You have a great team at this Store. Inside associates and shop associates all worked seamlessly getting customers taken care of.I saw lots of team work in the shop which can be a challenge.Management should be recognized. Great customer service.

The man at the counter was extremely nice and understand but the communication from everyone else sucks! I was called and told they could only perform half the work I needed them to. I said okay thats fine. I was told it was getting done at that point. I took off work early to pick up my vehicle and it was moved outside and none of the work was getting done. I was late to pick up my kids because of this. Didnt have time to make it anywhere else to get the rest of the work done because of this.

We were headed out of town on vacation early one morning and blew out both back tires! The amazing team at Big O got us in right away, and on the road in short order. Thank you!

Jeff and Chad provided services that were both incredibly fair and transparent. Taking the time to walk me through the issues, and proposing no BS solutions. Along the way we found that the previous shop I took my car to broke off the old TPMS sensor and didn’t take the time to retrieve it! Best full service shop in town.

Went there for four new tires. Called around first to find the cheapest price and when I called I spoke with Dakota. He quoted me a price and told me it was out the door price. Brought it to them even tho it wasn’t the cheapest since he was nice and I didn’t have price of tax for the other place which who knows how much that would have been. When I came in, Dakota looked at me and just knew I was the one that called even tho they were super busy. They even offered me a ride somewhere since I didn’t have another car. When everything was all said and done, I walked out of there for exactly what he quoted me on the phone and an unexpected free alignment. Overall my experience there was great and I believe that was all because of the experience I had with Dakota. I will be back for my next new set!!

This big o tire store in Columbia mo. On business loop 70 is a very good store. Good service and associates are very friendly. I spoke with an associate named rick miller. Was very courteous and found me a very good deal on tires. Really appreciate it and I will be going back to big o tires in the future.

My family has been going to big o for years and years. We used to go to the location on Peachtree Drive because we loved the mechanic there, Rick Miller. When Rick moved to the other Big O location on Business Loop our business followed him there. He is one of the most honest mechanics out there and knows his stuff!

Service is absolutely amazing. They got to me fast quick & in a hurry! I think the technician that worked on my vehicle was named Tobin and man did he do a hell of a job. It even came with a complimentary foot rub & back massage! Definitely recommend him!

One of my tires was on its last leg. I needed more time to get finances together. I WENT THERE NINE (9) TIMES and asked for my tire to be inflated. NOT ONCE did they push me to buy a thing!! They helped me within 1 minute each visit!! When I got the money for new tires, they got me EVERY conceivable discount, even ones i didnt know about! Folks, Bottom line. I will take my business HERE, for the rest of my life.

Took good care of my “complicated” car and found a cheaper and better price and tire than my online estimate. Super clean inside with strong wifi, tv, and comfy chairs. Best drinks and coffee than any other auto shop that that includes my Acura dealership I used to go to. Turned out my tire was out of stock and Anthony personally drove to the other shop to pick it up. Excellent service and updates from him. Because it took additional time to do my car I saw they take a lot of pride in the care of their waiting room, cleaning it routinely and noting to themselves the supplies they need to restock on.

Worst experience I have had at an auto shop next to my bad experience with machens jeep. I talked to a guy this morning about getting anappointment so I did not have to wait forever. He was nice and set me up for 4pm assuring me they would get me in and out. I call around 330 to confirm that that will still work and he told me yes to bring it on in. I get there and wait an hour and a half. After listening to many people complain and then the lady checking out next to me complains and they give her multiple free oil changes. Im paying as the manager tells me my total and says we got the tire rotation for you just the oil change price. Tire rotation is free with oil changes anyway. Very very poor service. I only gave them a 2 because they were cheaper than all the other places I called.

So glad I chose this store, because they know how to treat a little old lady right, and gave me a new tire that is better quality and less expensive than that joke plaza tires. I was working with a positively scrumptious young man named Kaden (fellas, dont bring your wife to him if you know what Im saying!!) and put all my worries to rest. Kaden is so talented at his job, he even told me that hes up for a new position as inventory manager! What a bright young man. Kaden was a big help getting my car inspected and didnt judge me one bit for how run down my car was (2002 Toyota camry if you can imagine). He provided wonderful service and explained in a way that made the car stuff make sense. Since he also used to be a tire tech before becoming a salesman, he personally went back to the shop to perform an oil change on my car as well AND gave me a good deal since I was a college student. Would be great if they actually kept up on their appointments. Made one a week in advance just for them to not even do it on time, waited two hours to just have to leave bc I had other things to do besides waist my time. Next time you schedule an appointment you keep to it not make them wait hours before even saying you cant get to it today. Never coming here again!

Xmas eve they pat her a tire for me to turn around and it be flat again the next morning. Just to take it in and they said I need a new tire that I had to pay for when it wouldnt have ruined my tire in the first place if the would have repaired it correctly the first time.

My wife went there to have them look at a tire.. Somehow they convinced her that she needed a vehicle inspection. When reading this take into account that my wife is not very vehicle savvy and her license needed to be renewed so she thought it sounded right.. my wifes car is 2 years old and state law says that newer cars like hers doesnt need and inspection but they did it anyway. When I called the guy and asked him why he said, hey Im a Salesman what can I say. I hope the $12 was important because from here on out we will choose a different place of business to look at our cars.

Sat down in the waiting room yesterday and with every single consultation they would up sell their customers with warranty’s and arbitrary unnecessary “fixes.” Did not feel like an honest or trustworthy experience.

I purchased 4 tires today via phone. I spoke with Kyle who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained all of the promotion offers and provided the information I needed for them. I try to minimize contact during this virus time for my safety and the safety of others. Kyle made the entire transaction by phone. I dropped the car off with the key in it and picked it up a couple hours later avoiding any contact. Sorry we couldnt talk face to face, but hopefully soon we can. Thanks for the service.

Good prices, did a good job with my tires and oil change. The only reason for deducting one star, is that they forgot to put back stem caps on my tires. I went to the store and paid $3 to get a replacement. Still, they should pay better attention. Will definitely use them again and mention this in the future.

I was there for an inspection and my brakes needed fixed and not even an hour later two of my belts broke on my car and I called them and got it towed back right away. They got me in right when I got there and were very compassionate about the bad day that I was having. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I use to get great service here in the last year year or so that service has disappointed. Also the quality of alignments being performed are poor. With my automotive background friends and family always ask whom I recommend, I cant send my friends and family here any more either.

While passing through Columbia Missouri on July 10, 2019, I noticed a strange noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I stopped at Big O Tires on Business Loop 70 East in Columbia to see what the problem was.My first encounter with the staff was with Bryan who was working the sales desk. I explained to him the problem I was having. With it being 30 minutes before closing, I wasn’t sure what could be done. So, Bryan went and found a mechanic named Chad.I explained to Chad the problem I was having. We took a quick test drive. Chad pretty much figured out right away that noise was a front wheel bearing that had failed. So, we went back to the shop to do the paperwork.Not being from the state or even the area, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The estimate was done. Now, I would need to come back tomorrow. But, Chad and Jared said they might be able to get it done then instead of having to come back the next day. they were able to get the part needed.That’s exactly what happened. Chad was able to fix my car and get me back on the road safely. These three guys stayed at the shop until my car was fixed.Thank you us so much Chad, Jared and Bryan! You guys are great!

Been here a couple times now for different reasons. They have been unbelievable helpful and friendly. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Special thanks to Robert for all his help. Keep up the good work guys!

Make sure to repeat whatever you need done twice apparently. Came in for nothing but a simple inspection to get new plates and to remove a rusted out license plate cover. They took care of the inspection, but not sure how thorough that inspection was when they failed to notice my plate cover partway loosened from my attempts. Not to mention, the plate cover is illegal (just found out if you can guess how) and I figured that might just catch someone in the shops attention enough for them to realize I asked for that very clearly when I came in. Disappointed to say the least.

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck from Big O and within 30 days one tire developed a leak. I called to see what a good time would be to bring the truck to the shop to have it checked out. I was told that there was a line ahead of me of 8 customers which would be at least a 2 hr. wait and they would not schedule me for an appointment. I decided to try going to the store after 1pm to see if I could get it fixed that day because I needed to use the vehicle for a trip the next day. The manager said they could take care of me. I waited for 1 and a half hours. They were able to fix the tire and they said that the leak was caused by improper placement of the valve when tires were replaced - an error on their part. The leak was sealed and I was set to go. I left for my trip the next day and 1 hour into the trip my warning light came on again indicating that I had low tire pressure. It was the same tire that I just had fixed the day before. I had to put the spare tire on for the rest of the trip. I had to go back to the store on Monday to get the tire fixed. It had the same issue with a leak at the valve sight. If this had been done properly when the tires were replaced, I wouldnt have had any problems. This error cost me 4 hours of my time. I am very disappointed in the service I received and do not plan to use Big O tires ever again for any of the 4 vehicles that I currently own.

New in town, had a nail in my tire with 2 children in the car. Headed to nearest shop, Plaza, and was told they couldnt get me in. Called Big O (our usual back home) and was greeted and encouraged by Jeff. Went right over and was taken well care of. Friendly, professional and efficient. Comfortable chairs in the waiting area helps especially with children in tow. Another thing I noticed, when the showroom was empty except us in the corner, the employees continued to act professionally and speak well of callers and customers. Im picky about customer service being in the field myself for many years. 5 stars! Thanks, Jeff!

Went in for a replacement & was not looking forward to paying $60-70 (but hey, it what it is!) Awesome gentleman named Kyle hadnt realized I had been waiting for a while. Just a couple minutes after close he apologized endlessly and fixed/replaced free of charge!! Cant say enough about my pleasure with the service

After setting an appointment, I showed up an hour early with my car to find out they hadnt saved any of my information or actually set up an appointment. Then they added over a hundred dollars to the previous quote. I finally got the original quote and left after being quoted a time of noon. I CALL THEM at noon only to find out they hadnt even pulled my car in yet. Finally 12:30 I call them back and they tell me my car has failed inspection for a sway bar. I am ASE certified and previously checked the car. Will get highway patrol involved Shady place obviously dont get a lot of return customers. Service writers were rude after I declined the additional work they recommended. Obviously this shop is out to screw you. Watch out

I came in with a nail in my tire. Asked for it to be plugged. The fuys said he couldnt plug it there was another plug in the tire thus i needed to buy a new tire. I told him that was not necessary i would go some where else. They pulled the nail drove it to the lot where it went completely flat. Then wondered why i got upset. Before i came it was a slow leak i could have easily went some where else. The manager told me he didnt like my tone and i could just get it towed. Wow great company and wonderful manager. I will never return and i will be shating this experience for days.

I have had my cars worked on by several different car repair places over the years and I believe that Big O Tires provides the best service at the best price. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I have always felt that Big O Tires never charges for work not needed and that they are honest in what they tell you and in the price they charge you. I have recommended Big O Tires to anyone asking me for a good place to take their car. Derek is probably the best auto mechanic you will ever find anywhere. I just hope that Big O Tires can keep him.
