Called to get an oil change, went in for a 1pm appointment, and got turned away for someone elses car. Was told to come in the next morning but there was still a full lot. This shop needs more room. I went to a dealership instead

We needed our car inspected. In order for the car to pass inspection we needed the tire sensor replaced and a new motor mount. Mike was quick and reasonably priced. My daughter’s car is road worthy again, without skipping a beat. Thanks Mike!

This place refused to give me a quote on a brake job. I guess it must have been their first one. When I went to pay it was extremly high priced in my opinion especially when you consider the lack of quality customer service. I asked the fella to break down the bill for me and explain why it was costing me this and he could not tell me. Told me my car would be done this evening and then went and closed up shop with out even a phone call and. I was without a car for the entire weekend unexpectedly. I feel the place could improve on communication and customer service skills and not try to be so shady so they can blow your bill up when its time to get your car. Now, they did take me in on a days notice which I appriciate. Im sure they did there best to get my car done considering I brought my own parts and they were the wrong parts. They still tried there best to get it done for me but the communication could have been better. The fella even explained to me that Monroe charges the same price for the Job but I feel I pay that because the customer service is better. Maybe Im just upset because when I ask what are you charging me that for. I expect you to be able to explain it to me.
