We received a gift certificate for this service for detailing. We were told we needed to add more to cover extra expenses(like dog hair). So, we were unsure at first, but the job was exceptional. We are super pleased with how clean the entire interior of our car is now! Highly recommend.

Someone keyed a huge scratch on my Chevy Silverado. This was no simple scratch. It was deep enough to catch your finger nail…the popping sound your finger nail makes when rubbing it across the scratch is not a good sign at all.So, I contacted Rodney at Pro Wash Auto Spa for advice. He suggested that I bring it by so that he could access the damage. He was very professional and made a few suggestions. I didn’t feel pressured to have it fixed there but his knowledge and professionalism was astounding so I set the appointment. He mentioned that the suggested services would take a full day but I was more than happy to leave it for a full day if they could remove this deep scratch.A few days later I dropped it off early using their key drop.Once I arrived for pick up, my vehicle was parked in the shop so I inspected the Damaged area and was impressed. However, Once they pulled it out of the shop into the sun…my black beauty was glistening and showroom ready. In the sunlight..The shine was amazing and The auto detailers inspected the vehicle inside and out. They again hand polished any and all smudges left over from polish residue or hands.A big Thanks to the owner, Rodney and a HUGE shoutout to the Pro Wash Auto Spa detailers. You all do amazing work.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car cleaned and was told it would be 1 and a half hours so I dropped it off and waited. I then called to check on the status at the two-hour mark and was told Itll be ready at 1:30 which was 2 and a half hours past the time that I dropped it off. The young lady I spoke with over the phone was unprofessional and quite rude, just stating Do you need your car? Itll be ready once you get here. She was completely unapologetic and quite frankly couldnt be bothered to offer a modicum of customer service. A simple phone call or text stating Hey, we are running late and your car should be ready by x time would have sufficed. Her demeanor gave me the impression that this behavior was business as usual for them. Furthermore, when I inspected the car, the interior surfaces were not cleaned properly. There were still crumbs and dust in my cup holder. The gentleman did take the time to rectify this before I left. Also, the exterior of my car looked great and the gentleman who I picked the car up from was very kind and professional. He also offered to discount the service which was a nice gesture, but for me it is not always just about money. It is about how your business treats its customers. If you are a person for whom time is of the essence and you would rather your appointments not be suggestions then I dont know if this is the best place to have your car serviced.

I leased a new vehicle and my dealership sent me here to get my ceramic tints. With it being summertime, there was a lot of business. Not only did they finish within a faster than expected time, the job was flawless! Having standard carbon tints on my previous vehicle, the ceramic tints make a HUGE difference. Not only did I get professional installation but they also washed the outside and added tire wet, so when I drove off, I had the showroom feel driving off the lot.This will be my go to place for all of my cars beautification needs. Can’t wait to get my wife’s car tinted next!!!

I wish I could share before and after photos. I had full exterior detailing, inside cleaned and front windows tinted on my SUV today, Saturday, July 24th. The customer service was excellent, the techs were professional, and they are pros at what they Do! When I was asked to take a look; once the door opened, all I could say was WOW! My SUV looked like it was shielded with glass all around. Sitting pretty like on a showroom floor. Im so pleased; I can go on and on. With that said, Im protecting my investment and I will not be taking my vehicle to a regular car wash again. At Gods will, I will bring my vehicle back on a regular for a professional hand wash. Fantastic place! We had to ship our vehicle overseas and the cleanliness requirements are extremely strict. ProWash was already familiar with the requirements and did such a good job that the shipping company gave high compliments to the cleanliness of our vehicle. Staff was extremely friendly and the price was great, especially for the level of service you receive, and they have a waiting room with conveniences while you wait. All in all a 10/10 experience!

I never post these type of reviews but the team at Pro Wash did such a great job on my car that I needed to give them a shout out.I brought the car in because I had small specs of tree sap all over the car that had been sitting on the paint for about 3 months. Regardless of how many times I washed the car they wouldn’t come off, and when they did, there would be a stain in the paint where the sap was. With my car being white I wasn’t too sure it could be fixed but the guys at Pro Wash got it done. I know it took a lot of work but when I picked the car up it had that showroom finish.Huge thanks to Rodney and his team. Definitely contact them for your vehicle detail needs.

I’ve used Pro Wash for years for all of my vehicles and I’ve been 100% satisfied with them every time. They’ve done paint correction, window tinting, and most recently they replaced the factory radio system in my new Explorer with a high end system to include amps and subs. They were even able to work around and keep my factory head unit so I can access all of my factory systems. Highly recommended!

The girl at the front desk needs customer service training. I was there a couple of times and both time she was very cold and unwelcoming. If you ask her any questions about their services, she’ll hand you a leaflet or points to the posters on the wall to read and continues to stare at her cell phone. She told me my car detailing was going to take 3hrs but if I wanted it to be done quicker, I need to come back some other day. I said I’ll wait and walked to the nearest coffee shop and sat there for 3 hrs just to came back and realized it only took them 45 mins and I wasted hrs doing nothing. She could have called and let me know but she couldn’t be bothered. SMHBUT the men who work in the back are very pleasant and did a wonderful job!!!

Great service. Car express detailing. Interior looked good with minor pieces of dust/dirt leftover. Exterior was average. Not as detailed as you can see in the photos, leftover bird poop markings are still visible.I recommend this place only if you get a step up from express detailing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . I came in today 8/11 for a full service wash . They quoted me at $45 for a full wash over the phone which was fine, when I arrived I told them to be sure to vacuum under my seats. I was then informed that a full service wash (which is advertised on the website to include interior vacuuming) only includes vacuuming of what can be seen in the open and not underneath the seats. I visit multiple car washes and have never heard anything like this. They wanted me to pay $100 for a detail just for them to vacuum under my seats. This is absurd. I could see if I was asking them to shampoo the carpets or wipe something extra down. Will not be visiting this location again.UPDATE : I specifically said to vacuum under my seats. The owner replied saying something about the technicians recommended the detail for 100 because of me wanting in between in which I never mentioned And also the front desk lady is the one who told me that . Once again my car is cleaned on a daily so it wasn’t dirty to begin with . I have a brand new 2019 Mercedes Benz which I take very good care of. I don’t need a detail . Mercedes details my car every time I go in for service. All was needed was a good vacuum in the back of my car. And I just mentioned that and was told that they would only vacuum what could be seen I said ok just make sure the vacuum under the seats.

Avoid Pro Wash Auto Spa at all cost. Spent $2k on a spray wrap. Worst product ever, poor install, horrible customer service. Even a bug hitting the hood and being rubbed off will leave a permanent smug. I wish I did more research on this stuff. Raail liquid spray or plasti dip is an awful solution for a quality look and change in color or texture. Go vinyl or get a paint job. Everyone says this but somehow I never knew when I purchased this service 2 years ago.The M6 is garage kept and over 2 years only 5k miles were put on the car with monthly washes at the least. This company claimed I neglected the car, basically calling me a liar over and over and would not remove the wrap or even attempt to fix it. I used the wash they said to use and followed all spray wrap maintenance procedures. I had the car mobile detailed at my house (service they didnt offer at the time) by another company and even that made them upset. The other company power washed the car from 3 feet away and even that left 20 marks all over the car. That mobile detailing company told me the wrap was not done correctly.After 2 years of looking at all the imperfections, I called Pro Wash Auto Spa today and the owner informed me it would cost about $550 to $750 just remove the wrap and that again I neglected the car, basically putting the blame on me for a horrible product purchased. He even wanted me to bring the car by and BS me some more to tell me how bad the car is and that it would be even more money Im sure.I just wish the Pro Wash stood up for their customers and worked with the suppliers to come to a decent resolution. I guess there is a reason under the gallery for wraps on this companys website there is zero pictures.Ive had cars cleaned here before and the wash service is decent but the for the price it could be better. All in all, its my fault for not doing more research on spray wraps, but why Im writing the review is to inform others about the customer service. What you may come off thinking you met an owner that is a nice, down to earth likeable guy, you may end up seeing somewhat of a hustler, BS-er, and they have no problem calling you a liar. So awkward for a customer. Whatever their response may be to this, just realize I rarely leave reviews unless service is terrible. Im sure they will try to make me look stupid for the 10th time.

I finally found a really good car wash.

Went to Pro Wash for the first time on Friday 11/27. Had a good assessment for how much cleaning would be needed and a firm cost quote. Work was done quickly and thoroughly and I couldnt be happier with the result. My 2012 Prius now looks like a 2018 Prius! Its like a beauty treatment for a car. I will definitely be repeat customer!

I had a rear window with tint that separated. The old tint was removed and the new HP Tint is on smooth. Its nice to be able to see out of my back window.They were detailing a lot of cars, that will be my next visit there.

Exterior wash ($35) costs a little bit more than an automatic wash but is definitely worth it. Hand wash means no micro scratches, they thoroughly clean the door jambs, and they apply a generous amount of tire rejuvenation solution.The wash took ~40 mins but was done with meticulous attention to detail. Very friendly staff as well.

This place does great work. Basic car wash and vacuum is $40. Its a little pricey but they do a better job then other places Ive been that were cheaper. There detailing work is very good and usually starts around $100. They were able to get chocolate out of a seat that was sitting there for over a year.My only issue is the wait time. A car wash is around 45 minutes and a detail can be over an hour. Can be longer if they are busy. I highly recommend bringing something to do if you are waiting. My recommendation is drop it off and pick it up at a latter time of you can.

I am an independent dealer and I buy around 50 to 60 vehicles a year. The people at ProWash are excellent and offer a lot of products. My car is perfect every time. I promise that you wont get this kind of quality for your money anywhere else.

Stars would have been higher, but do to the front desk service, it wasnt .So, I do hope you read these comments, because folks want to get the best possible service. First, let me say that the owner is a very cool gentleman, cant remember his name, but he was very professional and the detail/tint staff. They done a great detail job and the tint job remains to be seen, as I am having a few problems. I would have left a tip, but for one they never told me (or even estimated) how long my job was going to take via phone and I was out a vehicle for half a day. It is cool, as long as customer knows and can plan.I came here on the strength of word of mouth. The receptionist is plainly not a people person and a bit ghetto I must say. Not rude, but very bossy, in a hurry, and aggressive. This is based on my initial dealings and my follow up call about my tint. Wouldnt really let me talk and said my description is not helping or she cannot get a good idea of my problem. The only good part, was she gladly said someone would help me, which I am thankful for. Fellas, no disrespect at all, I know you all are getting money, BUT IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD IN FUTURE, retrain your front desk lady or move her. Anything else besides customer service, and she would be a cool fit, but not this. With that said, please dont hate me, just an honest review.

Rodneys team did an amazing job with my Ford Flex yesterday. I wanted a clean vehicle to pick up my parents at the airport and they far exceeded my expectations. They handwashed the exterior and did an incredibly thorough job vacuuming and wiping the interior. I havent found a crumb. The wheels and tires look beautiful. It rained like heck when I got home (Of course!) but it still looks beautiful. While this is not an inexpensive service, the quality of the job made every penny worth it. This is not a fast food style car wash. The thorough service took somewhere between 30 and 45 minutes and the price was fair for the beautiful vehicle that was handed over at the end. Customer service was friendly, earnest and prompt. Thanks Jocelyn, Rodney and team! I will be back.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I wanted to take my wife’s car in last minute for a surprise and get some tint done, and will all the years of getting various vehicles tinted, I’ve never used this place. Come to find out it’s literally less than 4 miles from my house. So, even more reason to give them a try. Called their office around 11am and was greeted by Capri, who was so friendly and professional from the jump. She offered me a couple different time slots (mind you it was a busy Saturday am when I called) and I decided on 3:30. I arrive there just a few minutes before my appointment to get checked in, and from the moment of me filling out paperwork and them taking my car into the shop, from me being asked to walk back for a QC/walkthrough......it might had been 40 minutes. I was all prepared to wait two hours if not more, because even though they advised me that the service could take between 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Although, I know how these things go so if I had to wait 2+ hours, that was fine and acceptable. I was more than willing. After all, I did call last minute on a Saturday morning; clearly, that was not necessary.The end result is in and out in less than 50 minutes!!!! The vehicle looks fantastic and the quality of work is precise with amazing craftsmanship. This place was super busy but it was running like a well-oiled machine!! Friendly staff greeting you from the back in the shop to the front of the office. These guys will definitely be getting our business again and I will not hesitate to also refer them out!!!

Was recommended in January of 2019 for tints and have been coming here ever since for their detailing service l. Always have been generous, professional, and timely. As soon as you pull up I’ve always been welcomed with good greeting from all the employees which made me automatically comfortable becasue at some detailing places it’s straight to business no customer relations. So far I have brought both of my cars to be tinted and detailed as well as recommended others who have said the same sentiments as me. The tints in both have been holding up great no bubbling, no fading, and no tears. All in my expertises everytime have 10/10

What a great place. The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the moment I pulled into the parking area behind their service bays. Staff would break from what they were doing to ensure I was headed in the right direction. They truly understand how to take care of their customers. I brought my dads car in for a last minute tint application. The woman at the front desk spent plenty of time to explain the different levels of each tint product they carried. There was a bit of a mix up the first time I visited Pro Wash, but Rodney and Tamera quickly resolved the issue taking ownership and offering a solution. This was the deciding factor on whether I would return or not, but I am definitely glad I did. My second visit was to have tint done on a new car and not only did they do an amazing job with the tint, but they also washed the car, having the finished product look even better than when I picked it up at the dealership.I highly recommend Pro Wash Auto Spa, not only for their above standard service, but also because of their outstanding customer service and pride in the services they provide. The guys who performed the tint job were even more excited and proud of the result than I was. Ten star company!!

These guys were great! Their costumer service is wonderful and they did an amazing job on my Jeep! I brought my grand Cherokee in after a week in the outer banks. There was sand and dog hair all over and by the time they were done my car looked brand new again! There wasn’t any dog fur or sand left in the car. The owner made a point to look over my car with me before they finished to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely was! I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to have them do my tint!

Today, I was there for less than 45 minutes and Pro Wash Auto spa went above and beyond to provide excellent results. Car looks phenomenal!Definitely will be back again! Absolutely awesome customer service. I had several employees stop what they were doing to ensure I was being helped. They explained everything in detail and made sure I knew what was going on. In a world where customer service is becoming rare, I was completely impressed by the kindness and professionalism at Pro Wash!

I used this service a couple of years ago and had my vehicle washed and detailed where I work and they did an outstanding job. I purchased a new car and took it to them to have the windows tinted, another great job. I recently purchased another new car and brought it back to have those windows tinted and another great job. This week I took both vehicles to them and both detailed and polished WOW what an great job they did. I was a little concerned due to the fact the one vehicle has less that 1200 miles on it and was worried the depth of the factory shine. When I arrived I took one look at my black vehicle and was I pleasantly surprised to see a better looking shine. Rodney and his team have always done a great job on my vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Rodney and his team have always worked on my vehicles, whether it was window tinting, detailing or applying a protective coating to the finish and the results have always been great. I purchased a used car and several months ago I moved to NY and tried to find someone here that would do a good job like Pro Wash Auto Spa did much to my surprise I did not find anyone who came close to what Rodney and his team did. So I made an appointment with Pro Wash and drove down to MD, I dropped off my car and they drove me back to where I was staying. They called to let me know the car was ready picked me up and took me back to their facility to get my car. When I arrived I walked in to their shop and I was stunned with the way my car looked. It was parked next to a late model sports card and mine looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, it was awesome. These folks did an amazing job on my car and I cannot thank them enough for the job they did. Rodney and his team including the admin people do a fantastic job and treat their customers like family. I would highly recommend Pro Wash Auto Spa to anyone who is in the market for the many services they provide, Rodney thanks again for the great job and your friendship I appreciate it.

Excellent service and staff. I had my vehicle ceramic coated and I must say it is worth the money. They had my vehicle looking better then the day I bought it. I highly recommend them and will be back often for Maintnance washes.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I took my boyfriends car here to surprise him and hed been so busy and they did an amazing job he was very impressed. My boyfriend prefers to do it himself because hes a perfectionist but ever since I took it here hes been going there. They staff is very professional and friendly! Its affordable and clean! You cant go wrong with this place.

Excellent customer service, fast, efficient detailed work. Finished product is impeccable. The front service staff always makes suggestions based on need and not just to make money. I drive at least 30 miles for Pro Wash and its worth the drive.

This is the only place I take my car to get cleaned if I’m not doing it myself. I’m pretty particular about paying someone to clean my car, if I do I want it cleaned right! I have never left feeling like they missed a spot or didn’t put the effort into making it look perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I trusted them to do a tint job on my new BMW and it’s perfect. I can’t recommend this car cleaner.
