Awesome parts shop off the beaten path. Folks inside were very nice and friendly. Best prices for parts Im sure, this is an independently owned carquest so you get that small town friendly and knowledgeable service.
Friendly and professional staff that helped research my item, assure its functionality, and order additional parts for a fair price.
Friendly staff here. Always try to get what you need that day. Have come through every time I have needed parts that day.
Pulled up in the parking lot at 3:30 on Saturday my car started breaking down. Pulled on the door it was locked come to find out its closed at 3:00 on Saturday what the hell
A quick and pleasant way to get the exact parts your car needs.
Excellent customer service. Mike, Brian and Mark always take care of me. The right parts the 1st time in most situations and if its not they are quick to correct the problem.
FANTASTIC LOCATION TO WORK WITH, WE USE THAM ON A DAILY BASIS, GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!
Great service Great Guys 👍
Carquest in Columbia is my 1st stop anytime I need parts. 9 out of 10 times they have had what I needed in stock or they can have it within a day or two. Everyone Ive talked to has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job!!!
These guys are the greatest! They helped me find exhaust parts for my 2004 RSX-S. The pipe, gaskets, and spring bolts all fit perfectly.
Friendly staff, always helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make it happen.
Great staff and service
This place is more for automotive shops. Not you average joe walk in to get parts store. I was looking for a bolt extractor, they didnt have any there. So they told me to go to harbor fright. That 30min away. There was an advance and autozone 10 min away.
Staff are not very helpful or friendly. I have been here several times during a restoration project and every single time I left without buying anything. The first time I was told that I had to do the research on my own and find the part number. The second time they were somehow out of stock of all their brake fittings.Since these bad experiences I have opted to drive the extra 10 minutes to the similarly named store on Route 1. They were more then happy to help me and I left there with everything I needed.
Not friendly at all, rude and condescending. This guy shouldnt t be at the front desk. I would not recommend this place to buy any auto parts.
Knowlegable team. Great service
Staff not very helpful. I was working on a problem with a piece of equipment but the parts are the same as a car or light truck . The guy behind the counter had no idea how to find a universal 12 volt fuel pump . so I ran to napa where I found what I was looking for. Its odd that companys want business but dont want to put in the work. To me its all about customer service, well I didnt find it here
Customer service here is consistently awful. I live right near there and I instead opt to drive to advance auto next to Walmart (10 minutes further). Every time I have ever shopped here I have left the store irritated. Today is the last time and the reason for this review. The employees talk down to you, arent very helpful and most of them ignore you when you walk in.Also, they dont return any sort of chemical fluid regardless of whether it has been opened and unused or not. That would have been nice to know at the register. Keep an eye out for the small paper sign that has that policy information scribbled onto it.Dont do business here.
I told them what was goin on wit my truck he diagnosed it gave me all parts i needed. The workers are great
Rude and racist NEVER SHOP AT THIS location as they are not a true car quest corporation
Horrible business ethics. Person who answers the phone was very rude. Will never order parts from them ever. look somewhere else or another location.
Not very helpful at all on the phone or in store...
