I walked in not knowing what to expect, really I was just curious because of all the sale signs. I was greeted by Katie I laughed and joked but was serious and said can someone with bad credit get a mattress. Katie said yes and provided me with great product knowledge and great customer service and I walked out Getting a great mattress. Thank you so much she really helped me I have been on an air mattress for 4 months since I moved and been waiting on my bed from bob’s and the sale came with an adjustable base so my mattress wouldn’t be on the floor.

I normally don’t leave reviews but felt I had to. I had been on a frantic mattress search for a few months and came in with a few questions. Who knew mattress shopping could be fun?! My husband and I went to the Columbia store to try out the Purple mattress before buying online. We were paired up with our salesman Dave within a minute. Dave made the whole experience very informative and entertaining, while never being pushy or overbearing. We told him what we were thinking when we left and he followed up with some additional information the next day just like he said he would. After doing more research online, We determined that Dave was giving us the best deal around, plus some! So glad we ended up at this store with Dave. After tirelessly shopping around for a mattress at Mattress Discounters, Macys and JCPenney (which all had terrible customer service, unreasonable prices and mattresses that would not be available until late July or August), we came to Mattress Firm and had a very pleasant and helpful experience with our wonderful sales associate, Ace. He took his time, shared with us the best mattress selections for what we were looking for and had our mattress delivered within 48 hours. The price was affordable and even included a free box spring and frame and free to-door delivery. Thank you Columbia, MD Mattress Firm and Ace for all of your help...we would definitely recommend and shop again there!

Ace was awesome. We needed a mattress right away. Puffy Mattresses let ushang, changing delivery date to who knows when as the mattress was still in production. Ace got us a great deal and had the mattress delivered the same day.

This is a very late review, but Anne was incredibly helpful and friendly when we were picking out a mattress for our mother. She wasn’t pushy and really listened to our wants and needs. She pointed us in the direction of a semi firm purple mattress and complete adjustable base with massage function for my mother’s chronic joint pains. My mother passed last month but the mattress Anne helped us pick out honestly brought some pleasure into her life before she passed on by relieving her pain and giving her some independence back. Good experience with this store this week. Staff wasn’t pushy, took time to listen to our budget and explain pros and cons of all the options, and got a great deal with delivery the next day (on a Sunday!). Manager even gave us his cell number in case there were any issues, problems with delivery, etc. Would definitely recommend.

I did not buy from them but am considering it. The sales lady was helpful and tried to get me any information I needed. She was patient and not too pushy or aggressive to make a sale. She was knowledgeable about the beds and the competition. They also have some lower priced beds there that were really good and their exchange and price match policy is pretty competitive. While I was there another customer asked them to match a price they found on line and the sales lady did not hesitate to match it once the deal was confirmed.

There was no hard sell; your mattress technology is current and your product is top notch. The mattresses are so comfortable, I took a little nap while John waited on another customer. Firstly, let me set the scene . . . . went there on a cold windy day after my sons basketball game the whole family my husband and I with our four kids (9,6,3,2)..... greeted as soon as we walked in by Harry and John (even though Harry was with other customers he still acknowledged our presence kids and all!!!) lets lay and roll (kids jump) for awhile, then John came just asked how we were doing explained the different colors for firm,medium,soft. we didnt feel pressured at all they didnt follow us around the whole time pestering us like some furniture stores, even just let the kids jump and play!!!!!!!!But to get to the point John he knew his stuff!!! Seriously we learned so much about technology and mattress, who would thought. We just recently purchased two beds (King and a Queen) from Mattress Discounters and had a very positive experience. Even though they had the best pricing in town, they guaranteed to price-match their competition. Our salesman Sean was extremely knowledgable, not at all pushy or salesy, and showed us exactly what we needed, and broke down the pricing to the dollar for us. Our beds were scheduled for delivery to Baltimore City 3 days after purchase between 9AM-1PM. Delivery guys showed up promptly at 9AM, took 25 minutes to set up both beds, and were on their way. I highly recommend Mattress Discounters, Dobbin Road location, and will certainly be going back next time I need to purchase a bed.

Ive been putting off getting a new bed for a while. Last night, Wednesday, I finally decided I couldnt put it off anymore and picked MattressFirm because the reviews were good. Found out they were good for a reason. My Sales Rep was John Glaeser, and he was extremely personable and very helpful. He gave me tips on things to look out for while deciding on my new bed. If I seemed unsure of what to look for, he would unabrasively remind me what I needed to look for. I found him easy to talk to, and he didnt try to pressure me into upselling to anything more than what I needed. He didnt try to throw me for a loop, and even threw in a coupon for me. The upsell was something I had been worried Id be getting annoyed about, but fortunately my worries were unfounded. He sold me what I needed, nothig more, nothing less, and made sure I was entirely certain thats what I wanted, and had me test the beds out several times so I was 100% decided. The payment was easy, delivery was explained quite well, and the whole process was done smoothly. I had been expecting hours of mind grating dullness. Instead, I found myself joking around with John, smiling, and in and out the door in 30 minutes. Im quite happy, and the delivery service seems to be quite well planned. Looking forward to my new bed!
