Needed a part they could only do. Part ordered and car repaired

I had a complete puncture on the highway New Year’s Eve on the I-95, I have a 21 inch wheel option so hard to find. Find out Audi here has it, so I drove for 1h 30 to this place in a space saver spare. They told me that they had my tire and close service at 630, so I got their at 6 to learn that service closes at 6. I got so screwed up because of this. But the guy selling parts helped us a lot, but the same can’t be said about the rest of the employees.
