She was very patient and accomodating to my needs. I needed a short wig and took so much time looking for one, and in the end I picked the same wig she offered me when I first got there and she didnt have an attitude about it. 10/10 would recommend. Reasonable prices as well.

The owner is always courteous and speedy. The only reason they didnt get 5vstars is because it is sometimes hard to find what you are looking for.

The customer service is wonderful. The owner k owns where everything in his store is. He also has a lot of products that the other beauty supply stores dont ha e and his prices are amazing. The ladies that he have working for him are really there helping. They are not rude nor do they ignore you when you are looking lost. They willingly come up to you and offer help. Definitely come here and not to the Kings Beauty Supply down the street.

Always helpful and friendly when I come to the store, which is several times a week. I love their Queen B braiding hair but Im always trying different styles so I buy a variety of things. They have great relationships with their regulars and they know me by name. I send most of my clients there because I know they will take care of them and guide them to the correct hair.

Customer service was great! Informed customers that mask was needed before entering establishment.

Clean environment great staff always a friendly place

The aisles are very narrow, almost unmaneuverable. I went in one day with a stroller and instantly regretted it. A few months later I came back, sans stroller, and realized that it wasnt the bulkiness of my stroller but the lined up boxes or surplus supplies that made the aisles so congested. Customer service is okay, the lighting is dimmer than what would or should be expected in a setting where attention to detail is necessary.

The staff was very helpful. Like other beauty supply stores of its kind, it is stuffed to the brim with items. I found just the perfect wig with the help of the staff & without any pressure.

Oh my Goodness I have been going here for years.This store has everything. That u need & want for your hair & body...

I am from out of town and my experience visiting this store yesterday was absolutely horrible. No one offered us help while we shopped and the store was just too cluttered to shop comfortably. My cousin who accompanied me mentioned to the woman abt the register that the store felt hot to her. Immediately the woman felt offended and began snapping at us that it wasn’t hot in her store. My cousin’s husband proceeded to ask the woman questions about some items at the front and she told him he asked to many questions. The nerve! Very rude and unprofessional. We walked into the parking lot and my cousin realized she left something. As she walked back inside the woman from the front desk and another coworker were laughing and saying we were hot in their store because we were so big and fat. My cousin was very upset and gave them a few words and even called back to speak to the owner who claimed the woman was his wife. Long story short, never again will they ever get our service! These people need a lesson on professionalism! Don’t shop here if u can help it. There’s a beauty supply store right behind them and they are much nicer!

The customer service was horrible. There was a black young lady with a natural curl cut. I asked her about a style wig and she was not pleasant at all and she didnt even try to help. The guy at behind the counter was rude too. I am from out of town and when we were leaving, I had to say bye. There is just a way your treat your customers and they have no professionalism and the prices arent that great. I recommend Carolina Beauty Supply in the same parking lot.

I dont see a zero star, so I had to give them a 1!! The employees and owners are very rude, and unprofessional. There is a black girl that works in there. She dresses like she is at the beach in hot shorts. I immediately mistaken her for a customer. I just knew she wasnt working with those clothes on. Well she turned out to be an employee on the clock. The owner attitude was not pleasant at all. Please DONT go to this store, if you cant take people disrespecting you while you are patronizing them!! While asking and making choices for hair, they are not helpful at all. PLEASE spend your money else where!!

Was looking for 12 inch Faux Locs by Urban Beauty. I was informed that they will no longer carry that brand. The helper showed me a different line of Sister Locs that they offer. He explained that Faux & Sister Locs are the same. He said the company can call the product what ever they wish, but its still Faux Locs. The store is in Widewwater Square on Broad River with plenty of parking. The aisles are narrow due to the amount of items they have. Their Sisters Locs are more in price, $6.99 a pack with 24 locks in each pack. I will return if I cant find anyone to beat their price.

First time going to this store today and will not be returning. He said i cpuld do and exchange and when I got back tp the register he said he couldnt take the hair back because two pieces of the crochet hair was missing. Im like what will I do with two hairs you shouldve counted it in front of me. And the Black dude kept his head down because he knew something was up. Its like both of them couldnt look me in my eyes. But the black dude was really have way something happened. So count tou crochet hair before you leave and make sure you get the right color style anf everything because they will find a way to not refund or exchange.

Aweful.My son made a purchase and forgot to pay for a .99 item and they arrested him. For .99 even though this is a billion dollar business.
