It is the OLNY place to have your car serviced! Chris & Dennis are the only people I trust my car with. I dread the day I have to replace my 2007 Prius. That will mean the beginning of a period of having to go to a dealership. Having Sparks as my car care center means I wont be replacing my car any time soon.You can count on Sparks to get your car serviced when you need it serviced. They do not recommend unnecessary service, and if you wait for your car they have WIFI and seating.

I find the efficiency and honesty of this car care location to be far more than I experienced in the past with other facilities.They are NOT the type of business to fix something without notice and then charge you for it when work is complete. If they find something that needs attention at that time, or even something that may require work later, they inform you and leave the choice to you.Im glad to have them looking out for my best interest - and the rest of my family and their vehicles as well.

Chris and his team are great and very efficient. They take care of our fleet vehicles in a timely manner. Very good customer service and quality work.

This is one of few places I know where the mechanics are honest and do not try to make unnecessary repairs. Ive been a customer of Sparks Car Care for 2 years based on a friends recommendation. I was so tired of visiting Toyota dealership for a minor service need that invariably became not-so-minor. Chris & Chris are both honest and friendly, something you dont often find these days. One time they even talked me out of an expensive service. They take the time to explain the work both before and after they do it. I recommend Sparks highly. You wont be disappointed.

Its been over a decade since we started taking cars to Sparks and there hasnt been a moments regret in all that time. Chris and his guys have always taken EXCELLENT care of us, helped us keep our maintenance costs as low as possible while making sure nothing important or necessary was neglected, and they have always been trustworthy and honest. Sparks is the best around...period! My car wouldnt start and I had it towed to them. They took great care of my car and got me back on the road. In addition they looked over my car and told me of other issues to be aware of that will need care. They told me what I need done as soon as possible, and which ones could wait a little while. Its refreshing to go to a car shop and not be pressured or made to feel your car is a hazard, that is going to blow up or wreck any minute, like a lot of other places do. They are no pressure and honest and that cant be beat!

I brought my 14 year old car in because the temperature gage kept rising and falling. Dropped it off Saturday, using thier Dropbox. They called me 9:30 Monday morning. Thankfully minor issue. They test drove it and idled it for an hour to make sure it was fixed. Very polite, both Chris. They pointed out a couple things that can wait to be fixed. Never did they try to sell me anything. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs and oil changes. Thanks guys!

Please forgive me for this being a long review. I just want to share my story so you can make a more informed decision.Both lowbeam headlights in my car suddenly stopped working. I tried changing the fuses but the fuses kept popping right away. I realized there was a short somewhere, but could not find out where exactly. I must note that i bought my car used, and it always had a extra piece of wire running between the headlight terminals. I took my car to sparks car care for a diagnosis for $40. After the diagnosis they told me that the left headlight assembly is bad and for it i need to change both headlight assembly which in total will cost $500 with parts and labor. I wondered why i have to change both headlight assemblies if only the left is bad. They also confirmed there were no cheaper alternatives to fix the issue.They quoted me the price of parts to be around $400. I checked in autozone and advanced auto they were less than $200. I checked with sparks auto care to see whether i can bring my parts and they can put it on for me. They told me they cant do that due to warranty issues and also they do not work with autozone or advanced auto. I have no complaints regarding this even though their prices are outrageously high.I am a mechanical engineer and have some knowledge of cars, and decided to take a look at the issue myself once more. I got upset when i opened the hood. The left bulb was hanging outside its socket. They did not even bother to put it back to its socket after pulling it out. I tried taping the wires and some other stuff which did not work. Finally i decided to disconnect the extra piece of wire connected between the head light terminals. And guess what it fixed the problem. I have been driving the car for weeks now and there has not been any issues.My thoughts on sparks car care1. They do not do their jobs properly and they are incompetant, or2. They are a dishonest and will make up issues to earn money from their customers.Stay away from them at all costs. I do not recommend them at all.

I went to Sparks this morning for a diagnosis of my cars problem. Chris was immediately helpfull, dropped what he was working on and plugged into my car for error messages. He told me what problems I was having and honestly told me this particular issue was not his forte but had a contact who specialized in this type of service. He gave me the referal and gave me directions to get there.He did not ask me for anything, he just wished me well. That is one great example on how to gain customers. I guarranty you my next car maintenance dollar will be spent at Sparks, he has earned my business and trust.

Great service on my Acura.

Theyve been overcharging me and my family for years. They tried to charge me $300 to repair a $13 part that takes maximum 20 minutes to repair. No matter what, theyre default is that whatever they need to do is gonna take an hour to do whatever they need to do, but most things only need 10 minutes of work at a regular pace. They lie, overcharge, and are lazy

As usual, the work that was done and their demeanor was very friendly and couldnt ask for a better place to take any of my vehicles.
