Too expensive. Unable to get my car fixed. Another mechanic told me it should have cost no more than $700 to fix car and they were STARTING at $900. I realize labor isnt cheap but to charge a senior citizen that kind of money is crazy. The guys were polite but the price was too high.
Thanks to these guys for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DIAGNOS MY EXPEDITION TO VERIFY THE FORD DEALERSHIP KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AFTER I HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM.REALLY WILL MAKE THESE GUYS MY PERM SERVICE CENTER. THANKS FOR THE HONESTY N FOR PROPER PRICES.YOU GUYS ROCKTHANKS AGAINJACK BYRDIM RECOMMENDING TO EVERYONE
Was driving down the interstate, and it sounded like my front right wheel was about to break off the axle after hearing these loud growling vibrating noises for miles and miles. Im decent at working on my own car when it comes to the basics, but I had no clue what the problem was here. Sounded really serious like maybe the transmission or the front right differential was toast. They fixed it in no time at a great price when I was completely clueless as to what to do on my own. Car is 16 years old and running great once again. Will be back again as a long term customer!
Technicians really know what they are doing. Great place to get your car serviced and know its done right
Good people but I spent $1200 to drive my vehicle one more time and broke down again so I just cut my losses and junked it. After it was supposed to be fine
They fix my break line did a good job they are very busy so you just have to be patient... I kept calling and all my questions were answered for the most part...
Made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday. Was assured the vehicle would be ready for pickup Friday. No phone call to let me know it would not be ready. Not until I called after lunch on Friday was I informed the vehicle had not been touched and wouldn’t be ready until the following Monday. No apology or concern expressed by management. Acted like they really didn’t care.
They tried hard. End of the day my truck is fixed, with on missing hubcap. HaHa Great people!
Been using these guys for years for both business and personal vehicles. They have always treated us fair. Quick, honest and reasonably priced.
Theyre always great reliable and do excellent work Ive been going there for years and mark who runs the front is a super individual Taking my car there Monday
Mark is very honest and does a great job
Outstanding service and very reasonable prices. Mark, the owner, is honest and makes the hassel of having your car repaired a pleasant experience!
I purchased some tires from a local tire store. I also asked for an alignment. During the checkout process I was informed that my vehicle needed some work before the alignment could be done. The cost of the work was over $2000 dollars. I wanted a second opinion and took my vehicle to 3 Man Auto Service. They looked at my vehicle and told me it was fine. They did my alignment without any additional repairs. At was grateful and felt good about them. It’s extremely difficult to find honest auto technicians. They will get all of my work in the future.
FIRST time giving them my business was please so far no problem with them
Great service with very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. Not a “quick fix” shop, meaning that they are not afraid to take on a job which may take a couple of days to fix. They were straight forward and honest with me. I will return for future service.
Great service.
Excellent service! Friendly staff. Ver good work. Would recommend to anyone
Tried to charge me double the price my repair ended up costing.
Very Professional Shop Setup, Friendly & Helpful Staff.
Very professional and trustworthy. I have been using them for several years!
Friendly service
I always go here for an oil change. One time they had an issue with the service. I contacted them and they quickly resolved the issue. They are extremely professional and go above and beyond with their customer service.
Ok
We were traveling through SC and were losing power on our Duramax. He let us know he was very busy, but still diagnosed the problem via computer at no charge and showed us how to replace the mass air flow sensor ourselves once we tracked one down. Thank you for your kindness and prompt service. God bless you!
Great service. Good prices.
Excellent service, fast and hassle free. Thanks Guys
I have been taking my vehicles to 3 Man Auto Service since they first opened for business and I have NEVER had a negative experience there. These guys are true professionals who go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They charge very reasonable prices for the excellent work they do. I cannot endorse them highly enough.
These guys are legit. Took my f350 in that was losing power. the other guys wanted to charge me $3,500 and for things I didnt even need OR want. 3 Man Auto, had me out the door for under $800 and my truck is back on the road and READY to WORK!!! Thank you 3 Man Auto
I took my Chevy 2500HD to 3 Men Auto Service to have my ABS brake light checked and was concerned because my brake pedal was soft. I was quoted $1900 plus tax to repair 3 parts to my brake system, Master Cylinder, Brake booster and (two parts) for the ABS system. After paying $1800 plus tax, I found that my brake pedal was still the same. The ABS sensor did go off but I was told that Chevys have a soft pedal. After looking at my brake system and talking to other mechanics, I found that two of the parts were NOT replaced!! And while looking online, I found that I was up charged several hundred dollars for each part, with minimal payment for labor. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. I dont believe I would even take a kids bicycle in to have work done. I ended up having to replace the Master Cylinder and Brake Booster myself. I also had to fix the brake line they left loose from changing the ABS. I am fairly knowledgeable about most vehicle repairs. I trusted this company to fix my truck because I was worried about working on an ABS braking system. Never again will I take my truck to these 3 guys.
This place is known for excellent automobile repair, professional customer service and how well they treat their customers. Ive been a customer of this business for at 14 years, the best automobile shop in South Carolina.
Honest, reliable service from a friendly, I believe, family owned business.
Good place to get your car repaired.
Best mechanics I have found in columbia. The staff is knowledgeable, I have used them since day one mark and Tom and the rest of the guys are honest straight forward and will do what they can to help. In all if you want it done right the first time take your car there and ask for mark or brett they will do right by ya
Went here for break pad and disc replacement. Was quoted $400 just for parts they said they were getting from Napa auto parts so I called Napa for a quote on the same part which they said would be >$200. Three man Auto also estimated the labor to cost around $500 so the total would be around $900-$1000. I just went to Honda of Columbia and my final bill was about $250. Three Man Auto will try to rip you off if you don’t shop around.
Have taken care of our family business autos and vans since they have been in business right down the road from us. They also take care of our personal autos and trucks, never any problems, great service and great guys to work with.
We took our 2004 Ford pickup to them to have the motor replaced and they quoted us a price of $5800.00 and called said we need this and this and this and we bought everything they requested ended up being more money to them than they quoted us..... its whatever had to have it fixed and replaced. then we got the truck back and the A/C doesnt work didnt relize this until it started warming up and had to cut the A/C on, well it was working before we took it into them perfect and had no problem with it well let them replace the motor and now NO A/C!!! They charged us over $700.00 to pair the A/C. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING BACK TO THEM AGAIN! They are a big joke and charge you out the ying yang and over charge you...
Best wings in town.
Picking work truck,pricey.
Ive brought these guys my 77 Buick Electra 225 here twice to do anything from a Rear Main Seal to brakes. They spent 2 weeks just trying to find a Harmonic Balancer once until it was obvious I was going to have to go to a junk yard. Thats service to me.
Always honest and they do excellent work!
Mark was nice enough to do a purchase inspection for us on a short notice. He checked the vehicle over for us to make sure it was ok and didnt even charge us for it.
These guys are the best!
They will 100% try to up charge you 4x the actual cost of the repair. Ended up getting a repair from another service center for a quarter of the cost they quoted me.
Believe they over change us for work because we are female
Very good service
Good people Good professionals
Didnt lie to me about my car being unrepairable
