Diane, the store manager, assisted us today with our visit. She spent over an hour helping us try each type of mattress, pillow, and base. She answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. When we mentioned that we were comparing to other competitor products, she remained polite and professional and gave honest insight into the differences between the various products.Whether or not we ended up purchasing from TempurPedic, we would have left this five star review based on her amazing assistance. The fact that we did purchase a bed here was because it fit our needs better than the alternatives. Of course having an amazing sales experience simply made the decision all the more gratifying.

I came in about a week ago looking for some new pillows and was told there would be a sale the following week. Since I couldnt decide which pillow I wanted to buy I decided to wait a week before making a choice anyway. I came in and was assisted by Bruce who helped make my decision a lot easier. Bruce is the man! Apparently the sale actually starts tomorrow and not today but he was accommodating anyway. The customer service at this location is always super! Will definitely be back!

Leslie was amazing! I was skeptical about purchasing a Tempurpedic mattress because I was so used to the traditional coil mattress, however the experience made me a believer and fan! Leslie gave us the space to try every mattress in the store with no pressure, when I explained my preferences, she took us to the mattress of my dreams. I didn’t feel like I was sinking into the mattress, but the comfort was more than I have ever experienced.Thank you Leslie and Bruce for your knowledge of sleeper needs and amazing service!!

I was impressed with the depth of Dianes knowledge on all the beds I tried . She was most helpful and engaging. I also appreciate the degree in which she had the protective covers down before I laid on the mattresses and took them up afterwards. The PPE available is so important. Customer service is huge to me and I must commend Diane on hers!!I like the products and will buy.

We had a nice experience with Rene at the Columbia store. We have never tried this type of bed, and, she was very helpful and patient during our purchase. I was also extremely impressed when I saw her and the coworker sanitizing everything when other shoppers would leave the store. Many shops “say” they are doing extra cleaning due to Covid regulations, but are actually not. I’ve seen this many times. Good on this store and it’s employees for doing the right thing. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new bed.

Diane at the Tempur-Pedic store in Columbia is amazing to work with! She patiently helped us as we tried several different mattress and base systems. Her knowledge of the product is evident and she really explained the differences between the various products clearly and extensively. When we came in to the store we had actually already put down a deposit at another mattress store for a Tempur-Pedic mattress and base system but we had felt rushed and pressured into the decision and had come into the store in Columbia just to learn more and to make sure we had made the right decision. However, after working with Diana, we decided to get our deposit back at the other store and give her our business instead because of how informative and patient she was- no pressure sales tactics here. She knows she sells a good product and she takes the time to show you how good it is without pressuring you into thinking you need it. It was a GREAT experience!

My wife and I visited the store with the hope of testing the LuxeBreeze and ProBreeze models. We were unsure of how this process would go during the pandemic due to the increased safety measures. Diane was a huge help with us through this process. She sanitized all of the beds prior to us testing them and then put protective covers on them. She ensured that we could safely test the mattresses that we were interested in. She was very informative throughout the process, telling us why we may find some mattresses/pillows preferable over others and informing us of the various features of the adjustable bases. Diane was a joy to work with through the process. For anyone in the market for a Tempur-Pedic mattress, I definitely recommend visiting this store.

My visit to the Columbia Mall Tempur-Pedic store was awesome. I worked with Ms. Diane to find the best pillow for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I must have tried six different pillows. The store was very clean and all safety measures were taken (masks worn, hand sanitizer stations, etc). She even disinfected each pillow before I tried it out. In addition, I was given a personal size bottle of hand sanitizer. The customer service was superb!!!! I highly recommend this location.
