What an awesome nonprofit business! These guys are the real deal. I needed help in finding a “college” bike for my son and these guys knew exactly what I needed and provided excellent, friendly service. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and will definitely be back for bike service in the future.

Cola Town Bike Collective is wonderful! Even mid-pandemic, they have gone above and beyond. I bought a used bike from them a few months ago that has been one of the best bikes I have ever owned, and when I found one of the tires dry-rotted last week, Scott got me in and had it fixed up like new in no time. These are really great people doing really great work, and I cannot thank them enough. You wont regret it - come check them out!

I brought my first used road bike from here! It has to be one of the best health and transportation investment ever! Staff is very honest and helpful for a man who knows nothing about cycling. They’re not looking for a quick buck or get over on people. For whatever that cannot be done at their shop, they refer you to area cyclist shops and groups to participate in. Great location too!

Fantastic new digs on Elmwood. These people are some of the greats in town, and they are even good at helping you fix your bike.

Helpful, knowledgeable, & affordable: the three things I look for in a bike shopping & repair experience. CTBC has all 3 Im stride. Make sure you check their IG before going to confirm hours as they are only open two days a week currently.

A phenomenal place run by phenomenal people doing great things. Actively works to encourage and facilitate cycling culture and maintenance. A MUST visit for anyone visiting or living in Columbia. KEEP UP THE WORK.

I called and asked if they were closing early, they said they were not and would close at 6.I walked my bike there that was hit by a car. Got there at 530 and they were in the parking lot closed. Even though I had money to buy a bike and got there before they closed,they still wouldnt let me buy a bike. I told them that my bike is the only way I get around and they didnt care, told me to come back next week. Like who doesnt want my money. Very rude and unfriendly, unhelpful people, just as hateful as they could be. I tried to support my community, and a small business, but it seems they couldnt care less about the community.
