This is a family-owned business that treats their customers as they would their own family. They are fast and efficient but they are also thorough. That battery drain your technician missed? They would have found it and had it taken care of. Check engine light that continue to come back after taking it to the shop again and again? Nope. There are times I have had to drive it for a few so I can show them how it acts up but they tell me to take it right back and they FIX.THE.PROBLEM. They also stand behind their work 100%. I have heard them ask their technicians You have to treat each one like family. Act like this is your mom/dad/daughter/sons car if you must because we keep our customers safe. And you just cant beat that type of personal car for your vehicle.

I took my vehicle here due to the ac not blowing cold. I was charged ged for the diagnosis which was fine. Things went wrong when my vehicle was not correctly diagnosed and the problem continued. It was a Friday so I went the whole weekend with my ac still not working. I took my car back that Monday and left it over night again for them to do the diagnosis and this time the problem is something else. I honestly felt my car was not diagnosed correctly the first time causing an Inconvenience to me being without my vehicle and they Charged me to “fix “ something that was not the actual issue. I called to see about getting some of my money back and the Manager Amy was very rude and hung up on me. I do not think this is how I should have been treated. Never again

Jared Jensen I probably the most honest man I know. I didnt worry when I took my car there that I would end up having work one that was unnecessary. He worked me in quickly and finished checking it fast. I would most definitely recommend Team 1 Automotive !!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I had a buzzing sound in my car while I was driving, and the mechanics at Team 1 told me I had problems with both front wheel bearings, with an estimate of $1800 to fix, and that it would take at least a day. This seem incredibly high, so I decided to get a second opinion at Express Oil, where I have had a lot of luck in the past. They told me that $1800 would be reasonable if they were replacing ALL wheel bearings. After performing a test drive, however, they informed me that the front bearings were fine - it was a bearing on the back tire that was bad, and they could replace it for $300. I happily agreed, and my car now sounds great.I called to speak to management at Team 1 to tell them what happened, left a message, but after a week have gotten no response.Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. This is the second time Ive gotten an incredibly high estimate from them, and will be the last.

I arrived was immediately met by a service member. I explained the issues I was having with my truck. They checked it out then called to explain their findings and to get my approval prior to the start of service. Service was quick and very affordable. I definitely recommend this establishment and will continue doing business with them.

Team 1 has done great work on our vehicles everytime. It is hard to find an honest auto repair shop, and they are one of them. I highly recommend this shop over any shop here in town. Thank you Team 1 for all you have done!

My car broke down on Friday December the 8th I did not know Anyone on that side of town who could fix my car Or who could help me. I found team one driving down Garners Ferry road. Went in and spoke to the associate & they immediately help me and got my car fixed the same day. They have a tow truck as well. I took my car there once and they did a reasonable job for reasonable price. Today, I called to ask about replacing spark plugs in 2002 Subaru Forester. $400+ dollars cuz they have to take the off the top of the engine?? Really? I know how to change the plugs. I just dont want to. Called Subaru Dealership. Their price?? $125.00.UPDATE: It took me an hour to replace the spark-plugs. No engine removal necessary. Just some plastic duct work on the left (3 screws) and the windshield wiper fluid container on the drivers side (2 screws, 2 plug-in sensors and 2 hoses (best to empty the container before doing this). Easy-peasy. Methinks they misquoted me ... cuz Im a girl? Its a thought. And FYI ... Neutrogena facial wipes, they are fabulous at getting grease off your hands.

Well, after 3 trips I had to take my car somewhere else. I think they just guess at stuff. They are not good with Nissans, thats for sure. They also took my car for over 20 min, joy ride on which I was sure the mechanic was doing personal business, since he had done nothing to my car to correct any problems. The people there would not tell me where my car was and I had not authorized anyone to take my car anywhere. Beware of this shop. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to complicated problems and I will not recommend them to anyone. I will tell everyone what happened to me here and no way Ill be back.
