full time. JENNIFER called before my Dad even made it back and very rudely accused me of taking our vehicle from shop to shop.I tried to explain to her that we didnt know what to do and just wanted an estimate. Wouldnt have my windshield wiper fluid filled at this shop for the way I was treated. Had to give at least 1 star to submit the review but they dont deserve that. Save your time for people who are willing to treat you kindly.

I had been walking and went there to wait for a ride. They were wonderful! It was close to 5 p.m. I told them I could sit outside and wait. But they would have nothing of it. The ladies & their darling dog stayed till my ride arrived.

The team are Perry Legend were just wonderful. Super professional and quick to get back to me. My dad wrecked his truck during all the snow and ice. Jennifer even took the time to take his groceries out and store them in their fridge so they didnt spoil and I could come get them. Thank you folks!!!

Had alignment issues and misfire on our motorhome. Bill got us in the morning we called after a stressful night of cautious driving to get nearby. After fixing our alignment and replacing 2 bad tires, our coach drives so much better. We arent fighting the wheel to keep it straight, its quieter, and our fuel economy increased by about 2mpg. While we waited for the work to be done, they even gave us a ride to get something to eat. Great service and really friendly people, not to mention the price was very reasonable!

Awesome service. Customer first! I was visiting the area and hit a deer. I asked them to look at the car and tell me if I could drive it home to Chicago. They were very gracious, helpful and honest. I hope I dont, but if I did need car work done, this would be the 1st place I would go!

I hit a dear and it royally messed up my bumper, hood, etc. Perry began the work quickly, was done in 5 business days, and did an excellent job. They even washed and waxed my car, and gave me a free year of roadside assistance. Car issues are a royal pain, and it is great to be able to have a company do what they say they are going to do, and as quickly and efficiently as they did. I greatly appreciated, and recommend. Also, i should note that I had basically, the same situation 3 years ago, and the other place i took it to had my car for 3 weeks.

Very friendly staff and my car was fixed in no time! I love that they call to keep you updated on repairs and offering a warranty plus roadside assistance. Hands down best collision center I’ve dealt with!

I got my car back and it was perfect. This is the second car Ive taken here in the last 15 years and the quality of work is still great.

The staff at Perry Legend went approve and beyond when looking over my vehicle after an accident. They worked with the insurance company and made it very easy after a difficult situation. It had been a long time since I needed this type of repair work done on any of my cars, so I was a little nervous about the process. I should not have been. The staff here were top notch. Very polite and answered all of my questions.They worked fast to get the repairs complete. When I went to pick up my truck they found that the backup camera had been put in upside down. Right away they fixed it, then took the time to make sure that it was angled just the way I wanted it.I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would take my vehicles back to them in a heartbeat (although I hope I dont need to for a long time).

I was recently in a car accident and the staff at Perry Legend Collision went above and beyond with helping get me back on the road. When the car rental was late picking me up, they shuttled me over to pick up the car and stayed until I was in a rental car. They worked with the insurance on the final damage and repair. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Went in to get an estimate. Was greeted by a big dog - and I do not like big dogs. Then they walked me around to a counter, gave me a paper to fill out, and disappeared. No one in sight anywhere for the next 15 minutes, finally just left.

The entire staff is very friendly, honest and reliable. Ive done business w/ PLC for a number of my vehicles and Im always satisfied with the outcome.

They did a great job on the actual repair and the price was right where I expected it to be. Only giving 3 stars because it took a week to get the brakes fixed and they did not call with updates when there was a delay. I had to call in every couple days to check on the status when it wasnt ready on the original date that they said it would be.
