I swore I was going to need a lot of work to pass inspection. I thought my axles were bad. The rods were bad. My suspension was bad. Something was going on and I didn’t know what was causing such a hard ride and clanking sounds when I made left turns. Sooo I called up ECM as they were right down the road from my job. They dropped me off at work and picked me up after! PRAISE THEM FOR THAT ALONE! Not many will go to those lengths for great service! So after working on my brakes, he tells me everything is fine. I just had too much air in my tires! SHOCKED! 1) no extra costs for items that didn’t need replaced 2) he was upfront & HONEST! Unfortunately women DO IN FACT get ripped off with mechanics because we don’t know right from wrong and we’re gullible. He could’ve told me I needed this or that. Charged me for it but never replaced because it was never messed up! HE DIDNT DO THAT! I will forever return and highly recommend this shop!!! I went in the next day to thank them personally for a superb experience. I’ll never forget it.
Place is a rip off . You better off buying your own parts and doing it yourself . You will save over half of what they want to charge you. This is now the second time having an issue with them . I would not take my vehicle or anyone elses there ! You want a good garage, good decent people, and not outrageous prices and wont rip you off .. go to Warners Garage in Washington Boro !!
I really was not a fan at all Jim estimated cost at 700 for inspection (already thought was steep) on a 1998 Buick century he then called back said $1100 . So I had a change of mind said dont worry about it Ill get a second opinion. Charged me $125 bucks to pick it up hahaha wont be going back to these unfair garages.
Made appointment for rear airbags to be installed since they are authorized by manufacture. Dropped off as soon as they opened. 7 hours later I get a phone call that they were to busy to get started today. They asked if they could keep truck and finish the next day. Ummm No. Thats why I made the appointment to fit my schedule. Owner didnt care when I picked up truck. Just handed keys and said nothing. Wont give another opportunity to earn my business.
Had a flat tire during snow got my car into the parking lot staff was so helpful young mechanic even offered to take me home, had four new tires put on Friday morning they were amazing !
Does good work but make sure you got alot of money he charges for everything, just had used motor installed for 2500.00 and o2 sensors keep making check engine light go on he just charged me another 230.00 to fix, you think he would at least waived the 75.00 diagnosis fee......smh

Over the phone they seemed nice, However when I showed up for my appt. yesterday they were rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. Kept my car just sitting around all day I had to keep calling to see what was going on. And then when he quoted me my estimate I almost cried so I went to pick my car up after getting a way cheaper estimate he had an even bigger attitude with me. And then got smart with me after he gave me my receipt. Thanks for nothing. I am a single mother of three, my time and my money are precious and he was really trying to get over on me big time!!!

Let me start off by saying we have taken our CARS (4) to Jim at E.C.M. for years. We have always had good service until my daughters car had a issue. The car would start and then wouldnt, so we called and took her car in. We spoke to the younger gentleman who was working and told him what we wanted checked. Well three days passed and my Wife wanted to know if the car was done so she stopped in. She was told that it wasnt done because it started right up and that they werent going to do anything to the car. Jim was very rude and condescending to her so they will not be seeing any of our 4 soon to be 5 cars on a average bill of $350.00 to $1400.00 each visit. Jim I think you forgot who funded your big new garage. You lost your personal touch with your Business. You used to know names now youre just lost.

Very rude ppl took my car there n trying to tell me need over a g worth of work done on it n I know damn good and well it dont just trying to rip ppl off wouldnt recommend this place to anyone they just out to make a quick buck its bs places like this that makes me hate garages
